When I called for assistance the woman who answered the phone was beyond rude. I was incredulous at the attitude I was given - there are ample dealer options available and assuredly one of those will obtain my business. Shameful.

The service and install techs at Total, are lacking basic knowledge of customer service and how to adress issues in an efficient and professional manner. Will not recommend.

Owner is rude and uncaring while the employees lack basic knowledge suited for they’re position, when I called to ask y something wasn’t done right, I was screamed out I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
