They wanted to charge me $10 more for a New Era Giants cap than the price on their website and the price that every other store charges for the same hat.

There was this one man who worked there that was helping me choose some hats for my brother birthday and Im telling all of you he was absolutely the sweetest, funniest guy ever !! He made looking for hats so FUN! Its a small little store, but they have some very cool hats ! They have some great deals too

Horrible customer service

If you want a hat, then this is a place to go to. The shop is just full of them eveywhere in a neat and chronological order. They even have a machine that can make you a custom one which is awesome lol

Great service i came in today to make a stock market hat and the worker did great to make exactly what i wanted the hat making machine looked complicated and i did not think my hat would come out good but it was great because the worker knew what he was doing and my hat is perfect thanks lids!

I usually love lids but this one particularly had weird atmosphere. The heavier set employee was judging and outright rude. We felt like we walking on egg shells and got out of there ASAP.We also didnt get the second hat off like advertised but instead got each 20% off. The difference was $4-5 so it wasnt worth coming back into this unwelcoming environment.

Went into Lids to look for a new hat. Been wearing the same one for several years now and this one is getting a little grody. Unfortunately, I did not realize they only sold baseball style hats. As the saying goes, ‘Been there. Done that.’ Stopped wearing baseball hats before anyone working there was born. Nice store but I guess I’ll get a new hat somewhere else.

Excellent customer service. They also have a machine that embroiders names into your hat there and then.

Had a return I purchased online. Guy at the counter said I had to wait till the manager came back from lunch. Which aacording to him should have been back by now. I waited... 30 minutes later and still no manager. I asked a different associate if their manager was back from lunch yet and they said no he must have taken a really long lunch.... 10 minutes after that still no manager(40 min. Later) I ended up leaving because I was tired of waiting the store was only filling up more and I was being stared at and ignored.

They did a terrific job

Bought a hat there and was told that if I joined their “club” I could get embroidery done items other than hats. That is not the case. Went to get two aprons done and was told “we only do hats”. In other words we were lied to just to scam money from us. Will never go back. Can’t stand liars.
