I was sent here by My insurance company in the summer for Hearing Aids & My experience was sadly unprofessional in every way, starting with the receptionist,She didnt know what was going on or how to help,then after making My appointment & coming back for it the lady I was there to see was nice during the appointment but My issues with Her started after the appointment. First issue was She was going to follow up to help me get what I needed & two months later I get a call from my insurance company asking me why they hadnt heard from them? So I called GSHA to find out & was lied to,then told that they would find out happen & call me back that day.They did call me back at the end of the day only to tell me theyd call me back the next day & they didnt,So I had to call them Once again,on that call I was told they would get the the bottom of it & Yes they would call me back,So when they Called they stated that My insurance company wanted me to call them & that they wont help.So instead of taking care of their customer & doing what they told me they would do to help to make this right they passed the customer off to another truly disappointed with this business & their idea of integrity. No customer should ever have to go through the stress & lack of professionalism that I experienced with Golden State Hearing Aid and its staff.

My hearing aid receivers went out and I was desperate to get them fixed they were able to get me in the same day and fix them immediately! My receivers and clean for only $35. Veronica and Cindy were a delight and had me back in business quickly.

Have been looking for a reliable hearing aid store for my husband. Started searching online and went with Golden State because of all the good reviews. My husband saw Wes who worked with us. Wes was so professional, not pushy, listened to us and answered our many questions. Husband just received his hearing aids.and we walked out very happy clients. Can’t go wrong with choosing this company. Wes went over and above on everything. Very knowledgeable. 💟

Best place to go if you need hearing aids or service I got.mine through the va they could not help my situation ryan at goldenstate took care of my issue that va could not Id recommend these people at least they are willing to try to solve issue. I have been there a few times great service

Ryan is a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. He repaired my aide at not cost. Very nice of him. I would recommend these people dealt with them at Holdens thats why I went there.

So In February I started with a humming in my ears which then turned to ringing. By that time shelter in place had happened and luckily my doctor still got me right in. All he could do was set me an appointment for an ENT 6 weeks down the road and give me meds that would help an ear infection. Still very concerned I set out towards at least a hearing test to see if hearing loss could be the cause. So far it wasnt. But I have to say if anyone needs hearing Aid I couldnt give Ryan enough stars. Hes the real deal family man who is actually there to help. He offered me way more then I expected and was kind and courteous and above all extremely sanitized. Im a business owner my self. And you can tell when some one is genuine and trying to help with out agenda. Thank You Ryan I so appreciate all the info and pictures of my ear drums that will be helpful for the ENT. We have been extremely satisfied with Ryans services since we started seeing him about 6 years ago. He is very knowledgeable and explains things so we can easily understand. He is the only hearing aid tech that we have used, or plan to use for any future needs.
