I can always find something at JCP. The purses! Jewelry! Clothes! Especially like the way everything is so organized in the store.

The store was light on merchandise. You can tell there are supply chain issues. Thr store was clean, employees were helpful and stocking merchandise. Hopefully the holiday season will help.

I called the store because I was having a hard time finding this curtain that my mother wanted. I was connected to an employee from the windows department named Michelle. Michelle put me on a brief hold and found the last one they had. I went to the store to purchase it. Michelle was very helpful over the phone and when I went to purchase this item. Thank you Michelle for all of your help 🙂 This was the best customer service I ever received!

Very well kept and all the staff is very helpful and welcoming. I found a lot of great deals and on top of that Rose who checked me out got me signed up for a card and even more savings. Saved a total of $65 on a $100 purchase.

I needed sheers in a green only they had that matched. I had to order the color on line. In doing so I found that the sheers were marked down considerably than priced in the store. I also found the the hanging crystal beads were marked down from $40 to $ 27 then another 10 or 20% off that I paid 50% less than the original price. I found some great deals there.

This store sells only mid rise Bermuda shorts. Disappointing.Update: I went online as suggested and the Bermuda shorts are all mid rise on there as well. This seems to be the case with most stores now. People with apple shapes cannot wear that style.

I ordered a pair of navy booties and opened my delivery to find a pair of brown full boots which were not even my size and were the order of someone else. I went to my local Penneys and was told I would be refunded for the price, but not the shipping and handling cost. Not my fault that someone in your warehouse cant read an order!Worst customer service ever!

This is an extremely clean and organized JCPenny, and Ive seen the entire store multiple times chasing my kids around because we have used their photo center many times for family photos, baby announcements, and Christmas card pictures. Their photographers are excellent and fantastic with kids! We will continue to use them for our photos!

Over all, Ive always believed this store is way to pricey. But here and there Ill find a nice decent deal. Like today. I got my daughter some nice winter leggings and a long sleeve shirt for only 4.99 a piece.

While at the store today, my 12 month old started crying. I took her from my husband to console her. An employee named Carol takes it upon herself to come up to my daughter and wipe her tears away. Its common sense, especially in a global pandemic, not to touch other peoples children. Very inappropriate behavior! I will not be coming back to this location.

Very rude associates. Ask for help and no one wants to help you. Sue who was the cashier was very rude to me so I walked out not buying anything!

We had a very good experience here. We dont shop here all that often but when you had some just close for a wedding especially from my wife. We went in and asked for hope and the lady was very hopeful curry had we continued to look further and as another woman for help and she gave us even more help. We found I dont we were satisfied with and took them to the register and a woman there was very very very nice and helpful. she give us some discounts that we didnt know about .

I came in there to browse, I was handed a mystery coupon only good for today. That was about noon. I found something and used a coupon, when I was leaving I said Im going to come back after work will you have more coupons? She said probably not. They were out of coupons by 1:00 pm. What kind of major company is out of coupons a couple hours after they open? And they werent friendly either.

Store is very full of clothing, lots of sales going on. Its not too crowded but it was hot inside so a bit uncomfortable.

Bought watch on line, a few days later, after being notified watch was in. Went to jewelry counter as directed, sales person was very helpful and sized my watch taking out some links in the watchband. Looks and fits great.

Penneys is a family department store that offers quality, yet moderately priced clothing and merchandise. At one time they carried beautiful, quality jewelry, however I was rather disappointed at the inferior quality and selection of jewelry they have showcased in recent years. As of my most recent visit, it has not changed. My recommendation is that the buyer make upward adjustments in this particular department. In all fairness, their sales associates are very nice, and professional with customers, promoting the stock they sell.

The InStyle salon is so awesome! Stylist Kellie Ferraro is remarkable and in touch with her clients. My hair is always fantastic when I leave. She is very talented and gifted with her craft. I’m always leaving thrilled with my cut and color.

I like the store. Nice dresses. Beware of the cute little girl at entrance. She can give you fake 50% coupons. You add extra items, and 30 min later, at the cashier they say it was already used so she can give you only 15% descount.Overall, its a nice place for working office dresses and wedding guest dresses, if is on sale.The store cross street has similar out fits and cash back coupons.

I like that you can pick out a little bargain every time you go. Scored shirt for under $8 I really cant see how it was ever sold as 55 though? I dont like the store changes so much in between times. Makes it harder to find what youre looking for. Always a great opportunity to find a super cute dress!

I thought this place went out of business in the 60s. I was in a pinch and needed a dress shirt. They had one. I bought it. It was a cash transaction. The stewardess was very nice and requested that I have a nice day. I wished her the same sentiments.

Bad staff!! They are the worst when it comes to enthusiasm and greeting you. They look tired and that store should have been closed because the place is full of sadness. Could be a great store if it had staff that cares. Would never shop here.

My family and I were visiting this store last week on Saturday, looking for appliances. I did not get the name of the gentleman that was assisting us, but I wanted to say how thankful we were for his courtesy. My pregnant wife was looking at a microwave when another customer abruptly interrupted and asked her to please keep her hands off of “her” microwave.We were somewhat taken back by this as the microwave we were looking at was still hanging on the wall for display. The salesman explained to us that all of the appliances sold are display units only, and the customer who confronted us was a customer who was there to purchase that unit. He apologized if we were offended in any way by her and stated that she was a very nice lady who is just a little frustrated that the salesperson she had originally spoken to wasn’t working that day. He assured us that he would do everything he could help us once he finished helping them out.We appreciated his comments and decided to wait for him to finish the sale at a distance.After witnessing this man continue to be treated with utter disrespect for a lengthy period of time, we decided it was best to visit this store at another time.It is because of the very kind service this man displayed for a customer who was clearly undeserving, we will be back to purchase from this store.

U need to open earlier! When there is a Kohl’s next door and they open 2 hours before u where do u think people will shop? I’m not gonna wait around 2 hours! Might help with sales if u open earlier!

Store is usually clean and organized. Its not as busy as the Orland location so it tends to be better stocked as well. With the drive over if youre in Orland.
