Went in to the Moline Slumberland and was greeted by Brendan (I believe) he was very nice and when I asked if I could just look around he said “sure” I’m just here if you need anything. After walking around the store I decided to look at furniture on the computer they have on the showroom. I immediately found one I liked. He showed me a recliner that was the same collection so I could feel the fabric. Over all great experience, the wait time for furniture is absolutely ridiculous but at no fault of Slumberland.

Disappointed in this store this weekend... we have loved this store in the past with approximately 75% of our furniture being from here!!! We did not have a good experience this weekend!! Salesman showed us prices for more than it was even listed for and didnt give us the 25% off sale and then waiting 12 weeks for your furniture to come in is crazy!

We have been to every local furniture store and due to COVID, deliveries on furniture were months out (10 months). We found exactly what we wanted at half the price with a delivery date of 10-12 weeks out. Our salesman, Danny, was outstanding. We went into the store looking for a new mattress, the salesman was very knowledgeable with all the mattresses. We told him what we were looking for and took us right to it. He didnt try to up sell us, even tho it ended up happening that way since my son liked another bed much more. I would definitely recommend anyone shopping at slumberland for any furniture

I can’t blame them that the furniture world is upside down and taking 17 weeks for delivery of almost anything.

Guy there named RJ needs a raise. It didnt matter how I looked that guy walked straight up to me and my wife and helped us. Very polite and understood our financial situation. He even trained someone while helping us. I hope she takes all his advice because were gonna love our adjustable king bed.

With the shipping delays going on everywhere, I was told it would be in the following week since it was an in-stock item. If I get both chairs when promised, I will give it 5 stars.

Troy welcomed me within seconds of walking in the store. I told him what I was looking for and he showed me several options. He really was easy to talk to and supportive of my choice based on other furniture in my house. I left and went to another store, but came back and told Troy I wanted the sofa he showed me. He was very knowledgeable about the payment options. I can’t wait for it to come to me. He was going to pull it from the floor and not just put a sold sign on it- that made me very happy. Richard RJ Scherbarth was very professional yet personable with me today and masked appropriately. I was looking to buy a recliner and mattress, and he gave me space to take my time looking around. I appreciated not having someone follow me every step I took or try to talk me into something else, or engage me in small talk when I was clearly on a mission and knew what I wanted. After I pointed out the recliner I wanted, I told him I was looking for a mattress, and gave him the specifics of what I was looking for as well as the price range. We found one that was perfect, but is being replaced and he said the new model should be there in a couple of weeks. I decided to pay for the recliner and asked him to call me when the new mattress comes in. I would have given five stars except for the fact that I will have to wait about four months for the recliner to come in. Also, delivery would have been $69, so I declined that and will need to find someone with an SUV or truck to pick it up and take it to my home. I also want to add that yesterday I went to the Davenport store and was immediately greeted by Mike Mayer, wearing no mask. He made up an excuse for not having one, but it was pretty lame. I dont think he should have been allowed on the floor without a mask, and I fault Davenports management for that. I didnt find Mike as personable as RJ. In fact, he came off as arrogant and abrasive to me. I didnt find the recliner I wanted, and he wasnt very helpful in trying to find one for me when, in fact, the recliner was on the floor in Moline and could be ordered. When looking at mattresses, I found the perfect one in size, softness and price, but was told that they only had the floor model left to sell. I asked how much he could go down in price as the mattress obviously did not look new as it was pilled across practically the entire surface. He told me he couldnt go down in price. He could see I wasnt happy with that and then offered to throw in a new mattress cover. I declined, because I decided that I wanted my own brand new mattress. So that was that. Funny thing is, that mattress is the same one that RJ told me that they would have a newer model coming in two weeks. So actually, Davenport could have had my entire sale, but was either too lazy to do the work to order what I wanted or simply didnt care. Maybe because I was wearing a mask and that insulted his view of the pandemic. If I was rating the Davenport store, I would only give them one star because zero is not an option.

I purchased a Glideaway Glide-A-Matic steel bed frame from Slumberland Furniture in Moline. Its very sturdy and no tools were required for assembly. Best of all, its made in the USA!The salesman (Troy) was very helpful. He went to the warehouse and physically verified that the bed frame was in stock and available for pick-up at my convenience.The only suggestion that I have for improvement is that the young woman that I spoke to when picking up the bed frame could be better trained. Her customer service skills need improvement.

My mattress was not transfered to the right store after I told them 2+ times where I wanted to pick it up. They told me originally it would be 3-4 weeks I was fine with it but then I get a phone call saying they can get one from another store sooner in 1 week went to that store to pick up and they didnt have it. They said it never transfered. Had to reorder and will have to wait another few weeks . The Clinton store did help me out in the end.

Lee was amazing. Despite all the COVID craziness he kept me really well informed and was patient with my questions and changes.The delivery guys were nice and very efficient. Unfortunately Since they left I did find a little damage to a wall and I was a little disappointed they didn’t finish the night stands or putting together the lamps. But I live the furniture and I would recommend Slumberland.

Salesman was friendly, had some good suggestions but wasn’t pushy. We had zero plans to buys a mattress but with the salesman’s help we found one that worked for us and our price range. We came in to buy a bed for our six year old and ended up buying a forever bedroom set for ourselves... that is the second bedroom set we’ve bought this year. we couldn’t be happier 👍

I dont really blame them entirely, and they made it easy for me to get a refund since the couch was nowhere to be seen by the end of September and I was tired of waiting indefinitely.

RJ is by far the most knowledgeable and honest “salesman” and has been for years. This is why we only purchase from Slumberland.

We had a good experience when purchasing a mattress from Dan. He was knowledgeable and helpful and did not rush us. We have not yet received our mattress ( tempur pedic pro breeze) so hopefully the delivery and set up are acceptable as well. Also we financed through Wells Fargo so cannot speak to that yet.

Dan the salesman was very polite, informative and helpful. Went out of his way to help with suggestions and wasnt over bearing or hovering like some sales people can be. Now hopefully we dont have to wait 6 weeks for our living room furniture :)

My family including 3 grandchildren ages 7-4 visited the Moline store where we were greeted by Danny Philpot asking if he could help show us anything. After showing us to an area of recliners and explaining where else they were in the store he allowed us to look and try them. He was available for questions and did not hover. Because of the way in which Danny treated us even though it was a small ticket item, I returned today to order the chair. Thank you Danny.
