Came home without my meat. Wasnt in my cart, a chuck roast, chicken grillers and chicken breaststroke. Someone enjoyed my purchase. Didnt even realize it until I went to put the roast in the oven.

Hy Vee has made some awesome changes to the store layout. The self checkout is easy and there are still live cashiers.

Hy-vee is a great grocery store. The employees are always helpful.

My 5 year old had her choice of anywhere in the Quad Cities to eat breakfast, and she chose Hy-Vee! She loves the pancakes and cinnamon roll! My biscuits and gravy were delicious, and my husband loved the country harvest skillet! The prices were pretty affordable, and our server, Kiersten, was very friendly and attentive!

Always a great experience. Store was well lit and uncluttered. Layout of store made it easy to find what I needed. Parking lot was recently repaved and marked which I really enjoyed.

This store is doing events on Thursday evenings which are a blast. The events bring in a TON of people and revenue. Eat before you go! Had issues 3 weeks ago and wrote into the Contact Us section of website. Had conversation with the store manager and truly hoped the dismal service had been taken care of. Then comes tonight-ordered pizza for the kids and the Thursday night steak dinner. They did not give numbers for food that was ordered. They had Ashley wandering around the dining room with plates trying to figure out where orders went and presenting a plate of food to multiple tables before finding out where it went-GROSS. I dont want to eat anything that has been in front of multiple people. Also had hot steak juice spilled down my leg and into my shoe. 30 minutes past ordering went to counter to inquire where my dinner was-was told that they were really busy and it was coming, meanwhile several people who ordered after me were eating their food. Then spoke to a young woman who is the 2nd Assistant manager-more excuses. At the hour mark-several people who had come in after us were done eating and Ashley still wandering around trying to figure out where plates of food went. I went back to the deli counter to find they had thrown my order form away and I had not received my food. I went back to the service desk and asked when the store manager would be in so I could speak with them again in person. She called Dane who is the Operations manager up and I explained the situation. They refunded my purchase and I ended up eating a cold sandwich again from the premade case. At which point he went into the dining area, spoke with several people and ended up giving out cards for free meals next week-many people were not happy about the food service and the disorganized staff. I really look forward to these events and enjoying a dinner out with my family and friends but doubt we will be utilizing the free dinner card and will just stick with drinks.

The 7th street location is kind of a toss up. If you are a regular Im sure it all makes sense but if not youll need to do a little walking back and forth. The kid at the deli counter was new and it showed, but he did his best.

Great! There was a gentleman sitting at the entrance door selling ribs. I Love ribs. His smoked ribs are delicious. I hope hes there when I go back. Sorry no photo, ate them all before I filled out the review.

Good selection, pleasant and clean store, but a little busy and prices are more than Aldi or Walmart are the only downsides, but its easy to find what you want and get in and get out.

Its nearby and they never bother me about my dog. I always bring him with me, and although my dog is a registered service dog, they never asked for his card. Also, the employees have been great

Have always been a huge fan of Hyvee Chinese. After today I’ll go to another from now on. Barely gave us any meat, used to have problems keeping the lids on, had 4 PCs of meat on both sides on the managers special. Great place for groceries but get your Chinese elsewhere. $10 for almost no food.

Doug & Hy Vee Catering did a phenomenal job with our wedding food! We had so many compliments on how good everything was, and no one left hungry! From our tasting to Doug helping us deal with a COVID postponement, Hy Vee was incredibly professional and friendly. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for a good and professional wedding dinner.

Under construction for remodeling, like all the rest of the Hy-Vees in the area.*It was clean & frendly. The in store dining area is open. Large menu.The areas that are open are clearly marked.Overall a good experience.****Oh by the way, I hated the self check out. The payment method is not intuitive. After you put your card with the chip in the slot, you still have to select card on the main screen.At Wal-Mart and Sams Club I dont have to because the machine is smart enough to recognize payment.

I go here a lot throughout the week. Im from GA and this reminds me of a publics. I love the friendly people and the niceness they show out. I will continue to shop there. They have great deals everyweek.

Hyvee is convenient but very expensive compared to Aldi and Walmart. People are always friendly and the store is always organized and clean.

HyVee is a regular stop for my groceries. They are always helpful.

It would be nice if they had more cashiers open instead of trying to make you use self-serve and I will not use self-serves unless they give me a discount

There grocery pick up is a joke. I have used it several times. Every single time I have had to wait 20-45 minutes for them to go into the store and bring the groceries to the pick up area. Looks to me if I am picking up at 12:30 my groceries should already be waiting at the pick up. I have tried other HyVee grocery pick up locations with no problems and only have this issue at this one location. Wont be ordering grocery pick up from this location again. It wouldnt be a big deal if it wasnt every time I come to this location. I am currently still waiting on my order 30 minutes later..... And they are loading cars that have showed up after me although I have been waiting for 30 minutes. Seriously get a clue. Lost a customer. Wont come to this store at all.

Its a grocery store. Theyve got the goods. The prices could be a little bit high. But really, what a huge selection.

Easy to find what you want if not plenty of good customer service

Went to get our flu shots and was in and out in less than twenty minutes.

The remodel is coming along. When its done and the new traffic flow is settled it will be better. Produce has a much smaller footprint and until the floors are done, it seemed dark on that side of the store.

They almost always have almost everything i need. Thanx HyVee.

I went into Hy- Vee to get me a sandwich wrap. I look on the back for the nutrition facts cause I have to watch my sodium levels. Each one of those chicken wraps where over 1,000 mg in sodium, no thank you. I paid for some water and left

HyVee floral did the flowers for my September wedding and they were AMAZING!!Christopher Crow is the No. 1 florist in the QC! I went to him with a very bare-bones idea of what I wanted, and he worked with me, offered ideas, talked with me and got a sense of my style.Not only were his flowers GORGEOUS, but he worked with my budget, was extremely organized and made this a very stress-free experience.I highly recommend HyVees floral department.

I always check the endcap in the dairy section for clearance items. They had charcuterie packs for $0.99!
