Went in to try and switch plans. Was told I had to switch to T-mobile and turn in the phones I have in order to do that. Also, that he didnt think the S10 would work with T-MOBILE. Wrong! I already upgraded all phones with the T-MOBILE Sim cards and theyre working fine. Didnt address any other concerns. Wont go back in there unless absolutely necessary.

Hi. I was in your store last week looking at phones it took probably 20 minutes in an empty store for a gentleman (Nathan) tryed to helped me... Im sorry but this is a burnout he was so high that he couldnt even answer half of my questions and then keep trying to push me into a phone I didnt need. He had very poor people and communication skills!!

I have never been as dissatisfied with a business as I am with T Mobile. Their representatives are pleasure to talk to, but there is no follow through with what they say they are going to do. When you call the robot tells you there will be a wait and the last time it was 1 hour 45 minutes. I have spent many hours waiting, I have talked to so many people and all of them promise to fix it but dont. I use to recommend them to all my friends and family. Now I say try anyone but TMobile. Someone at the top of this organization needs fired or woke up to get in touch with what is going on with this once fine company which has fell into complete decay! I hope the CEO didnt get any bonuses this year!

I dont have a specific issue with the store itself, but the overall company. Ive been a loyal customer for 10 yrs, and have not ever been late on a payment. I called them today to figure if they can work with me on paying my bill. That werent willing to work with what I able to do, due to not being able to work due to shutdown orders where I live. The only reason I gave a 1 star rating is because of the rep on the phone just doing his job. I wont ever recommend sprint to anyone, and I wont seek services with this company again.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. After waiting 20min, and it didnt look liked I was going to get help anytime soon, I finally got up and left. I realize places get busy, but I have things to do. No matter what time I come to this location, its always a very, very long wait. Its the only tech store in the area, so you have no choice but to give it a shot that it wont be an all day affair.

Worst experience ever one employee had no idea what he was doing i asked for a manager hes even worse. Tells me all samsung phons are broken he cant help me that I should leve sprit and go 2 a different carrier hes alreadyworked 4 3 others. When I told him thats Unacceptable he threatened to kick me out of the store. I believe his name was Brenden or something I will b canceling service when contracts end i came 2 sprint 4 customer service but if u dont got that ill go bak 2 version

Amazing help! I drove almost 6 hours round trip to try and get my daughters phone dealt with. After 2 calls to the 1-800 customer service in the same day, and 2 different outcomes. I decided it was easier to do it in person at a local store by her. Shes in college and had no phone due to a manufacturers defect that put it into boot loop. Can not say enough how much help they were at this store. I fully expected to have an older phone swapped out and come home with the broken one to deal with at my local sprint store. John went above and beyond. Everyone there is very friendly. I feel very comfortable having my daughter go there by herself if any issues arise in the future. Needless to say this is the 3rd generation of an LG G (2,3 &4) phone that has been warrantied. She no longer has an LG phone.

They are nice at first, then trap you past the 14 days when you see your bill is $60 more then it was supposed to be. Telling you they are wanting for someone to look into it. Then tell you it is $3,000 to cancel with them. Then you find out they have lied to you about their referral program and $200 in credits you are supposed to receive. 10 months to go and can not wait to be done with them!!!

I pay my Sprint bill monthly at this location and have no complaints. Back around the turn of the century, the store was newly built, but was always too busy. Nowadays, its a well oiled machine. The staff is generally courteous and knowledgeable. The parking lot is tiny and cramped; however, its connected to a much larger one that you can use, if you dont mind walking a few seconds longer.

I would give no stars. The only person that was really trying to help. The company needs better products. Ive had 2 phones that overheated so bad I cant touch them. Then the other one dropped calls. The warranty would charge us 245.00 per phone to fix. No thank you!

Great service. Had to wait a little while until they got to me thats the only reason I gave 4 stars. Came in because of LTE connectivity issues on my Galaxy S10 Plus. Turned out to be a hardware issue. They promptly ordered me a new phone to remediate the issue. Love the variety of accessories they have to look at while Im waiting and they always have good music playing on one of the speakers.

Went into store when they were not busy and spoke with the store manager Matt--he struggled to smile and was not helpful at all. While he made me wait for over 10 minutes and not ending up helping me in the end, I watched him interact with another customer and he was less then pleasant. His conversation with the customer ended with him threatening to call the police. He obviously has no people skills. Another employee ended up helping me after he ignored me. Sprint needs to hire better people!!!

Because of the poor service at the Sprint stores, I have switched to Boost Mobile. I have just as good if not better actual cell service. However trying to find a Boost Mobile store that is actually open during their posted hours is difficult. There is one gal that is in the South Park store that is excellent but usually they have there gate closed even though the hours are posted that they are open. It doesnt make any sense. I will say however, that the service is just as bad as Sprint but I get a much better price and the service is comprable for the phone. I would not recommend Sprint but would recommend Boost Mobile as far as cell service and price. I was sad to hear that they are merging. I hope it goes well.

The location is nice. Very clean and modern looking. Efficient handing of customer needs. Unfortunately, Sprint still has a long way to go to improve their network in many places. Data speeds in the Quad Cities are substantially slower than either AT&T or Verizon, and in too many places, expect to drop down to painfully slow 3G. 4 stars for this Sprint location, 2 stars for Sprint wireless service.

They will stretch the truth to sell you a phone or service. But the phones and service do work, just not as advertised. I sometimes lose reliable service even in downtown rock island. Also the phones do come with plenty of bloatware some of it can be deleted. They will turn off your service and try to extort money from you before you even get your bill. Assuming you actually get it that is. And if you have more then one phone through them they can never seem to figure out after being told desiccation times that the important account messages are going to the wrong one.

I just switch provider from Tmobile to Sprint for 5 lines in Morton Grove. I have two daughters who are in the group, one is in New York and one is in Rock Island. I mailed the phones to them and when they got the phones each of them went to Sprint store. My daughter in New York just asked me the code so they can activate the line and everything was fine. The one in Rock Island went to this nearest store and they did not activate the phone because accordingly they can not do it. They gave my daughter a hard time and ended up she was the one activated it by herself! What is this store for? Just to sell phones and not help Sprint customers? SPRINT company you should fix this problem!

Marcus helping me was very rude. To worried about wondering and talking to others instead if helping me. Then try to tell me they couldnt do the buyback and the email was wrong. Funny went elsewhere and they did it. Also, the management left the office door wide open with cash register with money laying right there so anyone could have taken it.

This store had HORRIBLE customer service. Had to call 14 times before anyone answered the phone during business hours. Because we had moved away from this location they were not willing to assist with fixing my wifes phone, which was a manufacturers defect. However, they did offer to sell us a brand new phone instead for the low low price of $600.00. After over a decade of being a Sprint customer, we may switch carriers. Sprint needs to take a hard look at their policies and procedures.

I havent even had my cell through them for a month and they are already sending past due notices for bill. Their internet is the worst I have ever had. Absolutely the worst possible choice for cell phone service. Going back to verizon. these jokers and their unlimited data (which is no good if it never works....) are a borderline scam on consumers. DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! We brought a phone in for repair that was hardware related. They called 20 minutes later and said to pick it up. When we went back, there was exterior damage that wasnt there before and they claimed it was moisture damage. They then wanted to charge a $200 replacement fee for whatever they damage their technician did to it. Theyre either crooked, completely incompetent, or both.

I will never go back there I was told 2 hours for screen repair and they would call if they get it done before I go back after 2 hour and 15 min they didnt bother to let us know there was a delay starting it was going to be another 30 min left and we came back 45 min later it was done they never call as the repair guy promised he would and when the guy went to get my phone he told them my last name and the guy was sitting there making fun of my last name and laughing that is s o rude and unprofessional

Always have a long wait. Staff never knows anything,and had to have a phone sent away for problems. Supposed to take 5-7 days. It took two weeks. Phones never last long. And they are never honest about how crappy the phones are until after you buy them and come back in for a repair/replacement.

They have the worst staff, very rude and very UNPROFESSIONAL, my phone was overheating took it in and they falsely diagnosed my phone with water damage ( I know falsely because I took it somewhere and they confirmed that there in fact WAS NOT any water damage) sprint lost out of two very faithful customers, switched to virizon yesterday! I would not recommend this place at all, not to mention when we told them we were switching the manager simply said ok and did not try and keep us as a customer.

Constant problems since I moved from verizon to sprint. Charging me incorrectly and not telling me all the information on how they will be paying off my contract at verizon. Now I am stuck with a 650.00 dollar bill owed to verizon until I get approved for the pay off which is up to 15 days. Just not happy with them, never had any kind of problems like this with verizon. On top of that they dont really seem to care and tried to say maybe I didnt hear them tell me that. BS, I was in there THREE different times just to get my phones moved. Nice Customer Service.

I brought my phone (HTC evo 4g) to see if they could do something with dust under the screen, they look at it for maybe 10-15 seconds and told me they couldnt do anything because it was cosmetic damage, I have gone in the past to a different sprint store for the same issue and got the screen replaced, so I wonder why I got a different treatment in these storeRegards,

My son took his HTC EVO 3D into the store to have the charging port looked at. Suring the diagnostics the tech broke the phones screen. The technician them claimed the phone was water damaged and he needed to get a new phone. My son was crushed, he had saved his money all summer for this phone. On further investigation after he got home, we noticed that the screen was cut from the inside. When we asked the store about it we were lied to numerous times, and the manager cannot remember when he is in the store.In filing a BBB claim and going through every corporate loop I could find, they finally sent my son a refurbished phone, but demanded I get insurance on it.AVOID this store like the plague!!!! When our contracts are over we are gone from sprint, only 12 months to go!
