Great coffee & fresh food. Staff was sweet and the owner was really kind and gave me some tips for around the town. He talks to everyone in the place and kinda part of the experience. Good view of trains, lots of parking.

Rude service by someone teaching another employee. Shrugging of shoulders and mumbling about not knowing certain things. No excitement about coffee. Bummed out, because the atmosphere was nice. Also, extremely expensive even relative fancy coffee shops in much larger cities. I highly recommend you just go to MillTown Coffee a couple miles down the river!

I normally love places like this because of the service they provide. Unfortunately service is the reason I am scoring them a 3. The sign outside said they roasted their own beans. I asked what he would recommend and the response I got was we roast 2 medium and dark, which do you want. Then he just stood there until I responded.

I really enjoyed my experience here! I ordered an iced coffee and a Caesar salad and liked both. The cheese curds in the salad were a unique touch and they were delicious. The iced coffee was also good. The inside of this cafe is super cute and it is a nice cozy environment. When we visited, there was live piano which we loved!

High prices and low quality, would not go again. Only place open so we went for lunch, 40 dollars for a muffin, wrap, and two sandwhichs, plus 4 easy drinks, all gross.

Pros: Visited in the afternoon on a Thursday. Cute shop. Love that they have a baby grand piano inside. Really just generally an attractive interior look. The theme of famous deceased poets is fun too. Apparently they roast their own beans, though I didnt sample. I had a standard latte, which was good.Cons: the gentleman working the counter was semi-helpful. I tried asking what drink would be recommended, if they have any special or unique drinks, or customer favorites. Sounds like not really. He didnt have a lot to say or recommend. I also wanted a small (something around 8-12 oz), but they literally dont offer any coffee drinks (other than an espresso shot) in smalls. So I had to get a medium (16 oz) latte. In retrospect, I shouldve just asked him to charge me the full amount but just fill the cup half full. I didnt need that much latte.Would I recommend? I THINK so? Idk, its a cute place, and if youre not picky, I could see it being a nice stop. Id even consider returning myself. But just make sure you dont want a small!

Barista was incredibly polite, informative, and friendly. Service was very quick. Coffee was great, as was the sandwich. Very cozy atmosphere, especially now around Christmas time. Quiet, but not awkwardly silent, and bright. Unique decor. Live piano player. Cant say anything negative, this is an excellent stop!

From out of town so I like to try local places.Asked the barista what his favorite was and he said very stoically “black coffee”. I asked if he had pumpkin syrup and he said “here’s the list”. Could just say yes... Not a super friendly spot. The coffee is so so. Maybe its the syrup. Can’t say I’d be back.

Very quaint nice coffee shop. Its the kinda place you go to meet with a friend for a conversation and spend some time with a cup of coffee. I had a bagel with cream cheese and a regular coffee and they were both very good. It seems their specialty is more on espresso drinks. There was a piano player which made the ambience a lot more proper for a talk. You do not come here to work on your laptop. Prices are good. Will definitely come back

Cute shop with a warm & inviting decor. Has a more small town feel to it than the industrial urban deco that Starbucks has. They roast their own coffee here, of which you can buy right there if youd like. Staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. Coffee was good. I had the coffee of the day, black, no surgar. A slight bit of acidity, well balanced with a touch of vanilla I think. Will be going here again next time Im in town.

I simply get a tall dark roast coffee so cant really say much about the quality of their specialty drinks. My dark roast was tasty. I specifically want to mention the decor. I have been to at least 50 coffee shops and this one is by far the best decorated interior. I would suggest you visit it based on that alone!!

This coffee shop is cute and cozy! The food and the drinks are great. However, the employee I interacted with was incredibly rude and questioned my coffee order. Upon arrival, the man assumed I would order an iced latte. After ordering a Red Eye, he questioned whether or not I would like a strong coffee. I’m disappointed I gave this man my business, but I was too desperate for a strong coffee not to! Hopefully the rest of the employees are more kind than he.

Having been a barista for 2 years now, and the fact that I could see all of my options for syrups, machines, and chocolates behind the counter. I knew what I could order. Which I did. However, I received a rude reply of thats not possible. After a few attempts of, who I think was the manager, trying to correct me with a drink completely different. He said he could do what I had asked. In the end, I dont know what he made but it still wasnt what we agreed on. The service however was fast and the environment was quite cozy and quaint.

Asked the server if they had any Moka Java style blends, she shot back with a pretentious reply of We dont make flavored coffee roasts. If you are going to run a coffee roasting shop, would be wise to know your coffee history. Moka Java is a very old blend style, not a flavored coffee.

This gets 4 stars because on the freezing day we were here some maestro was jamming out on the piano in the middle of the cafe. The coffee is fine - when a 16oz latte is the smallest you have, thats not great. But again, a grand piano. 4 stars minimum.
