They have Pokémon and all sorts of games I was in their this morning and the worker was really nice

I hate and I love GameStop. I hate the website, the app, their weird business practices, games without cover arts and convoluted support system. I absolutely love their stores and the employees. They are the nicest most helpful people ever, really passionate about the games and ready to help. All the stores Ive been to are like that. And while I realize I might seem like a very annoying customer at times in truth my respect for these people is sky high. Thank you, GameStop!

Just stopped in and got a game and controller. The controller was off brand and not what I wanted but it will work. The guy was super cool and friendly. Not a bad one if you’re close and need one.

Went down to pick up my copy of Pokemon Sword... employees were awesome. Doing giveaways and kept thanking everyone for coming out. Great atmosphere.

First time there and the man working that day was awesome he connected with my son who has autism. The gentlemen was great with him, my son really liked how he had red hair like him and knew so much about the Avengers. We will definitely be back . Moline location

The employees seem disinterested in selling things and the website is still full of annoyance and will not allow me to add a single thing to my cart. this is one more thing that deters me from even considering gamestop. unfortunate really

I always pre-order my collectibles here, and this branch Gamestop Moline, IL have the most well mannered storefront! The one in Northpark and Elmore are also A+ but Nick and Logan are S++. Definitely worth checking out!!

Sold me a fake nintendo switch pro controller as If it was the real thing! I specifically told them I wanted the Nintendo brand pro controller, due to this covid -19 situation I couldnt see the product before purchasing they told me it was the real deal instead I get a Chinese knockoff never again dont ever Trust Gamestop!

Me and my fiance were in here for the borderlands 3 release and the manager here was very friendly and happy to help, and so was the other associate! Both very nice helpful gentlemen!!

Excellent Experience!BIG Shoutout to Nick! He cared about my experience @ Gamestop! Not only was he professional, but he went out of his way to take care of me!- They gave me a surprising amount of store credit for a defective Xbox One Original **(they were running a $50 extra trade in credit PROMO)** I put this towards a new Xbox One S with a bundled game (Digital Download Code) and I was satisfied!- Unfortunately when I got home and tried the code, my Xbox was telling me that the code had already been used?. I called back later the next day and told him about it, we were both very confused on how it happened. He checked his computer system to make sure it wasn’t a new console that someone had returned.. and it wasn’t. But Nick was very persistent in helping me out and making things right. He tried calling Microsoft for me and getting ahold of them and trying to sort things out but they were beyond busy, so instead of making me wait for an eternity and jumping through hoops and loops, he was able to provide me another digital download code. It worked!I couldn’t remember the original employee that sold me the console, but he was very nice and professional as well!SHOW this review to your District Manager, you guys both did a great job and deserve a raise !!

Manager is very helpful and realiable even when not 100% knowledgeable on a specific subject.Prices are the normal for any Gamestop.The employees seem to each specialize in their own preferred genres but are still helpful regardless of what youre looking for.The store selection is wider than at the South Park Mall location and keeps up with their stock better.

A solid corporate alternative to our local videogame chains. Being a big company their preowned items are actually inspected, and quality checked. This is the spot if you want your console to not sound like a space shuttle when you get it home.

Its the closet gamestop we have in the city. The service is generally nice and they are helpful.

Doesnt always have everything I want but it does most of the time and the staff has always been really friendly. I somehow always end up going to this particular store.

Went to all 3 stores for a used game. All 3 copies didnt work and we had to go to Disc Relay to get a working copy. You would think they do some testing before selling you a used game disc.

Good selection for such a small store, they always have pretty decent employees there, they know what they are talking about.
