Update 10/20/20Lebeda did reach out and exchanged the mattress for the organic cotton mattress. Im pleased with the end result.Original post:Im so disappointed in the customer service. We ordered a queen mattress and was offered and accepted a free upgrade to get the Organic Cotton fabric. They delivered promptly in 2 business days with the standard fabric mattress. The Organic cotton was on the order form and even listed on the delivery slip. We contacted the store the day of the delivery and were told the free upgrade was because they were out of the standard fabric. But by the time our mattress were made the standard fabric was in stock. After a couple of calls to the store and spoke to the manager that SOLD us the mattress we were just offered a mattress cover that we would have to pick up. I know I will be ordering another mattress in the near future but now will be taking my business else where.

Kris listened to our needs and taught us about what to look for in a mattress. She was comfortable in letting and leading us towards what we wanted at our price point. Those are the marks of a truly great salesperson!

The salesperson at the store was perfect-I cannot remember her name-please look it up and give her a big bonus! We asked to just be left alone for a while we looked around, and we were. Shortly I found a mattress I thought I liked. I voiced my concern for the heavy quilting. She listened carefully to my comments and suggested a mattress. I laid on it, testing positions. It was PERFECT! I have had several nights of wonderful sleep on it, and it truly does seem like “MY” bed! I adore it. We spent a bit more than we had expected, but I feel certain that it was well worth it. The product is wonderful and the lady who helped us choose it was interested and concerned for us to get what we wanted. I would definitely recommend the store to others. We were also very impressed by the speedy delivery and the care in getting our mattress and springs in place. It was all a very positive experience—THANK YOU, LEBEDA!

We really like the mattress we got from Lebeda, however, the customer service we have received from both Christine & Laura has been awful! Since we were too far away to get free delivery we were supposed to get a free mattress cover. It has now been over 3 weeks since we had mattress delivered and since it wasnt on the truck the delivery men said we could just call the store and they would mail it. I have talked to Christine 3 times and Laura once and STILL have not received it! You would think spending over $1600.00 they could mail a mattress cover. They act like its coming out of their pay! I would never recommend this store!

We needed to get a twin bed for our young child, and their service is outstanding. The store, and the associates who delivered and assembled the bed (mattress, box, frame) were COVID-compliant. We felt safe and at ease through the entire sales process, start to finish. It also didnt take longer than 20 minutes to figure out our solution.The products are really high-quality. They were happy to give us a really nice deal on a twin mattress thats foldable, which should last him well into his adolescence.Plus, the product itself is made in the USA--the mattresses are made in Marion, Iowa, in fact. Couldnt recommend this place more if youre in or near the QCA and looking for a long-term bedding solution.

I am saddened to see the Bloomington, IL location we purchased our mattress at is now closed. Moline is the next closest for us and we will go there when ours eventually needs replaced. We bought 8 years ago and I am a big man, I beat up a mattress and this one has stood the test of time marvelously. I had tried a memory foam mattress from another seller previously with terrible results. It drooped and sagged and gave me backaches in a matter of just a few months and had no remedy. I was just out the money and an expensive lesson learned. We purchased the firmest 2 sided one Lebeda had, the saleslady warned it was very firm. We both like a firm mattress and after a week it was just TOO firm and we had to take it back for the one just one notch softer that She had recommended to begin with. No fuss and no problem, they took care of us and we have been very happy 8 years later. We will buy again, even if we have to drive the 100 miles to get there. Its a little expenssive and not an advertised big name but you get durable quality mattresses sold by knowledgeable staff that gives you quality rest for the long haul. We highly recommend them.

Great and easy experience with staff. Very impressed with quality of product. And still best pricing of the competition I looked into before looking into Lebeda. The bed I wanted was in stock and I drove home with it an hour after entering the store.

My recent experience at the Moline store exceeded my expectations. Received the best personalized service, by one of the most well informed sales people that Ive experienced in years. Laura, the manager, couldnt have been more well informed and helpful. Delivery was three days later, exactly as promised. I would definitely recommend this store for a hassle-free shopping experience.

Sales people are never pushy. Beds are super quality and super fast service! I’ve purchased 2 beds for my son since he has a loft bed, 2 beds for my dad one was king adjustable the other for when he stays at my house (twin adjustable) all within the last 5 yrs. I only wish I would’ve purchased my bed from them but I was convinced I needed a temperpedic, man was I wrong! I can only say wonderful things about Lebeda and tell all my friends about them too!

I needed a new box spring very last minute and I expectedly and they totally came through. Laura in East Moline was amazing and had it ready for me in an hour. They will be my first stop for my next mattress purchase.

I have purchased 2 mattress from you during the last five years. I have a bad back and I was looking for a mattress that would give support my back.The first mattress broke down in about a year. I would sit in the edge of the bed and it would sink down. I would never send a person to buy anything at your store.

I bought my adjustable bed about April. They set it up & left me a box of hardware-no explanation. Called the store, was told it may be this or that. Then I started having trouble with the remote not working. I changed the batteries numerous times, nothing worked. Used the trouble shooting guide in the instruction manual, called the store again - got ahold of Brian the area guy and explained my situation. He me to unlock it... really?? Like I hadnt thought of that. Now, its August and the remote is unlocked, has new batteries and still does NOT work. Wish I could return the whole thing. Over $2K spent and no customer service, no action to replace the remote, nothing. Im seriously considering calling the BBB.

Buying experience was great. The manager was great to work with and was very knowledgeable. Bed came out as expected. The delivery process could be improved. Marks were left on my driveway from dragging out old mattress. Why can’t you lift it? My driveway is pretty much blemish free until this delivery. Walls and stairwell were marked up as well. This is not that hard of a process and needs some review. They were trying to just get in and out. The delivery is still part of the customer experience.

Delivery was very quick after purchase (0n 2nd day) Delivery was on time and with no problem. Only thing, the bed is placed about 8-10 inches from where the previous one was--making it a little farther from the night stand. Will have to move it somehow!!

We bought a king size bed about 2 years ago, and it has been the best bed ever!! It has helped me sleep, and l have a very bad back...very comfortable...mattress can be flipped...love this place!!
