Excellent mechanics and customer service. Needed last minute brake job before I took the family and camper up to Cherokee, NC. I called the guys at Hometown and told them my situation. I dropped the truck off and even though they were busy as can be they still worked me in and handled the brake job and tire rotation in just a few hours. Thank you Hometown!!

We went originally for a nail in our tire and have been going back to them for every vehicle service since! Its so difficult to find trustworthy mechanics that offer quality work, and they do. If youre on the fence about giving them a try, then jump off the fence and go! I cant recommend them enough!

I wanted thank Brad and the family at hometown tire. they have took a bad flood at the business my car was 1 of them 5 that was totally lose and Brad called me inform me what has happened with in hours ins company call me and said I can a rental car till they get everything figured out.thr flood came from the marathon station with a crush pipe 2 weeks this flood. Beware of these crooks!. Broke both of my vehicles and after hundreds of dollars in towing fees and rental expenses both vehicles are still not drivable and after being promised reimbursement i was lied to. Not only that, parts were taken off my car and now i have to go to another shop to fix.AT MY Expense.I see now why there are so many aweful reviews.

Absolute crooks and a waste of time. I took my vehicle there on Monday for an inspection service and bleed of the brakes.Not only did they take 3 Days to even look at my vehicle, they perform the work without a quote. Only worked on the rear brakes, and replace pads that didnt need to be replaced. That was after trying to talk me into replacing drums that didnt need to be replaced.If you want to pay $400 for a 4-day brake job the right place for you, otherwise take your business to bulldog.

Assisted me in arranging required tow. Work performed specifically addressed problem. Did not try to up sellfor additional services. Price for work was very reasonable. Hometown Tire and Automotive Pros now my repair shop of choice. Strongly recommend this repair shop to others.

The service here was great and the work was fast and reasonably priced. In addition, the waiting room was very clean and comfortable, with snacks, coffee, and magazines.

My first impression of the interior was that it was neat and clean.  I was hopeful that this would be my new go to place for tires and oil changes, but when I approached the counter I was shocked.  Prominently displayed on the window ledge just beyond Dougs work station was a Sons of Confederate Veterans Certificate of Appreciation to: Hometown Tire, complete with little Confederate flags.  I couldnt believe that the owner of this business would allow that to be displayed in view of the customers.  If I hadnt already made an appointment and ordered tires I would have left.  The Confederate flag represents a terrible time of racism, war, hatred, cruelty, and human atrocities that doesnt have any place in todays society.

I went to customer appreciation day looking for wheels and tires for my 2016 Jeep. I had a picture and was able to meet with the Fuel tire rep who immediately knew which wheel I wanted. Brad and crew were amazing and talked me through the process of the lift, wheels and tires that would be the best look and ride I needed. Brad nailed it!! The Jeep looks absolutely amazing and the customer service is top notch!!

Always great service and coupons on their website! I have used Hometown Tire for my last 3 cars and they have always impressed me with how much they care. I was super happy when they remodeled the lobby and included usb plugs for customers to charge their electronics while they wait because I always stream a show while my oil change gets done.

I first went to see Brad and the guys at Hometown when I needed tired for my Jeep Wrangler. Hometown wound up having the best prices in town. Since then Ive taken my Jeep to Hometown multiple times and each time Brad and his staff have been great. If youre looking for an honest shop that does quality work these are your guys.

Could not ask for a better place for ALL of our automotive needs. Not only are they reasonably priced, they are a great group of people as well. We have everything from a 1969 Corvette to a 2015 RV and they always have been able to take care of anything we have asked them to do. It is reassuring to know we have a family owned business that is reliable and trustworthy so close to home. Cant say enough good things about this place. After searching for a shop to install some torsion keys on my RAM for a couple weeks, I found home town tire. The price was much better than every one else i had talked to. I cannot even begin to tell you how amazing this place is. I drive over an hr 1 way anytime i need any work done to my truck. I refuse to go any place else. I’ve been going here for years and trust these guys completely. The staff up front are friendly and you don’t feel like you’re being ripped off or sold services you don’t need. My car needed to be towed from out of town and Brad from Home Tire coordinated the towing himself. Absolutely love Hometown Tire! Just like the name imply’s, they know my name whenever I stop by. It doesn’t seem to matter the size of the job, they always make me feel like a priority. They are a honest family business. Took them a Toyota Squoia with a airbag light because I couldn’t figure it out. Come to find out, the module had come unplugged. This could have been an opportunity to a shop to take advantage of me, but not these guys. They plugged it back in and sent me on my way. I offered to pay and said for me not to worry about it. You won’t find that kind of service at a franchise shop. Support local business that gives back to the community!

Horrible customer experience. Needed tires rotated, oil change, and fuel filters on 2018 f350. Stopped by last week and was told to bring it in on Wed and theyd be happy to do it but would need it all day. Took the day off so I could take care of it. Dropped it off at 8 am...they pulled it right back for oil and filters - which is a 1hr job at most. Came back at 545pm and was told they didnt get to it. No call...no notice just didnt do the work because it didnt make them as much as other work that was available. I would have gladly taken it somewhere else today if they would have been honest.So if you want to get lied to, waste your time, and not get the work done they committed to...go see Doug and hell take care of that for you.

This is a great place, I have had both of my autos repaired and bought tires from these guys many times over the past 2 or 3 years. They are great to work with and they do great work for a reasonable price.

Very disappointed. Got ripped of $25 when they supposedly fixed my tire. It got low only two days later. It last a couple weeks when I put air in it myself! On top of that the guy at the front was not friendly, no smile and no thankyou. Dont let the cross out front fool you.

My Jeep was clicking when I turned the wheel and I was a week away from payday. I stopped in to see if I could make it until payday or if I would end up on the side of the road. I tried to describe my problem and was told that they could diagnose the noise for 60$. I (wrongly)believed it was the axles and had priced some at Auto zone, so I asked what they would charge to put them in, and was told that they would install them, no problem but if that wasnt what was causing the problem they wouldnt tell me. I told him that wasnt right. He said that if they went to the trouble of diagnosing the problem and then I took it somewhere else to fix it, they would lose out on time and effort they put into it. I understand where they were coming from but still I dont really want someone with that kind of an attitude working on my Jeep. I mean why should I trust them when they wont trust me?
