Great service from the guy who sold me fridge. But when it broke ($200) part failure 5 days after warranty ended The lady that normally runs it acted like she didn’t understand English and kept giving me a phone # for a parts place in Charlotte. Won’t ever do business with them again. Had she spoke to me and told me I was SOL that my warranty was over I would’ve accepted that but it seemed like a game.

Purchased a fridge and they have been here 4 times to fix it. Had to pay each time because the warranty was up. They sell items that they put back together, only for them to work for a short period of time. Also Bought a stove and the hot light will not cut off.

Bought an older model washing machine over a year ago and its still working love that it doesnt sense the loads like the new ones would like to buy a refrigerator and stove from there too

Recently purchased a very nice Maytag washer. The buying experience was pleasant as they have a nice showroom (unlike Rocks appliances in Monroe). Delivery was quick & efficient. So far Im pleased with my purchase & will definitely do business with them again!

Bought a fridge from them. Very unreliable. Refridgerator broke within months and the told us we had too pay for them too fix it. Paid them too fix it and fridge broke again. Please dont buy from them. Professional people, but horrible principles in regards too giving you quality. Very disappointed.

Pricey!! Overpriced for what? Products that’s are barely functional old rusty and “newly” repaired. Please don’t waste your time.

Friendly and nice, helped out with the size for my apartment was the perfect size, works great, will do business with her again.

To be a God fearing atmosphere with Christian music in the background and a bible on the front desk, they lie on purpose and definitely are not fair...not even 3 months with one refrigerator just got home to plug up the switched one and the refrigerator side doesnt even work. I have plenty of people that I will be reaching out to about this business and I will NEVER send business to them again.

Super nice woman helped me out! Thanks!Edit: super nice woman turns into super mean, confusing woman 80 days after the sale. She will speak to you in English and Spanish to confuse you. She was speaking a 3rd language or just gibberish. She had my wife in tears and will not honor the warranty.Dont go here. Dont get taken like we did.

Late November of 2017 we bought a washer/ dryer combo. The dryer worked less than a week.Took it back and after keeping it a week, claimed to have fixed it. The dryer lasted less than a day. We took this dryer back to get our money back. The receipt states four month warranty, however the owner Fransy Rodriguez told me their policy is only after one month can you receive a refund. This is not in print, not on the receipt or on the walls. Nowhere does this policy exist in print. She would only give me a refund after I threatened legal action. Then she CURSED the money! She laid an actual curse on the money! After clarifying that is what she said, she continued by telling me God saw all that we did, and who we were. Just wanting my money back and away from this person, not her view of what God is doing for her benefit. If you decide to shop there, bring your own Shaman, Witch, or Priest. She might throw a curse on you!

Fransy (I hope I spelled that right) was very nice. My sister and I went in there to get a washer and dryer. The next day we found out that the washer didnt work I think the timing was bad and the drain valve was stuck or something and Francie did not hesitate to give us our money back for the washer. The woman was very delightful and kind. Sadly we found a washer and re Appliance. I would not have minded going back. And I really liked her accent.Update: Re-Appliances washer broke down and the owner kept accusing my sister of over loading the washer. The guy was very rude. I will not recommend that dude ever. Or his store. Very rude.

It seems to me that this company fixes one problem, and more pop up with theyre appliances. Two weeks we had our dryer repaired here and cost $60 bucks. Took the same dryer back today because the dryer over heated and the guy wanted another $140 dollars to repair the dryer again. Why charge $200 to fix a machine when that is more than I paid for it new
