I love his “no BS” “cut to the chase” attitude, very kind and willing to explain things in detail so that I had full comprehension of what was damaged and needed repair etc. My car was finished quickly and they were great to work with!

Excellent experience with these guys this week on my brand new Corvette. The car arrived damaged from Patriot Chevrolet in Pennsylvania (review coming soon once all the dust settles). The new manager, Mike, was really kind and fair with us. He kept connected with me and updating me as we went through a bit of a process of breaking down my vehicle to find all the damages not seen by insurance. Got my car fixed there, a couple months ago but the quality of work was very poor. Front desk has horrible customer service. Took way longer than initially expected. Got my car back super dirty. Regret taking it here.

My wife had an unfortunate incident with a security gate and needless to say, the gate won the battle. Luckily enough we have Monroe Collision down the road from us. They took great care of us and got her car back to as good as new. We are happy to have the incident behind us and are very thankful for the wonderful guys over at Monroe Collision.

I have an old Chevy that I needed cleaned up. Thankfully WBL was able help me out! They even covered the tow to their location in Monroe so they could get it done quicker. My truck has never looked better. Thank you to both teams for getting my truck looking brand new again!

I have complete confidence that Monroe Auto Body will do the work right the first time. We use Monroe Auto Body for both the little stuff and the big stuff. They fixed a totaled car years ago that we drove for years (and it looked great). They also helped me restore an old motorcycle by matching the paint perfectly and making it look much better than when it came off the showroom floor in the 70s.Trust is hard for a business to earn but Monroe Auto Body certainly has my trust & confidence.
