Never met my service man but they called and explained what happened so not to upset it did put me in a bind and I had to try and out a quick fixer for the time being until I see them this week but the boss is super nice

This family owned business is one of the best! They fixed multiple chips in my windshield! He was fast, kind, and you can hardly tell where the chips were. I highly recommend this company for all glass needs!

As a college student you try to find something easy and good quality. They did show up on time and it was replaced pretty fast. Two days later a stress fracture started to appear and started to grow while driving. I contacted the company and they told me that it was a stress fracture but there was no way they would replace it. I still have a crack in my windshield and have lost 200 dollars.

Took multiple times to attempt replacing the front wind shield... leaked water and air every time. Job was rushed and clean up was terrible every time. Had to go behind every time to clean up the black adhesive from inside and outside the car. Never had issues 10 years ago with company, just have changed owners or different workers.

Professional and quick, the windshield looks great and is very clean and of high quality. I had a windshield that a brick was thrown into and went straight through, it was a mess. Highly recommended that if you’re looking for a windshield, this is your guy.

STAY AWAY!!! Worst experience Ive ever had dealing with a local company. This guy replaced my windshield with the cheapest glass he could find, and the molding job was horrible!!! The adhesive chemical was ooosing out of the molding strips. The windshield wasnt even properly inserted. I ended up having to get Kelly Auto Glass (McDonough Ga.....great company!!!) to fix this mess that B&D created. STAY AWAY!!

Worst service related experience in my life. Rude, cancelled preset appointment, and then hung up on us. We are an auto shop locally owned and operated. Will never use or recommend you to any of our customers or friends. Best to avoid this company.
