I have been super satisfied with everything in my first few experiences, and they are now my mechanic for any issue. I would recommend this place to anyone who needs to the work! Hybrids are challenging on so many levels, especially once they start to burn oil after ~250,000. Mine does, and I let the oil level drop way too low when life got busy, and the computer system in the car went completely off the wall! Every warning light lit up at the same time ... scary. Brought it to Frank Nettles and they told me they don’t really do hybrids when it’s a computer issue, but they took care of the oil and cleaned up some battery corrosion ... and everything reverted back to normal. Instead of taking one look at a hybrid and saying, “We don’t do those,” the folks here did an incredibly thorough job and took care of what they could and ended up fixing the whole situation and saving me so much money. The pricing is excellent and I did not feel taken advantage of, as many people with car trouble have experienced. This is an excellent place to bring your vehicle.

I was working in the Monroe area when my power steering started to give me problems. I googled some places and just happened to choose Franks and was super glad I did! Pat was super friendly and very helpful. He solved the problem and I was back on the road. I highly recommend this place! It’s also a very nice and clean place!

I am very pleased with the service Frank provided me. He performed a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle I was considering buying while I am living in another state. He sent me videos of the cars condition and a picture of his completed checklist, along with a verbal description of the cars status. The entire process went very smooth and I can not say enough good things about him and his business!

Mr. Frank worked on my stepmoms BMW last year, He charged us over $500.00 the car still has the same problem a very nice guy but... did not fix the car Just replaced parts . Took the car to the BMW place they updated the software for free fixed the problem.

I would highly recommend Frank and his crew to anyone that needs automotive maintenance. I picked up my car from Frank today, and the ride was phenomenal! I was thoroughly impressed.However, the smoothness of my car was not the only thing that made such an impression on me. A few weeks ago, I had hurriedly installed a new battery and neglected to apply grease to the terminals. When I got home today and popped the hood, I noticed that they had done this for me. One less thing, right?Seriously, take your car here!

My Family are loyal customers of Mr. Frank due to his affordable cost... discount when you pay with cash.. and even FREE SERVICE!!! We brought our Kia Sorento by the shop to replace the starter... again. Of course warranty is good for a year. We were 2 weeks after warranty. Mr. Frank fought with them and won the battle. Recently, my 2004 GMC Envoy started running a little rough, losing power, and had a noticeable reduction in fuel economy. I do know a bit about maintenance and sometimes do some of my own minor repairs. I used an app on my phone and a module connected to my diagnostic port to check for trouble codes. The trouble codes indicated that it might be a stopped up catalytic converter. This made me nervous as the cost of replacement can be pretty high for some vehicles. I did my homework and used Google and You Tube to research the repair process and price range for this repair. Knowing that this repair required getting under the vehicle and might require some tools I did not have, I decided to again search Google for reviews of local repair facilities. While several had pretty good reviews, Frank Nettles Automotive stuck out due to their positive reviews and I remembered years before being told they were good.Now, after using them personally, I would have to agree! They ran the test on the vehicle which were described on You Tube, confirmed that it was the catalytic converter, gave me a price quote that was toward the lower end of the reasonable price range for my vehicle found on the internet and then completed the repairs that day getting me back on the road. They did mention a few things that while not critical I might want to have done to my vehicle due to its age and condition, but their was no pressure or attempt to convince me that my life was in jeopardy if I did not do these repairs.I walked away feeling a since of trust in Frank Nettles Automotive, and the next time my vehicle needs additional repairs or someone is asking for recommendations on a repair facility I now know who I will recommend!
