I went to get an estimate on a double H- pipe made for my truck. 1st I was told it could be done, then I was told I didnt need what I wanted.I was told by a person that referred me to them that they could make what I wanted.I didnt know the customer was to be told what they needed & didnt need. 😡😤Very poor customer service.

I think C & C Services deserves 5 stars. The customer service is excellent. They have serviced 2 vehicles that I have. I am one happy and satisfied customer! And the prices arent bad either. If you think Im lying then take your vehicle to Charlotte, NC and have it serviced.

Have nothing but great things to say.My son needed a catalytic converter, exhaust header gasket and horn replacedHe isnt left poor. Owner physically showed my boy his clogged catalytic converter and explained everything.Folks are great and attentive

Such a great group of people to do business with! One, they worked me in for an oil change on my lunch break (super lucky). Two, they charged half of what Havoline had quoted me for my car!! When they told me the price, I was like really? Thats it? I have used them several times for my automotive needs and they keep reminding me why theyre the best around! Highly recommend!

Amazing service station and staff. They always take care of my car when I need them to and at a reasonable price. My car consistently runs into issues but they always find time to squeeze me into their busy schedule and fix the problem. They were very patient and understanding around inspection time as well; giving me a fair assessment and working with me rather than against me. Their repair on my car has always held up strongly. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Great bunch of guys here. Thought I had some valve rattle in my 83 Electra, swung it by the shop fearing the worst, fully prepared to shell out the money to have the lifters, rockers, and pushrods replaced (For a very reasonable sum, Ill add.) only to be told that the noise was coming from a very obnoxious exhaust leak, which they promptly fixed. Even after replacing my V-belts and a faulty radiator hose, I still came out paying roughly half of what I expected. After the warm treatment my brother and I have received from them, I recommend them strongly.

Put my car in for dual exhaust and they did an excellent job. My car sounds even better than I could have imagined, they staff was friendly and helpful, even managed to save me 200$ by finding an easier, more efficient way of installing my exhaust. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody needing exhaust work. 10/10

Hello, I have a ram 3500 I did a egr delete and the company sent me the exhaust didn’t provide the correct parts! I went to there different shops they all made some excuse not to touch it it was fairly simple but still needed work. I brought the truck in at 11am, they called me at 4:15pm saying it’s ready! I couldn’t make it I sent my buddy who was close by. He brought the truck home everything is so perfect!! They did a tip top job mike I believe he is the owner he really did a great job helping me out I appreciated it so much awesome guys awesome team!!!! A+ service will take any car there I need work done on!!!!! 💯

I brought my truck here to get the exhaust leak worked on, I was recommended by my uncle.. I’m going to suggest he stop doing so. It took them 2 weeks before I even heard anything from them, when I went to pick up the truck there was still a leak.. I went back in to get Mike and ask him about it, he popped my hood and tried saying it was the lifter and that it’d stop when the truck warmed up.. I was also trying to get the truck registered but when I picked it up it still had codes and he told me to do some driving and then come back when they clear.. they never did, I brought my truck down to autozone and scanned the computer to find I have 4 new codes.. pcv and egr codes, I was otw home and my spark plug blew out.. never had this issue before. I took my truck last week to see if they can fix the issues they caused, My truck sat same spot for a week and a half.. I called Thursday to check up and I was told mike had to go to the dealership for a part and that he’d Call me back.. Friday comes arund and no call back, I call Monday and find out that nothings been done and now my right side header is leaking worse than it was before, and i have broken pieces under my truck? The customer service is poor and they have no manners.. take your vehicle to meinike, extremely poor customer service..

I can not speak for the quality of their repair work, but as for their hospitality, concern for safety, it stinks!As I pulled into the mall parking lot I noticed my low pressure light for my front right tire was on. I stopped and checked, it was soft. I had recently purchased the tires from a Goodyear shop and decided to try to drive it there (about 1.5 miles). As I passed this garage, I realized I would not make it that far. I had purchased road hazard on my tires, otherwise I may tried to get it looked at here. I stopped at this shop to try to get air, quickly realizing that wasnt going to work, and I began to change my tire (with three children 4 & under in my van). A man, apparently the owner, came out as I began to lower the spare tire, to tell me I could not change my tire there because he needed to get his truck out. He put enough air in my tire so I could back up to a less inconvenient place. I moved my van and changed my tire, while he and two mechanics stood inside, presumably watching me. One mechanic did bring a long handled lug wrench out for me to use, but NO ONE OFFERED me, a 39 y/o woman with three small children, any help changing the tire.All I can say is, thanks for the air and the use of your wrench. If it wasnt for the mechanic lending me the wrench, I would have been even more disappointed.I can remember a time and place where a lady would never have to change her own tire except under extreme circumstances. Just not at all impressed!!!

I took my car there to replace the muffler as was requested by AAA inspection shop in Matthews. They checked the muffler and told me there was nothing wrong with the muffler and didnt need replacing at all. Its nice to find honest mechanics that dont perform unnecessary work.

The staff were very helpful and kind at this place, as well as the prices being very fair. I took my 99 honda prelude to this place to take care of an exhaust leak, install a horn button, and check why it was idling lower than usual (causing it to stall far more often), after they took an estimate they found the issue was also caused by a clogged catalytic converter. They took care of all mentioned issues for an extremely reasonable price, and this is coming from a broke college kid.

Worst car shop I have ever been to. Never, EVER, get transmission work done here. They broke every single part that I supplied and tried charging me again to fix it. Had my car towed from this shop with the transmission out because I was afraid they were going to break my whole car. NEVER GO HERE!

I took my truck there back 2 months ago to had them replace my heater core. they said it would take 8 hours to repair. I originally set the appointment for a thurs and then found out it would be easier to get it there on a wednesday afternoon, They said that it would help alot, so they could get a jump start on it, i called thurs afternoon and they said they hadnt even looked at it, call back friday. I called friday afternoon and they still couldnt give me a time or day that it would be fixed. I went by on monday afternoon and they said it would be done on wed, this was a week later. I picked my truck up late in the day, and they said everything was done, i drove off in the truck and my wife was following me and she called me on my cell saying their was some thing leaking, so i pulled over and realized that the hoses werent put on right, so the fluids were leaking, i added some water to it and called the place and of course they were closed. Well here it is 2 months later and its still not fixed, i dropped the truck off this monday 11/18/2013 at 1:00pm and today is the 11/25/2013 and no answer from them. I will not take anything back there, and if i have anything to do with it, i will make sure everyone in the sound of my voice. Never ever takes anything to them, and i mean ever

I will not recommend this C&C carsho in Monroe to any one. I put my car in this place and they did a really bad job. To the point that I cannot drive my car. They were supposed to replace the engine and the massed up everything. Never go here!!! No only that, it took them for ever to give me the car back. They are unresponssible and rude....

They are great people no matter what conflict you have they stand by thier price i was told it was only gonna cost $25 for exhaust and well they ran into some issues and it should of cost more but he stook to his price i got my borla exhaust installed on my srt-4 powered pt cruiser it sounds amazing now actually i am going back tomorrow to get it switched from one exhaust pipe and i am getting a cat back installed and he only quoted me $65 and everywhere else estimated around $175

Was never attended. I patiently waited and tried to get their attention but they would deliberately leave the room before I could speak. I dont the know what the issue was but everyone else that walked in was immediately attended while I seemed invisible. Anyways I felt disgusted and decided to go somewhere else I hate to think that they were racist but thats exactly what it felt like. Perhaps I smelled or something who knows 😂
