Couldn’t sing more of their praises. Incredibly honest and trustworthy. I recommend everyone to go to them. We have gone to them multiple times to diagnose issues and get quotes for work. They are so good at what they do they often teach at other car mechanic places. Plus they have great prices and are very friendly. If I moved away I would drive 2+ hours to come and see them to work on our cars.

The guys at Cartech have helped me and my family out numerous times. They make the experience of being a customer feel effortless, (which is rarely the case). From their work, all the way down to their ability to communicate clearly. I made a call at the end of the day yesterday to see if I could make an appointment at the earliest date possible. They were able to fit me into their busy schedule TODAY and got me back on the road in time to make it to a doctors appointment for my child. I hate to admit that I was unorganized and didn’t plan very well, but Jarrod and Jordan cared about trying to help me and it shows in everything they do. That’s the type of people they are. My daughter’s engine light came on a few days ago. We wanted to go for an honest answer. We drove to Monroe because we knew Jared would be honest.

Horrible experience and the worst customer service I have ever seen. Would not recommend to anyone.EDIT** The owner did call me after I left this review and offer to make the situation right. I had my car already fixed by another local shop so I didnt need them to do anything but I was appreciative of his effort. It seems my experience was do to miscommunication on both of our parts.

Awesome experience at Cartech Automotive. High quality and knowledgeable but also affordable and fair. Jarred quoted me significantly less than competitor (Pep Boys) and gave me an honest assesssment of what needed to be done. My repairs went from close to $1,000.00 at PB to under $600.00. The work was done in a timely manner and with excellent customer service 11/10!

They have the greatest automotive repairs thats fast, dependable, reliable to never have to return that are the most reasonable prices in Monroe they also will not try to b.s. u on 5011 other things to get $ outta u they will explain to you what needs to be done what can be put off so on n so forth they even walk through about whats going on with your vehicle n why no matter what is! This place is my go to place for anything to do with my car except for tires. I went there for an oil change, with two hours before I had to be at work and it was done within 30 minutes. The staff is so friendly, and reliable. Every where other chain place I go to it takes at least 2 hours to do a simple thing. There prices are also better than the chain places as well. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I went to this shop at the recommendation of someone at my church. Everything was as I had been told. The service was fast, efficient and budget-friendly. The gentlemen that worked there were very courteous and open with me about what needed to be done with my car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone and will definitely return any time I need maintenance or repair work on my car.

We have currently or in the past owned Volvo, GM, Toyota and Mazda vehicles. Jared has done excellent work on all makes and models and was integral to preserving the life of our vehicles when buying new wasnt an option. Great place with incredible customer service! I was looking to buy a used car in the area and called to ask if they would be able to look it over for me. The owner answered the call and said he would be willing. I asked how much he would charge and he said, I wont charge you anything to look at it. He gave me a thorough evaluation that greatly helped me in deciding on whether to buy the car or not.

My wife 2004 Lexus Rx330 was getting P0500 check engine light, take it to Auto Zone get a free diagnostics check, shows a bad speed, i change it out clear the the light, after driving a few yards the light pop back on, i end going to Cartech after a little research since i was new to area and did not know any good mechanic, call and speak to Jordan he gave me an appointment, after a few diagnostics he said my cluster was bad, i buy a used on Ebay, brought it to them they change it out, and now my wife truck is running great again, if you ever need good mechanic check them out they are everything the real deal, save me a lot of money vs going to dealers and get ripoff.

While traveling an hour away from home in a severe thunderstorm the windshield wipers on my BMW X5 stopped working. Luckily I saw the Car Tech shop and pulled in. The owner and his assistant dropped everything to check out what I thought was a bad fuse. In ten minutes they took apart the wiper linkage and found a blockage which they cleared allowing the wipers to work. These guys are great and knowledgeable. They are better than any BMW dealer I have ever visited. I will return the long drive to have them service my cars.

I found myself broken down in Conyers at 2:00 am on my way home from Monroe to Lithia Springs. My friend in Monroe picked me up and I was just sick about what could be wrong with my car and who will be able to fix it out here. The next day my friend told me his neighbor used a guy in Monroe and so we called him and towed my car there. Both he and his son explained everything it might be and what course they were going to take to find out and fix it. It turned out to be a thermostat problem and they fixed it and my car has been great since! I appreciate their honesty and integrity. If I lived closer I would use them for all my car needs and may make the drive anyway in the future just because they are that good!! Highly recommended!!
