I hired Austin to do a pre-purchase inspection on a first gen cummins. He was super responsive and agreed to do the work on a Saturday evening. He called and texted several times to confirm the specifics of what I wanted to have looked at and his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering I am out of state and couldnt look at the truck. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle, but Austin emailed me some other options afterwards to consider. Great follow through. I wouldnt hesitate to use him again.

Set an appt for today to get my fuel pump changed out. He originally told us noon. Noon came and went. My husband called, he said he got stuck at another job and it would be 2:00. 2:00 also came and went and now it is 4:15 and he won’t even answer the phone. Don’t waste your time.

Called for a brake job and he said would come after finishing another job. Called back 2 hours later and he said he would be there. 4 hours later called with no answer. He never showed up or called to let me know any difference.
