A salesman posted a vehicle on Facebook. We called and he gave us a verbal price of $31,900. Drove an hour to get there only to have them tell us the actual price is $34,900. They refused to honor the original price.

Buying a car from them is a great experience.Service not so much.My husband and I both bought cars from them and need full synthetic oil changes.When I bought my car it was $40, and it slowly started to go up every couple of months. Now its $69!!! This is ridiculous, thats not a way to get customers to come back when everyone else is cheaper.

I did not like the sales person that was very very very pressured me into getting a accord in 2020 He pretends to be your friend. He doesnt work there anymore but i needed a new car since my ford was retired. All dealerships are the same there job is to guide you to buy what there selling. The sales guy bragged to me how big his commission is for pressure customers to buy a new Japanese car.Just shows his true colors money is more important then the customer.Although im happy how beautiful the accord is and the maintenance crew is awesome and nice.But the only thing..... Im very upset about is the dang low tire pressure light always comes on every dang day.......... Drive on the highway turns on ding ding dingI go to work ding ding dingI get groceries ding ding dingLow tire pressure warning.And I owned this since August 2020 and I talked to the manager and he seemed like he really didnt care of my concern. He had a oh well type of response.

They did good work, but did not mention any discounts that would have been applied to my work, only after I paid.I spent over $600 on work, and was notified after I paid about discounts that would have saved me $50. I called back and was told too bad, better check the website before you do work next time and would not retroactively apply the discounts.

Safety features are important and the reason I went to a Honda dealer after reading car reviews on and off for awhile. Unlike my other car purchase experiences I did not feel rushed or pressured. Deborah is so easygoing.The finance manager was also very helpful and went out of his way to get me fair financing.The next day I came back to connect my GPS/phone. Deborah and a young man (sorry I forgot his name) connected everything. So patient with my old phone!All in all exceptional customer service. I really wanted a Honda and now I own one.

Id like to start off by saying I purchased my certified pre-owned vehicle about 2 months ago, and I love my car. With that being said, my experience purchasing a vehicle was only so-so. The whole process was rushed and I was being pushed to purchase a vehicle even though I stated multiples times I wasnt sure yet, as I dont like to make rash decisions, and prefer to think on it. Nobody wants to regret purchasing a $14,000 car. The salesperson used the puppy-dog sales technique where they allowed me to take the vehicle home for a night which guaranteed Id be back. I was able to negotiate to the terms I wanted which was great, but I received no information regarding the vehicle, besides what I already knew, and no information on the certified program. Thankfully, I had already done my research on it. I will say, it seemed as though there was only 1 used car salesperson working both the days I was there, hopefully there are more working now, as the guy I dealt with clearly had too much going on for one person. My biggest complaint, and it relates to my last sentence, is that I was told I would be getting a second key for my car, and I also asked for the certified inspection report. I asked 3 times for these things, and on the last attempt, I didnt even receive a response, so at that point I gave up.Also, they seem to be letting customers in without masks which wasnt acceptable, but not surprising for the area.

This place does approve many people. But, there are people who cant afford their prices and the monthly payments are high in my opinion. Great cars.....not great monthly prices.
