Excellent service change my oil gave me a free pass for a car wash love them

I would normally give this place a five-star rateing but when u buy tokens in the office and use the car wash it great can wash my service truck for $10 dollars but when u buy tokens from the change machine cost me $22 how is that right put quarter in there 12 second

It’s decent. I don’t know many other places in Monroe that do it as quickly as them. It is a hit or a miss with the helpfulness/ professionalism of the staff. Some are great. This past time I went there was one staff member who was unprofessional, cussing a lot, and rude to me.

Got power steering pump replaced and a week later had power steering fluid foaming out of the top of my power steering pump. Call to let them know and they said that it was not their fault and it must be a faulty part. They also said that they could not replace the pump due to me providing my own pump. Took my car to Hometown tire and they told me that whoever put the power steering pump on did not seal the O-ring so it was bringing air into the power steering pump. I have tried to talk to them about this to seeIf they could refund me some of my money because they didn’t do the job right And I was told that I couldn’t get a refund even though I just had to turn around and spend $190 on getting hometown tire to fix my power steering pump. Very unprofessional very rude and They did not do the job the correct way

We had a flat tire in the parking lot next door and due to a defect with our lugs our lug wrench would not fit them. We asked to borrow a lug wrench and Josh kindly finished changing our tire for us! Great experience and kind assistance even when we were not customers!!

I normally do the work on my vehicles myself. Used this place for the first time to get my oil changed. Service was great and done in a timely manner. Oil level was full, tire pressures correct and no leaks on my driveway.

Too pricyPaid 94 for syn blend oil change, same Servive at bulldog Kia is 35 plus tax, on phone I told them about my vehicle and oil type they said is 34.99 and when I reached there and also mentioned about it. at check out they told me they have to do extra oil and it’s filter is different type . Do go for oil change .

It use to be a great place. They use to check and fill tire pressure, windshield washer fluid, and check the air filter to see if extra service was required. They use to ask me what pressure I wanted in my tires and do so . They dont anymore. Fthe guys were playing on their phone while they ran my card. Did they take a picture of it or record my info? I dont know but its not worth the risk. Alex use to be the man that did all this for me. He is no longer there. Im not sure why but his replacements have no customer service. Im all about supporting small business, but in this case its not worth the risk.
