The agent that was there in Saturday, 17 April 2021 at approximately 5pm was alone and serving two other ladies that were together, however she never once looked up to even so much as greet me and my daughter with even a hello.I made it a point to stand near her so she could see me and she still never said one word or bothered to acknowledge my presence.I wish there was a way to give no stars. I will not be spending any of my money there and Im going to make sure my friends and family dont either.

I must say Desiree should be acknowledged and rewarded for her willingness to help customers. I went there and she was so upbeat and full of life. She loves her job and its written all over her face when you see her. All the staff there has always been very nice I must say. Desiree is a class act. She needs to be promoted.

I had the best experience going in this Sephora! I was completely lost (still am) and Sarah helped me out tremendously! I’m over 40 and have not bought makeup from a store in years. I’ve always went through an independent consultant. Sarah was very patient, she explained everything and worked until she found what I was looking for! Thank you Sarah! You are the best!

Okay so Im not a beginner but just realized the makeup from the drug store was braking me out! So i went here for my birthday and was pleased amazingly! The ladies that helped me, Savannah and Hannah, were so nice and funny and understood what I was looking for! So thankyou for making my visit amazing!!!

I’ll be honest with you, I shop here often, but the last time I came in I was very upset bc I asked for samples instead of just buying the makeup. I was actually traveling out of town and did not want to bring my makeup and perfume bottles with me. The manager was the one taking care of us. She went to try and make the samples, and then there was a fluctuation of customers that came in so of course she needed to take care of them. So she went to the customers and took care of them, but I kind of felt some type of way bc she didn’t acknowledge that we were there, still waiting on our samples. Then finally she came over and assure us that she was going to finish with us, but it was a little nice nasty (in my opinion). She got us our samples and I acknowledge her and stated that I felt like we were neglected just bc we were getting samples. She kindly apologize and I accepted her apology and we went about our day. I will continue to shop there bc I love the makeup and the customer service is great as well.

I came in for a mini makeover on May 5th around 3:30 p.m. and Savannah was unwilling to assist me and gave me excuse after excuse of reasons why she could not do a mini makeover (the store was not busy). Then she says there is a long wait for mini makeovers, I ask her well how long is the wait, 1) she doesnt know 2) she doesnt even bother to ask for my name to put me on the so called waiting list 3) she tells me MAC offers makeover services and that I should go there. At this point I was just in shock of her rudeness and poor customer service. No one should ever be talked to the way she talked to me. I decided it was best to just leave, as I was walking out Savannah and another associate were chatting in the back of the store unoccupied.

I could so easily get lost in this store. My only issue is not always knowing what I want or need and needing someone to understand that I dont have the budget for most of what they have and dont need to be made to feel bad about it.

Courtney was really helpful in color matching me and my daughter with the Fenty beauty line I didn’t have much time to stick around to try out other colors but I’ll definitely come back and ask for her during my next visit.

Very rude telephone etiquette from the clerk answering the phone tonight. 1st she answers the phone and then starts talking to a customer in front of her, when I kept saying helloooo. She said hold on I have a customer in front of me. After she finishes that transaction she then comes back to me I asked if the had a product that came in today and she said no we don’t have it. Before she hangs up I hear her so Woooo, people are so rude. No who was really rude RUDENESS
