Did not care for the fact that they did not display pricing for the more pricier items in the rack. In fact, they had lower prices in front if the item leaving you to believe that was the price. After checking out, I came back to look again. Upon further investigation, I found the price covered up yet another price that still had nothing to do with the item in the case. After looking all over the case, I found nothing indicating the price of the items I purchased. After speaking with the manager, I was told they would look into this. Deceptive practice.

I love going to this Publix, its almost never crowded and the people working here have always been nice! Sometimes the deli meat area is slow but you have the option of ordering ahead of time to avoid that. I love their bread and pastries, theyre always so good! Their sushi is one of my top choices out of all the other grocery store sushi Ive tried. Its a great place for grocery shopping!

Quality of the store I feel has gone down hill over time. Newness has worn off I guess. Decided to splurge on a Publix sub today. Havent had one in a while, but I wasnt missing much. Online ordered and it was made incorrectly. And what I did get was lacking in quality. Deli is quick but out of a lot of boars head products. Thats not their fault but it still aggrevating. Maybe they will improve after some time. Ill take my business elsewhere in the meantime.

The store was clean and everything looked great. However I only grabbed some chicken tenders. The staff was wonderful and the chicken tenders were delicious. I would give 5 stars if I had went through the whole store. A wonderful experience.

Publix cares Calloway Blue Spring Water. Although its a few more dollars per case, its excellent. The Publix store is clean, organized well and stocked. Id recommend shopping here.

I like this store, but I dont like to check myself out. So now I have to wait in line or consider going somewhere else. There always seems to be enough staff so Im not sure why this is happening.

I am so disappointed in this store! Not only are they extremely expensive but food doesnt last more then a few days. My produce stays a few days then rots. It seems like the fridge temperature is not correct. Its like buying lettuce and its defrosted 2 days later.I had purchased $100 worth of cold cuts 2 separate weeks, $200, and both times all except the cheese went in the trash 3 days later. I just opened up my coffee cream that expires Oct 10 and its bad.Ill stick to Harris Teeter!

This is the nicest, cleanest grocery store. Never overcrowded feel. Great store layout. Staff is wonderfully friendly too. Meat dept is very reasonable. Love how organizes it is too.

The deli has taken a turn for the worse. The are not friendly. I ordered an ultimate sub. They put on way to much mayonnaise. The cheese was not separated when placed on my sandwich. The toppings were not fresh. Whats going on here? Ive gotten subs many times from this location and never had a problem. Lately the quality and customer service have gone down the toilet. They need to overhaul that deli. Elmira is the best worker they have. The other ones shouldnt be working with customers. They are rude and are not up to par with publix standards.

Good clean store, Ive been in a bunch of Publixs this was a newer store,but still super neat and clean. I went in with one purpose to get my sushi fix, and thats what I got and I give it a 10 out of 10

Publix always has a wonderful selection of the items that we are looking for. That are not available at other grocery stores. Not only is there produce wonderful. Their meat selection is great as well as their deli for some of the items that are prepared and are just right for families of four. We also enjoy the service that we receive as most of the checkers and checkouts offer the ability to carry your groceries out to your car and help get them loaded. Thanks again, Publix for a wonderful experience.

My favorite place to for common groceries. Their prices are higher than Walmart but the ambience is certainly much better. They are also cleaner and have less people.

I ordered 10 loaves of sliced bread and when I arrived at the bakery they had no order of the bread I ordered. Both the store and bakery managers did not seem to care that they had failed to fill my order. Their response was a half-baked answer of sorry. They did not care that I drove an hour to get the bread. I thought Publix was better then that. I will find another Publix to shop where the managers(?) are customer friendly.

Place is immaculate.Radio adverts are no lie, very well staffed, ALWAYS someone around to help you. Yes, they take you to it....and take your groceries to your car.At self check out, theyll still offer to do that, or take your cart if youre no longer needing it.Great supermarket.Their sandwiches truly are awesomeIf youre looking for a slightly unusual or regional product, they very well may have it.

The worst customer service ever. I didnt realize that you had to look a certain way to buy fish. The guy acted like I was going to put the fish in my tiny purse! Lol! Im not a thief!

We got our flu shots done here and they gave us a total of $20 in gift cards at $10 for each flu shot. They had many buy one get, get one free deals here and self checkout. Everyone is required to wear a mask and they have employees that clean each cart with sanitizer before you shop. Everyone who works here is very professional and attentive. Thanks Publix!

Breath of fresh air. They make sure their employees are safe during this pandemic and always make sure they have clean carts and hand sanitizer available. My wife and I went to the seafood department looking for crab legs and the lady behind the counter was closing up, but went above and beyond. She re-opened the freezer and got what we were looking for. This place is amazing. I hope it stays like this!

Employees almost have the store shut completely down at 8:00 pm... Your store hours clearly post open until 10:00 pm. WOW. No acknowledgement from employees grumpy attitudes when ask questions? Whats wrong here? I expected more from Publix... Very disappointed, I wanted to grab dinner for my family from the hot deli, but apparently all the employees are ready to shut down and go home ( 2 hours before closing )Dont expect anything from Publix is clearly what your saying. Ill go back to Harris Teeter. Employees get paid to stand for the last 2 hours and not work and deny services. Hmm must be nice to be on the clock get paid to not work.

This store is the Chick-fil-A of grocery stores. Every single time I have been greeted by someone and told to have a good day when leaving. Employees always ask if you need help finding things and are more than willing to help. They also always ask if you need help loading your groceries into your car. 10/10 service!!

I just had the nicest shopping experience here. I was putting my toddler in his car seat, I had left my cart full of groceries and my purse on the other side of the car (didnt mean to) and an employee stopped and kept an eye on my things for me while I finished getting him buckled in. After that another employee walking past took my cart back for me. So nice, I dont usually shop here but I will definitely be back. Kindness goes a long way🙂

My wife and I always enjoy our trips to this location. The staff are friendly and helpful, which is especially appreciated since we usually have our now 11-month old in tow! Devunda in the deli was particularly friendly and helpful on our most recent visit - she helped us get exactly what we were looking for to include in our salad for dinner, and even gave us a couple more ideas of meals we could make!

This store is always very clean and associates are friendly and helpful. I love that they have someone to wipe your cart for you and I frequently see someone going around and wiping handles on the freezer door handles. Just very nice and helps put your mind at ease.One other huge plus is they are rarely out of items, even if on sale. When I go to other grocery stores in the area, they are often out of items, especially items on sale.

The worst wings ever! Saturated in mediocre bbq sauce with excessive breading. We had to search to find the small chicken wing.

So happy to finally see a grocery store without incompetent staff and long queues. I usually visit the Harris Teeter across the street or Walmart in Monroe. For things i cant find close by, i visit Fresh Market or Whole Foods. The produce looked good and i was excited to see things like Kohlrabi with greens and Cornish hens and ducks. The store is clean and bright and the staff is very helpful. We bought some seafood (Salmon and Scallops) for dinner and everything was fresh. I was happy the Salmon was descaled. For the items i usually buy, i felt the prices were slightly cheaper than HT but pricier than Walmart but the quality looked better.

Everyone was friendly. Store was clean and stocked. Bathroom was very clean. Grounds were well maintained and very pretty and inviting. Parking lot was well kept. No litter, buggies were clean and returned promptly. Very pleased with this store. Have been here many times with the same experience.

Try to get some ground beef, and Ribeyes, I tell the supposed butcher to cut some fresh meat and to my dismay he goes to the display and try to say is right there, wow.- really lazy workers, I wouldnt be surprised if they tamper with the meat exp, date.

I absolutely love this Publix! All of the employees are so courteous! The stockers will stop briefly what they are doing just to speak! Shelves are always fully stocked.. The layout of the store has so much appeal.
