I bought a boat on 4/19/19. Signed my warranty papers on 4/19/19. Got a VIP card with a date of purchase date of 4/19/19 but the store turned in my warranty papers on 4/15/19. How? Not sure. The problem? If my paperwork was turned in on 4/19 the day I signed them and picked up my boat I would have qualified for 1000.00 rebate. Instead since my warranty was turned in on 4/15 I only got a 500.00 gift card. I contacted home office and they said Letsinger would have to correct my date of purchase. I contacted Letsinger with no help. How can I have a VIP card with a clear date of purchase date of 4/19 but the gift card date of purchase be 4/15/19? I only bought one boat.

Terrible service. My father in law and I came in to return a ignition he had purchased 2 days prior. They assured him it was the one he needed. It was not. When returning the part that still had the stocking number and sticker on it. They rudely said no receipt, no return. From the same man he bought from the day prior. He has purchased several boats from them. But never anything again!

I purchased a new Sun Tracker pontoon boat from Letsinger Marine in March 2017 and then left my Tahoe Q4 at their repair shop for service. My Q4 was returned to me with $6,500 in fiberglass and trailer damage. Letsinger Marine told me that because I had no proof that they had caused the damage, they were not responsible.

I will NEVER go in that store again. I purchased a tracker topper 10w. This was suppose to be a fun trip and purchase for me. The young sales man i spoke with was great. Jonathon But when it was time to fill out the paper work for the boat. I asked 1 question about having to purchase the title for the boat. The next thing i know i had 4 people making a big deal about why i needed the title. They saud if the boat was lost or stolen the PD would have to see the title before they would look for it. Lol BS, i have the sales reciept and the registraion in my name. They just made the whole day go bad. Then after all that i went outside to make sure the boat was tied down properly. I noticed a dent on the top rail of the boat. I was so mad at that point i didnt even care. Cause there was no way i was ever going to walk back in that store!!!
