There is a man named Bennie that works at this store. He is the most amazing man! He noticed my sister left her wallet in a cart at the entrance today and turned it in to customer service! He recognized us as we came in and gave the wallet to us intact, nothing missing! Didnt even make us wait in line! Bless you, Bennie!! Thank you so very much!

I drove the parking lot a long while, trying to find a parking space near the entrance. I had to settled for one that was a long walk away. My shopping experience was good. The employees are welcoming and polite. I dont like using self-service, so I was happy to see a few cashier workers available with short check out lines.

We always get pick up here! Pickup for the most part has been successful. Occasionally we receive a somewhat defective or sub par item with pick up or the employees take a little to long to come out to the customer. Call the number on the pickup parking location is basically useless because they no longer answer the phone. FYI, Walmart is really good with refunds for defective items.

It’s just the perfect size Walmart supercenter. The people are great at the front door and at the register they treat you so good. And they have almost everything you need in stock. Like other super Walmart, many of their shelves are completely empty. Moreover, I am so grateful for this super Walmart and Walmart supercenter. It gives me everything I need. Thank you Walmart! Even with my Walmart expectations, this store let me down. Yes, it was 6pm on a Saturday when we went and the argument could be made that it’s their busiest day but, I’ve been in other Walmart’s at that time and they were in much better shape. From toys to school supplies to outdoor products and all the way to grocery, this store was wrecked. Shelves destroyed, items completely out of place, and baskets full of items just sitting all around the store. If I wanted the Dirt Cheap experience, I would have just gone there. Lastly, if you are going to have 50% or more of your product locked up behind glass, have enough folks to assist when someone needs something.

Helpful employees!! However, it is very time consuming to get a lot of items that are locked up behind glass. Only certain employees have keys and each department has a key holder. I understand the need for the security measures, however, is it really necessary to lock up $1 flashlights and head lamps and $4 sandpaper?? But Thank you to all the helpful and friendly staff there!

This Walmart is sorta trashy and sketchy. Its not terrible and not exactly unsafe, but I avoid this place if possible.

Communication of workers is sad. Only one check out and a long line full of customers for self check out. Customers service close early and person on door didnt know it was closed so therefore you have walked all the way to the area for no reason with your return. This store needs a better set up than what I experience tonight..

People are very helpful for something they have the right answer

Very unprofessional. Went this morning and was accused of stealing which I didnt had the receipt to prove it they searched my bags then when they found out I didnt steal I never got an apology then they watched me like a hawk the rest of the time.

Walmart was once a great place to go and Shop. but they have forgotten what their founding fathers was a about .he said in one of his speeches that the American people is your employer . if they decide to fire you . they can do it all by stop shopping with you and I have about came to that point

They need to have more registers open other than self check out. Went in there this evening and stood waiting in line for about 20 mins til they opened the 3 register. The self check outs were packed.

Messy, stuff everywhere, crowded. A lot of empty shelves. The workers were great, they were working hard,but friendly and helpful.

Employees refuse to open the liquor cabinet to be able to purchase alcohol. After asking 7 people I waited 30 minutes on manager to open the cabinet. One never came. When I purchased some Champagne (not locked up) I was not asked to show my ID. They should have there liquor license taken away. They arent selling any anyway....

Just to pick up a quick item and they had just what I needed.

Greeters are the absolute rudest people in this Walmart. If you are going to have a job to be welcoming, then you may need to have respect and have people skills. They definitely need to be fired. We along with several other people just walked back out.

All the employees were busy talking amongst themselves no one seemed to know anything about the department that they were standing in cashiers are rude nobody says thank you anymore what in the hell has happened to the common courtesy of a business saying thank you when you complete your purchase?? Half of the people that work at Walmart talk to you like they own it

This walmart is always clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Self checkout only hours during certain times make it almost impossible to leave. The lines will be all the way to the first or second aisles with only two of the self checkout lanes working and only accepting card. Most items that are “out” on the aisle may be on top and the workers don’t put them down to make them accessible for most people. The shopping experience is just mediocre Neighborhood Walmart is better for grocery shopping and personal items and you can probably get better deals on most of the electronics or other things Walmart offer online.

Used service center. 1st off, there were no cars in the bays when I got there so I thought great it will be quick. Nope! Next the one guy that was in the shop was on his phone and pretty much ignored me until I stopped directly in front of him to ask if they can change the oil... Finally, it was supposed to be a high milage oil change. After standing at or near the register for almost an hour they tell me that they are out of high milage oil in bulk. So I could either go for standard oil or buy the bottles of high milage oil off the shelf for $10.00 more. They finally got it changed after 2 hours and countless other people and cars went through. Needless to say I was not pleased about the timing. The oil was changed but the customer service and timing were awful.

Waited over an hour for someone in the jewelry dept. Was buying a ring for my fiancee. Went to customer service. Said they had a person in jewelry dept.waited another 39 min. They called for her 4 times. No show.Not enough clerks at check-out. Always llooonnnggg lines at the only 2/3 open lanes. Self checkout always has a pretty good line also. Store side and grocery side arent real clean either.:(

I was using a walker with a seat that opens up and you can carry stuff. Just dropped in stuff while walking. 2 pillows and sheets didnt fit of course. In the end, too much to go back in and make it to car. Requested assistance. Cashier honestly tried. Kudos! One person she asked didnt even look at me. If she got it up here she can get it to her car. She kept trying. I told her you cant do what you cant do, but thanks for trying. 98% sure, Ill travel 20 minutes away before I return here. American Disabilities Act!

The Auto Center didnt open on time, they let us in at 8:15am was suppose to be open at 8am, once we were in, we still had to wait for someone to come to the front desk, so we waited until 8:25 till the cashier came with the register . The professionalism was sorely lacking .

This is the 3rd time I have had a horrible experience with delivery.You cant contact the store...it goes straight to voice-mail and no one ever calls you back.Still waiting for my 3-4pm delivery at 730pm...with no contact from the store. Just left to wonder.The online contact cant help because the STORE WONT ANSWER!

I bought 2 pairs of mens pants and they have a bad buttons on them they would not exchange them. Then I bought 3 fishing poles. My daughters reel guitar working no exchange. My wifes pole broke and they exchanged it. Emmy fishing pole broke into 3 pieces they would not exchange it. Now if this is the way walmart is doing things I will go else where

This place is just the worst. You can literally spend time in the parking lot searching through the app, find a variety of products in several makes and models (including the actual location where the product is supposed to be stored (using the filter that ONLY shows you what is in stock, with each individual products description ACTUALLY saying its in stock at THAT Location, Walk into the store with your prepared list and information, walk back to the isle and not find ONE... Not even ONE item on the list. This store is so bait-and-switch that its amazing anyone ever finds anything or buys anything. Here are some pictures from one trip we made. Nothing that was listed in stock was on the shelves. And as a manager previously explained to me, the location listed online is NOT where it is SUPPOSED to be unless someone stocks it wrong. It is scanned as its put out so it is literally either there, or someone has purposely tricked the machine and not done the work. I dont know what is right.. I just know that there are plenty of places that actually want customers to be happy. I asked a meandering employee that was wondering through the area, trying not to be spotted, where I could find ANYONE that worked in that department, or any other department for that matter. He answer was Theyre all in a meeting theyll be out in a little bit. I said So.. Nobody is working the entire electronics department?!. She said yes, but they all in a meeting, they be out after they get they keys.Apparently, we had different ideas of the definition of the word work. Incidentally, the correct definition was mine, there was NOBODY in the entire dept. We left a cart full of products that had no prices on them and no matching tags on the shelves. I guess these stores will just continue taking Ls. They dont care.

I know the layout of the store, so I was able find everything I need. All of the checkout stations were full due to a predicted winter storm, so when I went to electronics to look for an item, I was able to checkout at that register, although I had several items to purchase. Very friendly and helpful staff!!!

Clerk had to come to me, put her code in, select the item and then remove it. Baby, you should just be scanning me out then. Door man is super cool though. Should really learn his name before that faithful day comes. Hes an older guy.

Long wait times. Not enough cashiers. Seemed to be plenty of other workers. I want customer service, not to check myself out. Cashier checking my merchandise was great! She was keeping a positive attitude. I appreciate that. Why is it so hard to have the customer service and products made in the USA, in those stores! Wheres management? They should have their selves on the sales floor assisting customers and checking them out. Assuring customers returning. Plus, keep the merchandise on arriving pallets, in a more orchestrated mess. Not all over the sales floor. I work in management at another store, so I understand how hard things are. But enough is enough. I know for a fact most customers will overlook and sometimes help.

Went out early to smoke and wait on friends was away from door by myself where buggies are push and before could get done was approached by security and asked to leave and they know that I havent done anything they woylike me to leave told them was waiting on friends and my ride they was in electronics so I w walked to truck whole time so just stood there bout 5 mins hear comes guard as he bout to tell me to leave again there is friends so end of Walmart

Today they only get one star, thats just for the doors being open. I needed help in electronics and 45 minutes later I, as well as a few more customers. Were still looking for someone to help.. Then I get to the front and theres maybe 3 cashiers trying to check out at least 60 people. I left my buggy and walked out.

I waited at least 30 minutes in sporting goods before I started walking around to find some help they called at least 5 times for someone to come to sporting goods finally someone from another department that didnt have the keys so they went to find someone else after a total of about 50 minutes or so I got someone to open the case so I could get some bbs then went to automotive just to find there stuff locked up so I just got the bbs and left and went to Bastrop wall Mart and got the rest of the stuff I needed in about 10 minutes

Pretty much every store Ive been to its been really good you know you always got your really really good people are you really good friends if you know him but sometimes I get Cuts in the middle to wear some people might get fired but the people that they put back in where I have been in Louisiana has been very very very helpful

The worker are so unprofessional and messy there no way WalMart is paying 15$@hr to people who cant do a simple return had me up there with my kids over 1 hour and half of the workers walking around like its a night club... Ima call the corporate office and report these so called staff.

Not Semi friendly, stopped for 15 min on the lot to find a place to park. security speed on over to tell me they dont want any of you here. Told security I will leave when I find where to go. They made sure to drive 100 feet in front of me and wait for me to leave watching the whole time. So if you drive a big rig do not stop there, they will treat you like a criminal.

Ive been to this Walmart 4 times so far and there is always pallets of merchandise in the middle isles throughout the entire store. It seems like they dont have many employees either. It also takes forever trying to get someone to help you get stuff that are locked up. This Walmart is a mess.

We love this place except for thr fact that I got in trouble all the way from 2016 and its 2021 and I have yet to ever have stolen anything from walmart and they follow and watch me like im just some crack head thief when i actually pay for every single Intel I ever get.
