Would be nice if the hours of operation were true. Say they open at 5 and I come at 5:20 and doors still locked.

Ok so I just moved to Monroe and craving some tenders. Hubby brought home some good ol Golden Pantry to try. Ive never eaten gas station cooked food before but lemme say who ever is cooking the mac n cheese is spot on! I loved it! The tenders are good and so are the potatoe wedges. The only reason Im not rating a 5 star is because my tenders, fries and okra wasnt crispy. Still, everything taste good!

Was in there today around 4:30: I don’t know if the clerk was on drugs seemed like it. He never greeted me, didn’t read my total and was smiling and giggling to himself. I felt very unsafe. I bought $15 worth of snacks and 2 drinks and he acted like he couldn’t bad my items up I had to ask him. They must hire anyone off the streets. Will never go here again!!

Seems most of these stores are all headed in the same direction. Filthy and lack of customer service. The young lady running the register this evening was way too occupied with her cell phone to assist me. I was acknowledged upon entering the store but she just continued to sit on her phone while I stood at the counter waiting...very poor etiquette, will gladly drive further from home from now on when in need of a convenience store or fuel stop.

The biscuits here are so good every morning.

Its amazing how horrible the service has gotten at this gas station. When you walk in to get breakfast they duck in the back so they dont have to help you. Someone needs to restaff the store

This stores need structure sign on the door saying closed til 315 with dudes hanging all in the location. The owner need to ride locations at night. Golden pantry stores are very very ghetto and if control is not gained I don’t give the brand another 3 years. Dirty stores, ghetto employees I just wish I had a week in each of the locations to clean them all up, If you want to be the #1 brand you got to start holding employees accountable,

Very friendly staff. Its open 24 hours has great breakfast biscuits. And large selection of snacks and drinks.Update: since my last visit here the gas station has gone downhill. Never the same staff. Never open it says 24 hours however half the time I show up and the lights are on but the doors are locked. Horrible customer service.

Not only do i work here i also get my breakfast & lunch here . The ladies in our deli are amazin with their cookin & préparations for breakfast & lunch daily... Deli is open from 5am-4:30pm mon-sat & sun from5am-1:30pm with breakfast served all day on sunday

Cigaretts i bought are advertised posted i front of them 4.29 and i was charged 4.99 i asked why was i charged more and was told there is nothing i can do about that. Will never stop here agian. I advise everyone to watch what they charge becuase they are falsly advertising there prices.

The lady who works here is very rude. I came in and not only was I not acknowledged but she was sitting on her phone the entire time.

Because corporate control over employees and the rules that they follow. There is a tight leash on the Employees. Ceos make nearly 400 times what an average employee makes and insurance premiums through them are incredibly expensive. Golden pantry is a slave waging corporation that is anti workers rights and pro starvation wages. Understand their incredible control over their employees and the rights that they are given. They are an anti labor corporation like Wal-Mart. Never work for them. Boycott them.

Worst place ever to get gas dont go here if youre in a hurry because the gas pumps are slower than molasses. 15 minutes to pump 7 gallons of gas ridiculous!

Unbelievable! I paid for my gas with a worn $50 bill and left to fill up my truck. I waited a while for the cashier to activate the pump and then went back inside. At that time the police came inside and asked me if there was a problem. The cashier then told me I was trying to pay with FAKE MONEY!!! Turned out she used the WRONG MARKER to validate the money. DUH!!!Please activate pump 1, Id like to get my gas now.

Convenient hours if your out late at night after all other stores are closed. But they have expensive tobacco product prices. Their food and drinks are normally priced in my opinion.

Just called them at 10 and asked when they stop selling alcohol tonight, and she said 11:30. I go up there at 11 and they have their stuff locked up. Someone lied to me. Im really annoyed.

The manager on duty Joy Taylor was very rude and disrespectful to me . The store is very dirty place that sales food 🥘

Clerk on duty was very rude. Dont have his name but has black shaggy hair and is a young kid

Only been in once and the cashier was very rude, wont be going back
