I have been in here quite a few times. It is very rare that the associates have been friendly with me. I am not a regular customer there, so maybe that is why. With the negative attitude of the associates, I definitely wont become a regular customer there either. It would also be nice if they would ask me if I have a Speedy Rewards account so that I remember to use it.

Overall the place was clean and tidy. My visit was quick and efficient.The ladies working in there had an attitude like if they had the choice, they would prefer to not interact with customers.

Its just a chain gas station Speedway. Same experience as everywhere as expected.

I would like to be able to use my coupons for cigarettes and not have the cashier press the used button before he could scan it.

I have been a customer of Speedway gor 15 years. The General Manager has to be the rudest individual I have ever had to deal with. My first encounter was about 7 months ago. I had gotten my mother out of her bed after months of cancer treatment to goto Speedway. She could not wait to putchase a dark roast coffee from Speedway. It was over 4 months of me promising her that when she felt well enough and could handle the car ride we would go. When we arrived Ihelped my mother into the store. There was not any dark roast made. Not a problem. However, when I asked Leslie if she wpuld make some. Her immediate answer was you are going to have to wait until I get to it. I said no problem.... thank you.... After 9 minutes of having my mother not being able to stand much longer. I decided Ibwod make it. I had seen it done a 1000 times. I grabbed the bag and made the coffee. Leslie than came storming over and in very RUDE tone stated what you cant be patient enough to wait. I swallowed hard not wanting to cause a scene in front of the 3 people in the store. Nor did I want to have my moms excitment destroyed. I kept my mouth shut. However, when I overheard her speaking to a co worker about how imlatient I was I asked for her name and stated i do not appreciate your lack of professionalism. Nor do I appreciate you causing a scene. She walked away without a single word and a major smirk and attitude. It was unprofessional and down right disrespectful.I considered making a formal complaint. However, I thought about it for a bit and told myself to turn my cheek and told myself how important it is to give people a break. We all have bad days.Over the course of 7 months I consciously made a sincere attempt to always smile, thank her and or say hello if she was checking me out. However, i still felt somewhat uncomfortable.It was not until today when I was using the restroom and attempting to end a call from my son that I had finally had enough. I was in the restroom longer than normal due to phone call and having to clean off a toilet seat. When Leslie RUDELY POUNDED on the door. She said there are people waiting you need to get out. I was already in the process of washing my hands. I walked out anf there was 1 man in the store. Not one other customer besides myself. I made my coffee. Walked to the register where I believe Wendy was ringing me up. I statedsorry I took longer than normal I had to clean the bathroom seat anf my son called. She then stated that wasnt me and made a gesture to the back office. I left anf am now writting this in addition to filing a formal complaint. I will not be treated like trash.

Excellent customer service!

All of the workers are great with the exception of 2 blondes. One is the manager of some sort with a short bowl-looking haircut. The other has long-ish, wavy-ish, blond-ish hair and seems to be a little older than the rest and even she isnt THAT bad. But that manager one, pshhhhh, she needs to get a new job. She obviously doesnt like this one. She stands there on her phone leaning against the counter and when shes not doing that (rare) she just sits in the back. Her demeanor is unnecessarily extremely rude. We go in these two Speedways here almost everyday. All the other workers know us and treat us very well. We spend hundreds every month. We dont deserve rudeness.

As I walked toward the door I was told the store was closed. You didnt deserve the money I spent in fuel if thats the case.

They are rude and I cant believe they charge 1.50 to use the air pump!!! Thats outrageous!

A larger newer, cleaner store. Friendly staff.
