Avoid at all costs. Dis organized and non communicating company. Totally un professional. Poor quality as well.

Went in to order interior doors and was very impressed with the sales team. Very knowledgeable and customer oriented. Made great suggestions after I explained my vision.

Have done several orders with Monroe Door for trim and railing. My last order for railing was a special order and it turned out 2 sticks didn’t match up in width (the supplier changed the dimensions slightly). These 2 sticks had to be mitered together and would not match up because of the size difference. When we discovered this, one stick had already been cut and installed with compound angles in a difficult area. George did everything in his power to make this right for us. He got new railing from their supplier to match, and came out and changed out the difficult pieces and it looks fantastic! Can’t tell you how much we appreciated the help and that George really went the extra mile for us. A true mark of customer service is how a business deals with a problem when they come up. George made all the difference and we will be lifelong customers.We have also bought interior trim that was finished at their shop. The quality was excellent at a great price. Excellent color match and attention to detail. Dan suggested finished edges on the door/window tops and window aprons, this really gave everything a professional look. Highly recommend Monroe Door, great people to work with!

Peter has been fantastic. Best business I have ever dealt with! Honest and very reasonable in his prices. He went above and beyond on everything.

We had custom built PURPLE dungeon-like doors made for our theater room/husbands cave room. We absolutely LOVE them! (Still, even after eight years or so.) And, the service that they provided to order and have them install was OUTSTANDING!!!

Over the course of two years we have ordered all new doors and millwork for our home. We received great quality and timely service on each order. We did have a problem with the stain match on one of the orders and they remade the order quickly and pleasantly. Im sure it was inconvenient to them, but the service and attitude were top notch. I enthusiastically recommend them and personally thank Dan Hopkins for the great service and attitude! We will be replacing an entry door sometime soon and as far as Im concerned there is no other door company.

Dan and Peter are great people one of the best places to go by doors and trim. I would recommend this place to everyone I know.

Really bad incompetent customer service.I ordered in Monroe Doors about a dozen door slabs, standard sizes, nothing special. Sales implied that I will get doors form known US manufacturer, in fact they delivered no-name Chinese doors. In my case they delivered partial order after 4 weeks, then dragged the rest more than 2 months moving delivery day, nobody cared to call and inform that they miss delivery, so I was chasing my order myself.Finally I went there and found couple more doors from my order in their yard, then canceled rest of order. When they delivered first portion of the order, two out of nine doors were damaged, and they complained that I didnt want to take it -- You could repair it was an advice.If you decide to deal with these people, prepare that you will wait, and nobody will know where is your order is and when it will be available. My advice is to go to place like Doorhouse in Seattle -- these people in two days delivered doors that Monroe Doors wasnt able to obtain.

This place doesnt deserve any stars.
