We got our tractor here and it has never failed us. The customer service is great. Of course, along with all farm equipment it is expensive. The customer service is great. We would definitely buy all of our equipment from them.

Purchased my new 1025R here last March along with a fel, 54” snowblower, 54” mower deck and a 48” rotary cutter. Since then I’ve purchased a 60” land plane and a ballast box. These guys have gone out of their way to help every time I’ve ask them for anything. My salesman Jimmy Cherry and Lawn and Garden Manager Rob Davis have jumped through hoops to get me the best price and fastest service. I called Jimmy in service on a Wednesday in regards to having my personal 1025R and our company 2305 serviced. These guys were there(Milton/Janesville) within 24 hours to pick up both tractors and BOTH tractors were dropped off within another 24 hours. Kudos everybody!!

We purchased our JD 1025R from Ryan almost a year ago. We live about 5 miles from another JD dealer and when we purchased the tractor I e-mailed them and Sloan. Ryan replied to my message almost immediately while the closer guy took a couple days to get back to me. Ryan was also substantially lower in price to the point where the local guy(whom Ive dealt with before) told me Sloan must have made a mistake. They didnt. I didnt even haggle because his first price was as fair as I could have asked for. Every part of what Ryan told me and priced me including all the accessories I added, were legit. I would highly recommend contacting Ryan for any JD needs. I waited to write this review so I could see how their service end treated me as well. I live about 40 minutes from Sloan, but they were at my farm within an hour to pick up my tractor. Now, I know this was luck because they had a trailer in the area, but still they were on it and they charged $20 less to haul my tractor 35 miles than the JD guy down the road. I didnt ask their plan for how long it would take to get it back to me, so I was pleasantly surprised when they called two days later to tell me they were on their way back with my tractor. To top it off when I got home to see my tractor I thought they had brought the wrong one because they cleaned the whole thing:) Hardly a blade of grass on it. Clean cup-holders even. Way beyond my expectations for sales and service!! Top notch!!

Called for info, was transferred 3 times. Last person took my name and phone number. That was 5 days ago, they must be busy. Called a local small business guy and he was able to answer my question on my JD 425 in 1 call.YOU HAVE A PERSONNEL PROBLEM. 10 (working) days ago I called and spoke with service department. Sent the requested pictures to get a question answered (which included some parts). No response, zippo. First time shame on you, second time shame on me. This is the reason the internet is becoming more and more popular and people are purchasing parts over the internet.

My husbands has bought several pieces of equipment there and he went to buy a snow blower and when he was looking at it he noticed that some knobs where missing and the headlight didnt work so he asked them to fix it and they said they would 2 days later he got a call and said that they werent going to fix it because they had to pull the engine and it would cost $200.00

I stop in during the planting and harvest season on a regular basis for the Marty farms and I love everyone that works at Sloans in Monroe

This is a good place to get advice and parts and service on John Deere and other equipment the staff is always been helpful and cooperative I highly recommend it.

I purchased my last two tractors there, their service is okay prices for parts are a little high but all in all its not bad.
