Well, after spending $1500 on an American madeLoveseat. I get it home,wet in 2 spots due to poor wrapping and it wasNOT made in the the USA. It was made in Vietnam. The owner himself told me I was making a better decision by not buying an Ashley because this one was American made. Liars do not get repeat business.

I bought a couch from them and then within a few weeks, the bottom leg of the couch broke off so the couch sits uneven. I emailed the store and never heard back. After a year owning this couch the tubes are starting to come out of the cushion seams. I have another couch that is about 10 years old and is still pretty decent shape. DISAPOINTED with the poor customer service and poor quality of the furniture, will not shop there again.

The best customer service and experience. After getting close to buying from Macy’s, we decided go the Stanton route. We looked up a nearby dealer and found Strands. We were greeted by Chuck, ‘the guy from Jersey,’ as he proudly calls himself. He let us casually browse, offering to answer any questions we had. He was informative but not the least bit pushy. He patiently waited as I looked at every fabric available for the sectional we were buying. We benefited from the Labor Day ‘No Sales Tax’ promo and saved a fortune over other options we considered. Due to the Pandemic, Stanton extended our delivery date three or four times. We were disappointed for sure, but met with understanding and empathy every time I called Strands for an update (so many times! 😬). Delivery was a breeze. Sam and the other delivery person were considerate, professional, and didn’t leave until everything was set up. We ordered our sectional on August 30th 2020 and received it today, January 7th 2021. Even with the wait, I recommend this local company to anyone looking for an incredible value and top notch customer service!

Picked out a sofa and loveseat. They were able to deliver it quickly. Had a small problem with the sofa. They were very accommodating and sent someone to fix it no questions asked.

Love buying local! My son needed a new mattress and we stopped at Strands New Mattress location on E Main Street in Monroe. Great service and we walked out with a new queen Englander Mattress and bed frame!

Went in for a bedframe and left with a new living room and bedroom set! Justine is a delight to shop with. She took the intimidation out of furniture shopping and showed me some interesting ideas. Very happy!

Terrible customer service! I bought a couch and two recliners. Couch was not what I expected, not very good workmanship. They would not even come out and look at it. Not impressed with Strand Furniture!

They had good service the first day and said they would take care of the taxes and the couches would be in a couple days but when we came back the next morning he changed what he said we had to pay sales tax now and the furniture wouldnt be in for around 3 to 4 weeks. I dont mind waiting but would like them to be more upfront and honor what they say.

Beautiful furniture store nice selection of couches/sectionals, plus owner financing if you can’t pay total upfront. Big selections of swatches to view options for different style pillows or material that wasn’t right in the store. I emailed with an employee for measurements on a sectional with very prompt response. Always offering sales for no tax and low delivery fee.

Huge showroom with reasonable prices. Personable, knowledgeable staff. Wide range of comfortable furniture, including recliners, with many fabric cover (sofa & pillow) options. Some table and standing lamps, coffee tables and outdoor furniture. Bought an American (Oregon) made sectional, which the sales guy said people gravitate towards (very comfortable foam covered with feathers) & his daughter owns, so he could speak from experience about how to clean it, etc. However, custom-made can take 4-12 weeks, but mine came in quickly!

We bought a couch in November 18. When it arrived it was wrong, not the right pieces and layout. Renee and Ron worked to get us the right couch delivered as quickly as possible. In the end they made it right. We are happy and will go to Strands first in the future.

A nice guy greeted me after just a few moments which I appreciated versus the approach of some other stores.Neil provided the product knowledge that I needed in selecting living room furniture. He was very thorough and explained the various manufacturers, warranties, treatments available, etc.I found the perfect set for our home and the price to remove the old and defective furniture from JR furniture of Lynnwood was only $40! Since it would be a trip saved to the dump for us, that was pretty amazing.The site has even a larger selection than the showroom. You can visit the site and easily create a wish list for review with the team at Strands. If it is not in stock, they would help you to place the order after reviewing all details. With the combination of great service and decent prices, it is worth your drive to check them out!

Bought a couch a few years ago and had a great experience so went back and bought a adjustable bed at the anniversary sale and again was very happy with the customer service and LOVE our new bed!!

I I just purchased living room, entry way and bedroom furniture from Strands and the entire experience was wonderful. I love the furniture! I love the sales people at the store! I loved the delivery men! It was a very positive experience for my husband and myself.

Bought a leather couch about two and a half years ago. It sits in the living room, covered and not exposed to sunlight. Only my son and I use it. I removed the covers recently to wash them and was I surprised to find the leather peeling off the couch in many spots. I didnt know this is a risk with quality leather furniture.

Very nice store with very good prices. The Lady that helped me unstood my vision and what type of sofa I wanted. I will be returning to purchase the sofa I was looking t. I will also be recommending this place to all my friends.

We got a Lazy boy couch from Strands almost 4 years ago. The leather on it was starting to tear and actually wear through after on 3 years of use. We contacted Lazy Boy and they were unwilling to do anything. So with a last ditch effort we called stands to see if they could work with lazy boy or had any other solutions. They totally understood our frustration and upon not being able to get lazy boy to do anything worked with us by giving a credit and a deal. Needless to say they take care of their customers even when its not their fault. Love it
