Nice employees but they dont know anything, do your own research and dont listen to them, also low stock, couldnt find what I wanted.
Great place to go with exceptional customer service. They recently reorganized the store, but everyone was really helpful and I was able tonfind everything I needed. Staff is always happy to recommend good products too.

Disorganized with a staff that can’t seem to explain their products. Poor stock levels - I should have walked out with more purchases. Instead, I picked up what I could and walked out insulted.
Zero stars. I came back with receipt and product that I purchased extended care for. Purchased 9/9/14 broke by 12/21/14. Blow dryer now shoots out special-effects style sparks instead of hot air. Great for anyone who would like to burn all of their hair off. Took hair dryer in, told that in-store purchased warranty was only good via phone or online, NO IN STORE EXCHANGES. Called customer service, refused to cover, referred to manufacturer because it is within one-year of purchase. TWO PEOPLE told me that they would cover shipping, then at the very end said sorry, never mind, you have to call the manufacturer. Manufacturer is just a phone line that says you need a box to return an item and you have to pay for shipping. Repeat, I HAVE TO PAY FOR SHIPPING on a $22 ITEM AND INCLUDE A BOX AFTER PURCHASING THE IN-STORE INSURANCE. LIES LIES LIE. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT PURCHASE INSURANCE.
My ion hairdryer stop providing hot aire and I wanted to check my options from Sally Beauty Supply. I had the original box with sallys price tag, however did not have the receipt. I only wanted for even exchange the hair dryer.The manager did not have any authority to go beyond no receipt/ no exchange and was not customer service focused.
They cant keep things in stock, not consistant with return policy or products in the store, most of the women working in the store arent smart enough too work there, they are hired because they can speak spanish, because too many people in this part of L.A. dont speak English, but thats a whole other problem. When you call on the phone they are too lazy to look on the shelf too make sure it is in stock. I can just order online from now on, things are cheaper and you dont have too waste gas.
Second time Ive come here, not really knowing what I wanted and the staff were patient and friendly. Helped me find exactly what I needed with great results!
This place is the worst! i have a pro preferred card and didnt have it with me, The skinny girl said that with my info she could look it up. At home i look at the receipt and had no discount of any kind i am really upset and never going back

Let me tell you the customer service is great, theres this girl that works there, i dont know her name but i know she has this kind of raspy voice, well look for her because shes super helpful ! & its true what ur reading about the rest of the reviews the refunds are unfair, i had a problem with that & the lady i am talking about solved the problem
