There was 2 young ladies by the name Madalyn and Kaitlyn that were so attentive. They greeted me as I walked in and let me know that I would be helped. My experience with costumer service was fantastic. They helped me pick the glasses that best fit me. It was a pleasant experience and I will be back for another pair.

The store was clean and well organized. A staff attended to us immediately.She was extremely helpful. I was just going to order a new pair of glasses. I asked if they could just redo the lens and use my current frame. Other stores will not replace the lenses. They wanted us to buy new frames as well. She said that it could be done. I had my lenses replaced using the current frame and ordered sunglasses with the money I saved.

Lens Crafters in Monrovia has on several occasions saved the day for me and other family and friends. They are friendly and really listen when you need help from minor issues like a missing screw to major accidental bends that could possibly break your glasses. They do tell you sometimes your frames or lens may break while they try to tweak them back. So far it’s never happened to any of us.. I have offered to pay however all they ask for is a honest review. Well here it is BEST Place ever for examination and a large selection of eyewear! Great quality service!! Thank you

I went to Lenses Crafters to get 3 pair of glasses tightened and they were so awesome. No wait time and it was done !!!!

I had a terrible experience with them last summer. I had insurance and it covered the frame, but still they charged me 350 $ for the lenses with 1.67 index. I just ordered the same lenses about 50 $ online. They are very untrustworthy and expensive.Also, they kept pushing me to do a more advanced eye exam than the routine. They asked me too many times, to the point I felt very uncomfortable. I should have left at that point.

Came here as I needed new pair of glasses quick. As soon as I walked in was greeted by Mr Johnny. And help me to browse some glasses. I found a pair that I liked very much. They came out to $440 ish. I was kind of sad as I had a tight budget of $220.00 Mr Johnny went above and beyond making sure to help me out. There were other frames that were more affordable but he did not push me to buy with what I did not liked. I am glad he was able to noticed how happy I was with the glasses Ive picked. Talk to his manager and try his best to make sure I was helped and was able to get my pair of glasses. Mr Johnny and Lenscrafters were able to get my pair of glasses for $220.00. Thank you so much Mr Johnny for going above and beyond to make me comfortable and happy. And not push me into buying something. I was not going to be happy with. This type of personel is rare now a day as retailers staffs ge push to sell the most instead to make customer happy the most. Will no longer go anywhere else to get my glasses. I got my eye exam last 11/23/2020 and I choose ray ban frame RX8725 for the prescription glasses I was told it will be ready in two weeks. Since this is my 3rd time I called to pick up but they said it’s not ready I called again after a week and yet still not done. On my 4th week I was able to talk to the manager he said that the frame is not there yet and he offered a temporary glasses and I declined coz I really wanted to have the ray ban frame. He committed to give update on 29th but I never got a call. I called yesterday 01/05/2021 gonna be 6th weeks to follow up only to find out it’s not there yet. I just received a call today 01/06/2021 that I need to change the frame and walk in anytime. I’m very disappointed on the service it’s unacceptable.Today 1/21 after two months I visited Monrovia LensCrafters’s store an associate told me it’s still not available and they already order twice. He recommended to get another frame I chose the same brand rimless frame but he said it’s gonna be the same it will take some time to put the lens because it’s special order. I asked how long will it take but he can’t give me any time line. I know other optical store can make rimless frame lens in just two weeks. This store needs to improve service efficiency to satisfy customer specially if you’re choosing rimless frame. And if when you go to the customer help website they will just tell you to go back to the store and wait for their call when it’s ready.Today 01/24/21 I just got my glasses exactly 2 months after my eye exam. I hope next time it will take a shorter period of time.

This place is awesome. Have been here a few times over the last couple of years. The team are really helpful and actually make the tedious process of eye examination and picking frames quite fun. Maybe they should speak to my dentist :) They have a huge range of frames. Definitely wouldnt bother going anywhere else.

I was hesitant about some parts of the eye exam, but I was made to feel very comfortable. They went out of their way to specially tint the sunglasses I ordered so that they looked like the model on display. Ive tried other LensCrafters locations, and my experience in Monrovia has by far been the best.

My family has been visiting LensCrafter this location for many years. My recent experience hasnt been great. We ordered sports glasses on emergency since my son broke his regular glasses. We specified it was an emergency and theyre supposed to be ready by 5PM. Never received a call that theyre ready. I called and they said its ready for pick. I told the person Im on my way to pick-up she didnt bother to mention their store close time at 6. Reached at 6.05, sure enough store is closed. My boy had to stay without glasses. Very unhappy about the service and Ill never go back here.

You expect great service even if its over the phone. I just spoke with a person giving me attitude. She didnt want to answer my questions. Ill take my service elsewhere thank you very much! Its not very settling to see other bad reveiws either =/ .

Such a helpful staff and a friendly store!

Misleading, disingenuous if not downright false advertising. Glasses in an hour.... NOT!perhaps 2 out of one hundred prescriptions. They never have the lenses. They make you wait for 45minutes to tell you it is not possible. Yes they are polite, but, I would rather have rude and efficient than nice and useless!

My family has been going to this location for over 20 years! Even when we are on an out of state gig, they always come thru.

Slow undermanned staff. Defensive female floor manager. Planned obsolescence alive and well in their products. They intentionally neglect to inform customers that leaving their glasses in a hot car will cause the lenses to craze over as if they were all scratched up. WHEN I mentioned the crazing issue to the woman floor manager she replied sniffily, Well we dont know your lifestyle sir. As if driving in the summer is some crazy lifestyle. The lenses were less than one year old and I had to replace them despite always being very careful not to drop or scratch them..Lens crafters is a nefarious outfit who has worked to make optometry seem like a complex science. It is not... and lenscrafters should be ashamed of over profiting from the poor of sight. blechh blechh

Same as other reviews. Just keeps getting worse and worse. Horrible customer service. Got much worse in last year. Rude and bad service. Good combination.
