Nice store. Just opened less than 1 year. Great to get daily items, gardening or just small do it yourself. Friendly staff. Most power tools (mid) are Craftsman brand. They do have great selections of lighting and Ring security devises. Easy to find parking and close to freeway (in and out access). Now they already closing down the stores due to Lowe’s financial problems (OSH owned by Lowe’s) 😡Everything 10 to 30% off

Better get there soon, if you go at all. Theyre closing down OSH effective now, and totally packed up and down the road in Feb. 2019.30% clearance on most everything in the store.

OSH Monrovia is great.We went in to buy some garden fencing and lady who helped us was very good.She got us what we needed.....were new Gardners and its come out perfect. It was good quality and very reasonable prices.All employees are very nice in this well stocked Monrovia store.Recommend.

Friendly place with helpful staff. Unfortunately, they had to close out. Love to wondering in the store is more bright and neat than home depot.

AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING STORE. We were looking for a product that had sold out in Pasadena. The staff in Pasadena looked up the item, found it in Monrovia. When we called the Monrovia store - the staff (happy to help) located the items and set them aside. When we arrived, the items were ready to go. Every single time weve shopped at OSH, weve found the staff to be extremely friendly, the stores are well-organized, clean and make shopping a pleasure. Shoutout to Hunter who helped us locate the merch. Great store, great prices, great selection.

Great store but unfortunately all Orchard stores in California are closing.

I have been to this OSH a dozen times for small things, usually garden stuff. Today’s trip was not good, Customer Service didn’t want to get the UPC for 5 bags of soil I needed, he wanted me to go get the UPCs, they have them in a book at the register. He was being lazy and unhelpful. So I said forget it, I went to Home Depot instead. This store is never busy..never. The prices are higher than Home Depot and Lowe’s. I hate to say it, but I will never go to this store again. I also get 10 percent off at Home Depot and Lowe’s for almost anything using my Military Discount. Well another store bites the dust for me and Family because of bad Customer Service.The next day the store Manager emailed and called me to make this right. He went above and beyond for me. My faith is renewed in OSH!!! Had a very productive conversation with him and I’m happy with the outcome. Thanks STEVE RADOS...

Great location. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff, quite a pleasant experience.

At first I was upset because I waited for help for almost 20minutes, but then the gentleman that came to help me apologize for his delay due to cutting glass for another customer, then I was completely satisfied with his help, the only thing wrong was the store didnt have what I needed. But I did but few few things that I did need. But Harry did advise me where to inquire about my window /glass locks with keys. Hopefully I can find my locks that i need.

Final day of buisness, they closed at 5pm, over 2 hours earlier than advertised. Thx for going out with a bang

I always find what I need, and staff members are knowledgeable and friendly. So glad they opened this store, so much closer than the Pasadena location.

Helpful staff, wide asiles, well organized merchandise.

New location just opened up, everything is very clean and organized I was approached by multiple associates for help or questions, I was impressed and I will be back I hope the quality of service doesnt drop off over time

Was looking for adapter for sprinkler wasnt able to find . clerk didnt have it or something similar. advised to to check Somewhere else have locations .
