Nice selection of stuff but its really disorganized hard to find stuff definitely wouldnt recommend someone who is looking for something particular its really not good when you walk around the store and things fall off the shelf.

Customer service is non existent. Unless you already know make and model of appliance avoid this place. They will leave one person in department while the other leaves and let the phone ring off the hook. Deliberately understaffed. You need to know a price you better make an appointment (kidding they dont do that). Nothing is on the website for pricing. Oh and they only have a small smattering bof floor models so you really care stuck waiting for someone to sit with you on a computer.

Good selection and quality, but high, uncompetitive prices. Ive found the same products at a nearby savings store at half price. Otherwise a nice little store.

If you need electronics for food preparation, need dishes, glassware (regular or crystal) silverware, pots and pans, wine decanters,foodware, refridgerators, washing machines and dryers, air conditioners, heaters,air purifiers, dehumidifiers, etc..etc...etc...

They are very knowledgeable and their prices are Super competitive.I recently bought a Upright freezer and a cabinet mount Microwave. They beat Home Depot / Lowes and delivery was same day

The most horrible customer service. Dont buy form them. Bought a washer and dryer. It ruined my clothing. Asked for a refund and they just kept screwing me over

Rude and horrible customer service. They are not authorized re-sellers of Samsung, one of the brands that they push. I found that out the hard way, when I bought a wash machine that broke a month after I bought it. Got it serviced, then it broke again a few days later. Samsung offered to re-imburse me for the cost (I had to go directly to them) but later refused, as the retailer was not an authorized reseller!
