The staff is awesome. Daily updates on the status of the car. Car was done on time, cannot tell if the car was in a crash( hit a deer). Plus, good conversations during the waiting time. I highly recommend Nanuet Collision.

Nanuet Collision works very hard to make a bad situation as much of a pleasure as can be expected. They communicate everything from the time your car comes in (and will arrange for a tow if you call during their business hours), during the estimate with the insurance company, as well as throughout the repair process. Periodic texts update you to the repair progress. The quality of their work is nothing short of excellent. I have referred family members to them as well.

I had a door on the drivers side that got damaged. Other places took the info and never returned the call. They said they cannot locate a door for a 2004 Hyundai Elantra. I went to Nanuet Collision after waiting in vain for a place nearby. After 10 minutes they said they can get the door. Because they are good, they are busy, so it might take a day longer but its worth not worrying about and you save time searching in the first place. I strongly reccommend them when you need auto body work.
