The pharmacy was closed twice within a week for “emergency” with no system in place to continue their service and no way to know it by calling them (out of date pharmacy automated answering system). Unfortunately our script was sent to them for urgent meds (steroids and diuretics) and the Walgreens system automatically seizes scripts and puts them in processing status only at that specific location (another Walgreens can see the script but cannot fulfill it). Even if your doc sends a new script to another pharmacy your insurance will pay only for the first script unless you get the pharmacist to cancel it (but they were closed!!!). This is unacceptable when it happens on Friday, as you can’t get it on Shabbat and this past Sunday July 4 the pharmacy was closed. Beware and drop by / call store instead of pharmacy in advance to make sure they are open that day or change pharmacy for good although cvs might have the same irresponsible criminal system

Poor service all around. The staff are short with the customers and they often mix up prescriptions as well.

I feel that the behavior of Kal the pharmacist, who would not fill a mans prescription is extremely unacceptable. Since when can pharmacists sensor who’s medicine to fill without giving a concrete reason as to why that is!? I would not feel confident filling any prescriptions there if he’s the one doing it.

I think the pharmacist is completely unprofessional. Kal arbitrarily deciding whos prescription to fill and whos not to fill without giving a solid explanation and ***arguing with the PRESCRIBING PHYSICIAN*** is wayyyy out of line and beyond the discretion alloted to pharmacists. Seems to me hes taking on a physicians role when not licensed. Will also be reporting this behavior to the DOS. I wont return to this location if hes still working there unless he apologizes to the customer and fills the prescription. He knows who the customer is.-my opinion.*** Helpful? Click LIKE! 👍 ***

Excellent service. I deducted one star (maybe should have been more) because one of the employees in the pharmacy section was not wearing her mask properly and several customers were permitted to walk around with no mask or improperly worn masks. Considering the massive uptick in cases in this area, this is baffling.

Service is terrible and when it isnt its because theyve unexpectedly closed.

The pharmacist at this location refused to fill a prescription for my friend Dr. Vladimir Zelenko MD.They would not give him the hydroxychloroquine that he needs.

Great place. Name changed from rite aid to Walgreens.

Great selection of beauty products. Staff is helpful.

Great place to drop in for all your pharmacy needs. Not a 24/7 prescription center like CVS though.
