Knowledgeable mechanics with good prices and financing options. Wont try to upsell you or have you getting unnecessary work. Not easy to find trustworthy mechanics nowadays but they are.

I dont think they need another 5 star review here, but if the truth doesnt hurt, then its okay to say what a pleasure it is to find a place that wants to fix your car for you (WITHIUT gouging you or doing unhelpful uneeded stuff or worse saying something is done that isnt) !! : )I consider Rich a great guy, and a friend to me and my car.

Very clean and comfortable waiting room, went in for an oil change and they had us in and out In about 30 minutes. Friendly and professional staff. They did a great job and I’ll definitely be back again. A+ service.

It is hard to find a maintenance shop that you can take your car to that the mechanics are trustworthy and make you feel comfortable to know your car is in good hands. Rich has been one of the few mechanics I truly trust. He solved my check engine light I couldnt get fixed by a different mechanic, they were a telling me I had to get a new exhaust manifold. I took my car in for a smog check. The facility is clean, the staff friendly and professional, the price reasonable and it was a very pleasant experience. I asked for my brakes to be checked as I had 56,000 miles on them. I was told that I had 90% of the lining remaining. Such a positive experience to be told no work was needed on them. As a woman, I am more accustomed to being told there will be dire consequences if the repair in question is not made immediately. They have earned my trust.

It took about 6 tries to get an appointment. But once I figured it out just go in the mornings and they will take care of you. They were very helpful and courteous.

Service was EXCELLENT . Lost 1 star though due to lack of communication in regards to when my CAR would be ready. Received a call 15min before closing saying my car is ready to be picked up. AT LEAST 30 MIN/WINDOW CURTESY CALL WOULD OF HELPED.

Great service and quick

Rich and the guys came to my rescue when I needed them. I picked up a Sprinter van that I was driving back to Oregon, when the check engine light came on.The boys at Purrfect hooked up the code reader, fixed my problem, and got me back on the road. I cant thank them enough for staying after closing to help this out-of-stater get home.

I went for an oil changeREMEMBER I JUST HAD MY CAR AT THE DEALERSHIP BEING SERVICE TO WEEKS BEOFRE THIS OIL CHANGE.I was out of town when I had to go to this shop.They called me up saying I had oil leaking all over my engine .Did they try to show me or clean it up?Nope.It was not oil it was just dust.They wanted to also charge me for a pressure wash engine.They wanted to charge me for a cabin air filter which I changed a month ago.Then they claimed I need new rear shocks.Altogether with my oil changed that I paid $80 cash they wanted to charge me $697.19
