The service in this location was exceptional! The manager Chris was amazing. I have never experience service like I did here. I have been to the other location but this one goes above and beyond for there clients. I will definitely be coming back because of Chris amazing customer service. He is very friendly and most importantly experience. If you have a question on any item in this store Chris (store manager) is your man. I have already referred my family to his service because of the immaculate condition and care they take care of you. Thank you Chris

I have never been treated so poorly by a company when it was their error.And, Yes the sales people- and are very nice- DURING the sale- they are salespeople. Unfortunately it didn’t continue after the sale when there was an issue.

Super clean and friendly environment. The sales associate jessica was beyond nice and helpful. I Purchased a temperature controlled body pillow and pillow cases for home. It is the most comfortable pillow Ive ever owned and Im honestly obsessed. Definitely will be back.

I had an excellent experience with the most informed consultant staff ever! I have had a sleep number bed and regret EVER getting rid of it. I paid in full and was told it would be delivered Tuesday the 25th. Cool!! The next day, I received an email saying my delivery is delayed INDEFINITELY? Ive tried to call someone within your service dept ever since, to no avail. I paid over $1,600, now, I would like a reasonable answer as to when my bed will be delivered. Thank you!!

Our bed is being delivered on Friday and we cant wait. If the delivery service is anything like our instore experience its going to be great. The associates were friendly and knowledgable and took the time answer all of our questions. And they didnt make us feel silly for asking. They were very genuine.

Not good at all. They claim 100 night free trial.. but yet you end up paying a ridiculous amount of money for your bed that wasnt even close to the bill you agreed on at the store. What a scam. Im hiring a lawyer as sleep number is practically forcing me to keep the base.. what for? What am i gonna use it for, a slide? Come on now. Not worth it people
