This place is a scam my phone was brand new no scratches or water damage or a cracked screen or anything a Samsung s21 ultra brand new and it had warranty on it and they told me they couldn’t fix. Didn’t even do a “ free dionastics “ wanted 350$ To fix it scam scam scam waited 3 hours just to tell me that

TERRIBLE!!! Watch Out!! They were supposed to fix the screen of my Samsung S20 Ultra and after paying $450 they gave it back with scratches on the screen. YES!!! I complain right there and they said thats the screen protector, not the screen but THEY scratch it! To make things worst, after I aaked for the corporate phone number, they ASKED ME TO LEAVE and threaten theyd call the police if I didnt leave. THATS THE SERVICE YOULL GET HERE (I was more than welcome to wait for the police by the way, until I got connected to the corporate phone number BUT they transferred me to a line that never answered so... WATCH OUT and try to get A REAL Samsung official site because this specific one is NOT

I went in to have my screen repaired on my Samsung A50 as it went black.Staff was nice and I made sure to ask if my data would be lost because like most people a huge part of my life is on my phone. This is especially true of single moms like me. They assured me my data would not be affected. When I picked my phone up the next day I found out it had been completely wiped of all my data. When I asked the customer service rep where all my info was all I got was a oh well shrug. If you value your data pass this place by.

This place surprised me with the quality of service they offer. I always thought that phone repair services took either too long or were too complicated. But with my Samsung Care and S21+ Ultra, the employees helped me get my phone working again by the end of the same day. Give them a chance and come with patience.

I brought my samsung galaxy note series phone in to have the battery replaced. i was sent a coupon by email for $20 off, upon getting there they said Samsung doesnt allow coupons but to my surprise, Apple did? And there was no fine print in the email that mentioned any exceptions. Isnt Apple usually the gimmicky one. After having my battery replaced, I noticed it was almost no better even though they said the other parts in my phone tested just fine, such as the charging regulator. So after paying almost 80 to 90 bucks, Im left with another lame battery and they refused to replace it even under warranty. What a racket. Im going to contact Samsung and let them know this company representing their brands repairs does not care nor backs up their work

Great repair shop. I dropped my brand new S21 5g, and they were the only ones I could find to repair the screen. After looking on line about screen repair, I was prepared to end up just buying a new phone, but thought I would give them a try. The cost was over $200, but much cheaper then a new phone. When I went in for the drop off they explained they were going to replace the whole top of my phone(about 1/2 of the phone and new battery) and do some tests to make sure it was okay. I WAS SO HAPPY, and my phone works great and looks great. And saved a small fortune over buying a new phone.

They are Samsung affiliated but the price for the screen replacement is not as in Samsung website. I got the Galaxy note 20 ultra screen replaced here. Price is 296 before tax, the price from Samsung website is 269. They explained its because I dont need to wait 7-10 days. Other than that, everything else is fine.

Brought my phone in the 1st time. It took them all day to do a battery fix on Google pixel 4xl .Then the problem occured again. They said bring the phone in again . So I did and they replaced the motherboard. After telling me to come back at 3 they decided once I got there I needed to leave it overnight to download. Customer service is atrocious here. One person working the counter and customers out the door. Then they cant give u even a correct estimated time. The manager wasnt helpful to say the least. I called their corporate office and they tried to help but at the end of the day this is a franchise so only so much could be done. I was really disappointed. They have a great concept. But without customer service its just ok.

Horrible experience!! The service clerks at this location are completely rude and unprofessional, including its manager, Nelson.I dropped off my phone for a screen fix at the direction of my insurance. When I arrived at this location, I was asked to provide my password. This threw me off guard. I had to backup and reset my phone prior to handing over my phone to protect all of the personal information on my phone. The clerks were annoyed by the time this was going to take. A young man in the back of the store came out and gave me attitude for this, and because I told others waiting in line that they would have to provide their passwords as well. When I asked for the young mans name he said he didnt have to provide me with his name. In fact, after this exchange, the manager, Nelson, came out at my request. He was extremely rude and argumentative with me as well. When I asked Nelson his last name he also did not provide it, saying he did not need to provide it to me. I told Nelson that giving me attitude for simply wanting to protect my information was very unprofessional. I also told him that as a manager, he was acting completely out of line. He only changed his attitude toward me when I told him that I would file a complaint against him with Asurion and with the owner of the store. I find it in ironic that they expected me to hand over my phone with password with no (privacy)concerns, yet they would not even give me their last names to protect their own privacy. Completely unacceptable behavior. Chad, the front clerk who would also not tell me his last name told me that I could find another location if I didnt like it here. I wish I couldve, but this was the only nearby location approved by the insurance.This location should post a sign on their door alerting customers that their password will need to be given. All the other people waiting in line after me were surprised by this as well. In fact, a man who initially dropped his phone off for repair before me, came back a few minutes later to take his phone back. Im assuming he too was uncomfortable handing over his phone and password to complete strangers.I do not recommend this place to anyone, primarily because of the young men that work there. Nelson, you should not be a manager. You do not have the people skills nor the maturity to deal with issues in a mature and professional manner.

Nelson was very nice and helpful when I brought sons Dell Inspiron 15 gaming laptop that was totally dead. Which I suspect to have a bad motherboard. They offer Free diagnostic test within 24 hours and will call you once they have the results of their findings. Will wait for Nelson to call me back.Update: received a call from Mark who is working on the laptop. Her explained to me that he will check if the problem is not the motherboard which i suspected to be the culprit.Later in the afternoon he called me back of his findings and he was very nice polite and honest. This is the kind of service that i would recommend to my friends and family. Thank you Mark and Nelson. Thumbs up .

First visit- Im going to keep this strictly factual. I took my phone in at 330pm and was told it needed a scan that would take 30 min. I was also asked to change my passcode to all 0s so the tech could access it. 30 min later I was handed my phone and told it was faulty but it would have to be brought back first thing in the morning to diagnose exactly what was wrong. Shortly after I received a message saying my info was compromised. I didnt panic because my code was changed and I assumed developer things were done but the next day, i received the exact same story from the next tech. Only he didnt ask me to change my code and he asked for information and gave me paperwork. His check produced real results that were accurate. WTH did the first guy do?! I called and was told I was making accusations. I stated the facts and asked for a different assumption but got silence. I am now going for the fourth time 15 minutes from home to find out what this guy did with my phone.See first visit!!!!!!The second visit- I may hate Samsung with all my heart but this place was awesome. Super informed employees. Very helpful. Extremely quick so dont let a little line scare you. Its in a little strip mall that has a lot of stores that didnt make it through covid so parking is excellent. Finally they were able to confirm what I already knew...my phone is broken and needs to be replaced.PS. Remember people, for them to fix your phone you have to leave it with them. Dont be that guy who thinks theyre important and cant be without their phone. We all know youre not that important.

Today I had a horrible experience here please don’t go here. I had made an appointment online to fix my galaxy s8 front screen because it was cracked. I went in a little early for my appointment and no one was up front. I waited for a while then a lady came from out back and asked me if I needed help. I said yes and had an appointment at four. She asked me for what? and I said to change my front screen on my s8. She takes a look at my phone and said that they’ll need to change the back as well. That’s where I say no it’s fine I just want the front screen changed (not knowing or being explained to that both have to be changed if they’re cracked) that’s when she rudely replies to me you can either fixed both or take it somewhere else. I get a little agitated of how rude she came off but instead of causing a ruckus I said give me a minute and go outside. So I go outside and call a few more ubreakifix places in other cities to ask them and confirm what she saying about the phone is true. They all reply to me calmly and nice and explain that to replace the front screen they have to remove the back screen and if it’s cracked it’s better to replace it she could have easily explained that to me like they did without the rudely behavior. So I go back inside and say I’ll replace both. The lady then leaves to the back while I’m trying to speak to her and out comes a male and asks me if he can help me. I said sure I had an appointment, and was trying to fix my front screen, but went outside to call a few places to make sure what the lady was telling me was accurate. Because I did not want to get ripped off. That’s when he said you don’t have to get it repaired here I said it’s fine I already made an appointment. And without plugging my phone in or anything he said your battery needs to be changed. I said no it’s fine I can turn my phone on and off it’s just the front screen is cracked he said no we have to change it too. Now in my head I’m like we went from front screen to back screen, and he somehow knows my batter is bad without plugging it in. Now I’m feeling like he just finding excuses for me not to have my phone fixed. As I’m sitting there in disbelief he goes why don’t u go down the street there’s a little shop there, they can probably fix your front screen. In my head I was thinking you would truly send me to a competitor, then fix my screen because of your rude employees crazy. Worst customer service of my life.

The Employee demanded that I give him my cell phone password and I said no. The guy just simply said well if you dont give us the phone password we cannot repair your phone, the issue with the phone just a simple glass. I will urge you customers to not give the password to these people, this is call Social Engineering and they can access everything on your phone even your private data. The other option I got was to reset my phone so that they can work on it but I gotta tell yall this is pathetic and ridiculous. Im sure for everyone their phone is the life hood and everyone has sensitive information on it, dont make the mistake to give them your password if you do take them a copy of your house key too, Lol

Got my cellphone repaired with them and they said phone would be same like factory and Waterproof a couple months later my phone got humid and the camera front and rear have water marks so they didnt do a good job and sealed my phone the way it came from samsung.

I would have given 5* except for two things, (1) make you wait outside & no chair/s very hot in afternoon sun (2) left my phone Thursday morning & said I would return Friday about 5pm, which I did & my new battery only had 6%, because they forgot to charge it! Price for Google Pixel battery $80 plus tax!

Super rude, I was told by insurance to head over they would take care of phone. When I arrived the kid behind the counter asked if I could step out side. He was already dealing with a customer. I did after customer left he walked away and never came out to get me. I was not sure what I should do. Covid-19 has people on edge, so I did not want to be rude. However, how long do I stand in the sun? When I walk in and ask if it is OKAY to walk in the guy says yeah. I then asked how long was I suppose to wait outside he replied with you did need to. I shook it of and let him now Verizon sent me, he laughed and said we cant help you without even knowing what I needed help with. I should some frustration by stating, I drove all the way for this. He then said, let me check to see if your scheduled. I ask, shouldnt you have started with that?

Insurance claim denied. They could not fix my front screen for the $29.99 repair because it wouldn’t pass the water test... I asked if they were going to submerge my phone under water and they said no. So I responded with then how would you test that out? Basically I think because I arrived 45 mins before closing on a Friday I got the worst customer service. Don’t understand why my front screen repair can’t be done. Now I have to opt for the $249.99 replacement deductible. Thanks uBreakiFix. Whoever closed on 3/19/21 appreciate the absolute worst service possible.

The mobile appointment booking fee is very misleading. During the appointment making process, nothing is said about the fee is NOT counted toward the fixing fee. Only after a deposit is placed then you get that message. I can understand the extra fee of the mobile appointment but the misleading practice is really bad business practice.

I have a Google phone and these guys are the authorized repair center. They do both warranty and non-warranty work. The setup is simple, clean and professional. Ive been there several times, my whole family has Google phones since the Pixel 1, for everything from a new battery to a new motherboard. All the staff that I have dealt with were friendly, knowledgeable, and professional.

I came here on 11/25/20 to get my Samsung Galaxy S8 repaired. Only minor complaints were of the following; Next time have my phone charged somewhat if you want me to look for mishaps with the software and or data. Its also courteous to do that for your customers. Another thing... communicate better. Besides sending me an email, why dont you directly call me to tell me that my phone is ready? I gave you a seperate number to call me at too btw. Phone looks brand-new now so thats a plus. Total was $304.55 to fix everything regarding my phone. Otherwise... overall satisfied.

Good items for a good price

I have visited this place a few times now because I was pretty clumsy with my phone. Twice I dropped my phone in February and had a badly cracked phone screen. Each time they were able to fix my phone and return it looking brand new. It takes them about 2 hours to do the repairs. Theres a mall up the street and plenty of restaurants near by so the wait goes by pretty fast. I found out about them through my phone insurance. Dealing with the insurance is another story, but dealing with Ubreakifix was very easy. The last time I went I decided to also buy a liquid screen protector for some extra drop protection. They installed it right in front of me and explained how the liquid works. I felt taken care of walking out of there, and I was comforted knowing they offer a warranty on there service. If anything goes wrong related to their repairs I can bring it back and they will fix it. These guys know theyre stuff and have great customer service. I hope that I dont have to see them anytime soon lol, but I highly recommend them.

I am extremely impressed with that over and beyond customer service provided. The price was extremely reasonable, was repaired fast. To top it off, after dropping off my phone I was involved in an accident and can not drive. UBREAKIFIX was nice enough to mail me my phone for again a reasonable shipping fee. Now that is what you call customer service.
