The manager, Kim, is absolutely amazing. I had an issue with a bracelet and he went above and beyond to get it fixed. I ended up making the decision to get a new ring instead and I am beyond happy. Great customer service and communication. My husband bought my entire wedding ring, ring guard and bands here and weve had nothing but good experiences.

Was thinking of getting some new earrings at this store but every time I walk past, several employees aren’t wearing masks. It’s not that hard to save the lives of others. I’d rather patronize another business that puts the health of their customers higher than their profits. So often I see them talking with customers with masks below their nose or chin. Honestly the most impolite way to do business these days. I’ll take my jewelry needs elsewhere.

They messed up my sons class ring. We communicated with them 3 different times, just days after placing the order that the representative had messed up on her notes. Now, we are here correcting the issue and the rep is on the phone with the manufacturer. Weve been waiting for over 45-mins for them to correct their error over the phone. Btw, they also got the size wrong.

Great customer service! I have been dealing with Joe once a month for the past few months to make my payments. Joe is very patient, friendly, polite, and always helpful. I always enjoy my trips to this location based on the customer service alone. He will gladly answer any questions you may have on any of the jewelery, even if you are not making a purchase that day. If you find yourself at this location ask for Joe!

The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable in the business, they will give you the best deals. I’ve bought servals pieces of jewelry from them and never disappointed from wedding rings, watches, necklaces etc. the best customer service.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Let me tell you they go off based on looks my husband just walked out of there he was waiting forever to at least get greeted and nothing he was completely ignored.... Tell me why??? Because he looks dirty and has a few tattoos?? He looks dirty because hes a hard worker in construction... He has the money... Oh yeah and if u look up his info youll see he has a great credit line with Kay Jewelers,, its a shame that people get treated off the way they look .... you probably figured he was just a window shopper so you werent going to waste your time on him because you thought you werent going to make a sale... too bad you wouldve made a great sale... will NEVER go back to this location!!! He feels so discriminated..👎
