The salesman was so rude to my elderly client who has dementia... Not only that the prices are way too much to pay for most elderly community. I would. Never recommend this place... I understand that they lost money over the pandemic... But to hike the prices up to 200.00 for most shoes which only the elderly would purchase is absurd. Clean your act up Mr. Salesman

Stopped by today to find a cleaner or some sort for the spots on my shoes. Let me tell you, I have never been treated at a very professional level as well as with utmost patience, care & knowledge at any shoe store for many years. Frank, the manager, got down to the floor & cleaned my shoes to show me the necessary steps to remove those spots & made my shoes super shiny. That, is top notch customer service! Thank you again Frank. I will definitely come back & spread the good news to friends & relatives. God Bless!

I just visited this store with my husband and mother in law to get her some shoes. Frank assisted us and was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly! We left feeling happy and satisfied with our purchase. We’ll definitely be back!

Ive been wearing SAS shos for thirty years. In the pass Ive tried just about every shos. My feet would hurt by the endof the teaching day. But, since I started wearing SAS my feet hasnt been hurting at all. 👍

The saleswoman was rude and acted as if she were doing me a favor by selling me two pairs of shoes that totaled more than $400! SAS prides itself on providing the customer with perfect fit, but one of those pairs of shoes fit so poorly that I have never been able to wear them!This was the second time we had shopped at this store and been treated this way by this woman. Were easygoing people who normally have good rapport with salespeople. We have never gone back to the Montclair store. My husband and I now go out of our way to buy our shoes at the SAS in West Covina.
