Costumer service here is pretty good! Theyre quick and they are knowledgeable. My father always used Webers when needed so its where I go. He trusted them. Plus they always have what we need. When I needed a mechanic, one of the guys recommended a very and reasonably priced one. This last time was just for windshield wipers and another guy there helped me put them on. Prices are good here as well.

They are excellent behind the counter, but on Saturdays, the monkey at the lathe wouldnt turn my rotors more than one hour before they close. He had an attitude, maybe because he couldnt smoke his cigarette ?

I’ve been coming to this auto part store ever since I was a young teenager working on cars, they definitely got the prices hands down, so I don’t waste my time else where, even the OG workers are still there so I know it’s a solid place, remember Weber auto parts is the place to go if your in the neighborhood.

These guys get 5 stars even though they didnt have my hard to find part in stock and after double checking with another sales associate before I left, they made sure I left there knowing of a transmission specific shop that I could get my part from. Solid team of experts.

Had one of the worst experiences at Webers Auto. The older gentlemen, (im being nice here for calling him a gentlemen), provided one of the worse experiences in my 30 years of patronage to the shop. I went in to return a car battery and was met by this rude person on the otherside of the counter. The older man couldnt vocalize nor could he explain in more than two words what type of battery was being sold. Once i produced the core return battery, he returned with a off brand, no name battery Ive never heard of. After the transaction he provided me with a receipt which was bogus. The receipt describes a list price and never details the actual price, which i had questioned. The older man didnt want to hear me nor my complaints. He became defensive, rude and visibly upset. I kept saying that i didnt understand the contents of the receipt and he didnt care to explain. He kept raising his voice and threatened to charge me for the regular price......Do yourself a favor dont go to this shop!!! This guy cares less of your business, nor does the owner if he allows this old man to continue working here.

This place is kind of hit or miss. Sometimes they are very friendly and are really willing to help you figure out your problem, but other times they are somewhat frustrating to deal with. They do carry a lot of parts other places dont, though.
