Stopped on by to check on a few things. Their selections are spread out throughout the store. Which makes the selections limited. They also have a small adjoining room with shoes and apparel. A lot of decorations. So in the small room selections are limited. With decorations and things spread out so much. Inventory on display is minimal. With many people inside there was a line before you could enter.

First impressions are important. And this specific foot locker just did not do it for me! One employee ruined it for my wife and I. We were shopping for sneakers and the door was closed and the employee was there. He definitely saw us get close to the door and made line. We assumed theyre only letting a few people inside. Makes sense. It wasnt until people kept coming out I asked him if we could come inside and he FINALLY opens his mouth just to say that they were already closed... Who hired this guy?????????? Our business went to Shoe Palace. 4 pairs. Just saying.

Terrible customer service only one of them were good, i was shopping for champion sandals and i asked a women for a size and she sounded like she didnt want to be there and responded annoyed, and she told me shell get the size for me when she finishes a customer when she did she never got the size and she went to the back and we thought she was getting the size and we waited for 30 minutes she never came out, and i had to go ask someone else who helped a lot and was very nice, this footlocker has terrible customer service

Got here 8:55pm knowing exactly what I wanted, a gift card and there was a guy at the door who didnt let me in. Stated they were closed when clearly they were still open. I wasnt going to take much time, just stand in like and get the gift card. But it seemed like the guy cared more about going home than customer service and forgot about the holiday spirit.

5 stars for their customer service.Marie V. was very friendly the whole time and showed me multiple options for my needs.This isnt a review on flplus like the receipt asks but hopefully it gets seen either way.
