They are going out of business and basically selling junk! Sales representatives are not helpful and dont know anything. They are selling portable speakers as is. They claim they work and are just missing the power cord. I purchased a pos speaker, charged it overnight and it does nothing, power does not even come on. I guess you get what you pay for.Called and spoke with the manager who confirmed herself that they are just missing the power cord um no they are missing more like the power!! Nevertheless, because they are as is they cant be exchanged.Dont purchase this junk!

Amazing selection of costume supplies in one location. Easy access off the I-5. Parking is a little tough but head right around the back and there is some parking there.

Really nice costumes, tons of options here! Store is closing so everything is on sale! I would rate a 5 star but its inappropriate that you cant close the curtains on the fitting rooms. Everything is open, everyone can see you. It is all girls of course but some privacy would be great.

Came here to get costumes for our sons, we purchased a very cute turantula costume they had only two available one was open the other was not so obviously we purchased the sealed one, they were having a sale and costumes werent that expensive. Upon getting home we open it and find out its missing the hat which is the eyes of the spider I was very disappointed because they would not exchange even though they NO SIGN INDICATING THIS COSTUME WAS MISSING A BIG PART OF THE COSTUME. If we would have known that we wouldnt have purchased it, they SHOULD have mentioned that when we asled about the price otherwise how are ppl supposed to know, when they get home? Im still disappointed and I hate this store for that and its rude unhelpful employees and management NEVER EVER BACK.

Good prices on cool stuff needed for kids

Its great for decoration but not a large variety of costumes. Very standard. They should offer more of a selection considering their focus is Halloween. Also, their prices are way too high. I was on Amazon while shopping and found the same costumes for half the price. It was entertaining to see their decorations - hence the 2 stars.

Huge selection of costumes. There is so many choices along with a huge wall of masks and a huge aisle dedicated to costume props. There are several other aisle with so many costume choices that you might have to make a game plan on what you want to be before you go in so you dont change your mind a lot half way through. Also you can find a lot of decorations here.

I love the Halloween club! It is open year-round and it has an amazing selection for men women and children for costume and costume. Masks, shields, fake blood, etc.. its all here year round. They also have an amazing selection of Halloween decorations from flying bats and plastic chains to life-size animatronics. It can be very very busy around the Halloween season here but theyre very good at coordinating parking when its very busy!

They are closing down so they dont have much stuff... they said they are turning it into a marijuana dispensary...

Terrible. We asked an employee about a certain item and you got No, wet dont have it here, only for another employee to answer Yes, its in aisle 3. It happened twice same visit and different items and employees. Looks like half their staff has no clue what they sell at the store they work at. Also, big chance you like a custom and take it to fitting room only to discover that its missing a piece and its the last one of its size. You wonder why the place is closing down? Poor management can only survive for so long nowadays. People have options....!!!!

Great place to get your costumes

I already posted but this place is cool! I dont recommend taking people who scare easily here because it has scary stuff. One weird thing though this place has been going out of business for 2 years now.

Their employees are an interesting bunch. On girl said thats no my specialty aisle when asked a simple question. Overall they had a good selection for being the night before Halloween.

Every single employee has an attitude starting by the lady at the in the entrance. Im sure they are advices by the owners to mistreat everyone..... Oh and prices???!!!! Comeone man you should be the cheapest. They give you 50% discount but prices are over $100 then discount... Ends up being more expensive than party City. What was priced here @ $49, party City had it at $29. RIDICULOUS..

Loved it went on a Saturday and we still found what we needed we were in and out and the workers there were reasonably busy but nice..the snack carts out side were a good perk as well im my opinion..👍

Best Halloween store by far in So Cal that is open year round. With simple to high quality costumes, decorations, lighting and more! Be prepared to spend time in here as it is enormous and if you dont know exactly what you want to be or what your decorating theme will be, it will take a while. Great prices !!!

Everything is organized by adult women, men, toddler/infant sections. They have a fitting room to try on the costumes. If you cant find an specific thing just ask thw workers wearing Orange. Really good place to find all type of costumes and accessories.

Lots of items but the costume I wanted had pieces missing. They do have many different wigs as well but not the one I needed. Eveytime Ive been there theyre always stocking items but also means less aisle space to move around them. They ran out of bags so I had a struggle carrying the items back to my car since I had a distance to walk. The parking isnt ideal, its one LONG row for this crowded store. I would recommend this place though since they have a lot of costume options and Halloween decor.

Even though it was pack the personnel was very helpful. The cashier was Great just a great experience buying costumes last minute.

So its a pop up Halloween store setup, but come on guys your associates need better service ethics, when a customer comes through and says excuse me can I get by, dont just stand there like ugh; happened 3 times in 15 minutes with different employees.. try harder guys. Good deals gets it 3 stars

They have so much halloween stuff all year round that its easy to find something there.

Throughout the year youll find sales of up to 50% off merchandise but good luck around Halloween. They have a huge selection of costumes and sizes. Decorations and other props are pretty cool. Staff is helpful and very polite despite the abundance of people who pack the store during their busy season.

They dont have what shows on line they are setting up and they mainly have small or medium size they dont have good costumes not satisfied because they didnt have the costume I wanted or seen that they supposedly had in store

Horrible customer service over the phone. Ive been calling numerous times and no answer. Finally got through and girl answers and says hello, then phone hangs up. Called back because I have a question and no answer. Waited a few minutes, called again, girl answers this time saying, Halloween Club I ask a question, girl answers me quickly but is talking to someone else at the same time. Then she hangs up. I still had another quick question. Very dissatisfied with them.

Open all year round! Its a warehouse setting so isles of costumes for all ages. Decorations, accessories, party supplies! Its a one stop shop! No online shopping Web site to even see their inventory. Gotta call a location to check specific items.

Nice place to get cheap costumes and theres a HUGE sale going on right now. Its slowly losing its inventory, yet it is deterring with the lack of customer service here. I walked in to ask for some vampire fangs to which one of the employees ignored me. The only thing that kept me staying was the relatively low prices

Great prices and stuff but one of the employees was so rude! I went by yesterday around 12 and I asked one of the girls for help to take down a costume for my son and instead she just said you cant reach it or what? I ended up ignoring her and asking some young lady named Kimberly for help and she was the nicest young lady there . I also asked the girl Kimberly if she knew the rude girls name and if Im not mistaken its Ashley. I can honestly say Ive never met such a rude girl in Halloween Club and I go every year.

Overpriced and definitely not a place I would recommend going to the day before Halloween. Way to many people make it hard to move or even look for a costume. They do have some cool masks though.

The costumes look very bad and lazy

Mostly the props where sold at the 99cent store. I felt royally scrude and didnt sell candy. To my surprise not enough Halloween props they used to sell. It was sad that day it be better to purchase your important props online. No stars here!!!!!

Horrible experience. Bought a costume but it had the wrong item inside. Went to exchange and get the correct costume and they were sold out. They refuse to give me my money back, I do understand if there is a policy in place they stand by it. But this was the stores fault, the lady that attended me said the cashier should had checked.Also, another thing is when I told the lady it had the wrong item inside, she right away knew what item was inside and describe it. My guess I wasnt the only person this happened too.

This place is a God damn mad house none the less it suits the environment where youll find every costume even if its last minute but expect a line and prices to go up as well so shop early so that way you can get good parking and make sure you plan what youre getting so I can get out quick while youre at it get one of those Street dog from la boy their good

Its gonna close soon so what yoy see is all that is left. People go in and set their kids free like animals at a chuck e cheese. Employees are alright.

I cant give them lower than 1 stars. It was Sooo dirty and fulled of Mexican big families who were looking for their kids dresses to ask for candy. Too bad we went on today Sunday. There was nowhere to walk at all.

After buying my daughters butterfly costume here and seeing the poor af quality and how easily it started falling apart🤦‍♀️ Im just heading to party city from now on. Idk about their decorations or moving stuff but i just know the costume sucked.

I was amazed the Night Before Halloween to go shopping I thought there would be endless lines and there was it the service was quick and the supply was pretty awesome never did I expect to go in and out and find exactly what I came for Ill be shopping here next year too

Very disappointed in this store. Prices are budget friendly on some things but the quality of some of the items are not worth the price. Not what i expected, in quality and customer service, i would rather go to the 99 cents store and get the same things for cheaper, but thats just me. Some people looked like they liked the store so for some ot may not be so bad, you be the judge.

They had tons of items fromi love Lucy to the latest of costumes. Whatever you wanted. We were having issus finding something our teenagers would want to wear which seems like most likely their last time. We found exactly what they wanted and even got 20% off

I dont understand the big deal

There was such a selection here of costumes of all sizes and themes. They have a HUGE wall of mask of various horror characters from television and film. My husband and I even found the mask of the clown for American Horror Story that we were looking for it was hideous but scary. Plus all kinds of haunted house or Halloween Theme decor.

You could most likely be able find the costume you want.
