So as a customer we have to understand that gold prices are different from a year to year, month to month, but so far i am very happy with this his place. Writing this after 2 vastly different experiences. The first time, I purchased an item from Juan. Great service and an amazing price. Went back to get something for a friend, asked the price of the item Id originally bought had been marked up more than the price Id originally told ($60 silver pendant originally, which I got cheap, became something like $95). I dont know what kind of business these people are running, but the woman selling kept trying to force me to buy it. When I said I wasnt interested, she lowered the price by $10. My advice is to be careful when you go. They might try to charge you more than the item is actually worth. Were it not for my first experience, this place would get a 0 star if possible.
