The team was great from the moment I drove my 2021 Dodge Challenger in to get my tire repaired, until the job was finished. I had a couple of screws/nails in my tire and had to leave my car overnight until the new tire was delivered. It was pretty easy for me considering I didn’t have an appointment scheduled. My sister works for a body shop and recommended me to Grand Prix. When I called in, I worked with Ralphie (forgive me if I spelled your name wrong). I called in and requested a quote for my 2022 Honda Civic. I was given a size and brand from Honda Dealership to shop around with but Ralphie he went above and beyond asking me detailed questions and narrowing it down to find the precise tire I needed. He was patient with me and gave me all the necessary info to call Honda back to confirm that the part number/desc matched the tire I needed. It took multiple phone calls to confirm and schedule appt and he was professional and patient with me the entire time.When I scheduled the appt with him to fix my car… he put into consideration when the tire would arrive and provided me times where we would not have to wait to have the tire installed. I had my daughter take in my car and everything went smoothly.I called Ralphie after work to thank him for his help and asked him if he could tell me what went wrong with my brand new tire (not even 2 months old) because the AAA ERS and I along with Honda service could not visibly see what was wrong with the tire and I wanted his professional opinion. Primarily it’s been for tire changes but they have also helped me repair bent rims, identify and replace faulty control arms and bushings, and now full suspension upgrade. Basically they have helped me maintain a safe and comfortable ride in all my cars. Chris has cultivated a warm and friendly atmosphere in his shop all the way through his staff and mechanics. Ive had my cars serviced at Grand Prix for a couple of years. I go to them for routine maintenance, new tires (twice), and at least three repairs. They do thorough and clean work and at very fair prices. They go the extra mile for you on little situations that often come up in car repairs. Grand Prix really is more special than other shops I’ve been at . . . the professionalism and concern/respect for customers they show. Love this place and have friends who say the same!

My experince with Gran Prix Auto went very well. I took my Mini Cooper to have the brakes serviced. I didnt tell them when i got there, that i had previosly gone to another auto shop to get an estimate for the same brake work on my car. When i got to GP AUTO they quoted me the same price for the work. But he also said that they would first check it out and get back to me. When they called me back he said my car didnt need all the brakes replaced. Only the rear brakes needed servicing. So they did the work and it ended up being MUCH less than if I jad gone to the previous shop. So I sincerely appreciate their honesty and quick service. Thank you GP AUTO, Im definitely coming back when I need the fronts!

Per the recommendations of a FB group and yelp reviews, I decided to bring my Lexus here for an oil change. My freebies from Lexus ran out and no way I was paying $200+ just to change my oil.Messaged them on Yelp and they responded fast with a quote and available times. Dropped my car off and came home. They contacted me a few hours later and done. Pickup was easy and no issues at all.Nice this place is so close to home. Very easy to deal with and friendly staff. I would come here again.

Per usual, great service! Took my car for an oil change, and was informed my two front tires needed to be replaced. Omar took me to the back and showed me my tires and why they needed to be replaced. Omar gave me a quote for the two tires, and I will be going back in a few days to have them replaced. You guys are awesome! Great honest customer service, and great prices! Chris was very helpful, called me right away after vehicle was inspected and they repaired it in a couple of hours. Due to COVID19 I had been putting off taking my car in for repairs, but Grand Prix was great practicing safe social distancing. I felt safe the moment I walked in. When I picked up my car, Chris walked out with me and wiped down my car from the inside, with disinfectant wipes. Great customer service! Oh yeah!In a (big) nutshell if you want the best tire for your needs, your vehicle, and your budget, you cannot do better than GP Tire. The things you need to know is that they know how to use their equipment, unlike the several other tire vendors I’ve tried to adopt instead of driving all the way to Monterey Park. But America’s Tire doesn’t know how to balance ties/wheels, Goodyear is OK if you only want a Goodyear tire.—- Have I gone over the word count limit? Oh oh! GO SEE CHRIS AT GRAND PRIX!!!
