The worst Staples I’ve been to. Woman at the print depot refused to print 2 copies on higher quality paper, claiming she is only taking drop off orders. I’ve been to other locations and the staff is much more helpful and accommodating. This happened on 9/7/21 at 8:15pm.

I visited this location a couple times yesterday and the staff was very helpful in helping me find the products I needed for my small business. My business and website just went live so I needed shipping supplies and equipment. They helped me download the staples app and even showed me how to use Google Pay at the register because I had left home in such a rush that I forgot my wallet at home. I left the store with all the packing supplies I needed and they set me up with the larger stuff to be shipped to my home overnight. Thanks Leann

I was helped by Amber in the printing department. She was efficient, professional, kind, and gave me lots of options. She help me enlarge a print of a newspaper clipping and was wonderful.

I was offered help right away when looking for scanning services as soon as I walked in. Everybody was masked up and social distancing and my experience was very pleasant. The young lady who offered to help me basically asked what I wanted to do and did almost the entire self service transaction for me. I then asked her if she knew where the Sharpies were and she walked me over to them. I also asked about buying a pack of ink pens that wouldnt smear much because I am left handed. She gave me some advice about her preferences and why and when I got home, I was super happy that I took her advice. I love my new ink pens!

I was given the wrong pricing for scanning over the phone, then drove here for nothing. I wasn’t offered a discount or coupon for the trouble. -On the way to Office Depot.

I came in early, to get 32 copies, I was helped by Amber, very knowledgeable, courteous, & friendly in all products. It took 5 min. To get my copies, Iam glad you have UPS, wonderful experience. Do recomemd & will come back, greetings.

The manager said the County General ordered them to close the restrooms but was unable to provide proof. Just didnt want to manage the bathroom.

Lacking in customer service and customer attentiveness..printing and UPS stations were unattended for more than 5 minutes and when man asked an employee if someone was coming he said yes but it still took another 5 minutes or more... whose in charge there?..... no greeting customers as you enter either. What’s going on with these big chains, are they not training their employees any longer in good customer service?

For some reason the lady in customer is not willing to help. She seems lazy today when ask about a product. It was posted on their website that it was there but shes insisting they dont carry the product. When I ask another associate who is willing to help he found the item. Its always a pleasure going and picking up my online orders. I always choose Staples to purchase all my office, home and school supplies for me and my kids, even for personal use like making party invitations, personalized stamps and printing services. Its always a pleasure to interact w/ Staples employees (Gary) and their Managers (Kenny) and having them greet you always w/ a smile on their face, and enjoyable conversations specially very early in the morning when I really would be sleeping rather than working and late evening when all you want is to go home.

Very friendly staff. Excellent customer service. I wanted to exchange an item in the store, tried to request it online but ended up process it as a return by mistake. Ellen went above and beyond to solve the issue. Kudos to her. Thank you.

Ive always received exceptional service at this location. If the item I need is not available in stock they always find it online and price match. It arrives at home in just a couple of days with no additional shipping costs.

I like staples because their service is very good. They concern about how you feel and see their products/service. If only their prices were not that high, i would give 5 stars.

If you need a copy and print, this is the way to do it slowly, their machines are slow, printing 1 document takes like 5 minutes on its own, and for some reason the printer would only print some word docs but not all. Aside from that, the employees were nice. Not good for speedy print outs.

Customer Service is terrible looking for products. Today, I asked if they sold boom boxes still. Customer Service person response was this.. We only sell speakers. No one listens to CDs anymore. Try Amazon. Shes probably right, however her tone was outright nasty. I think, a little Customer Service Training should be mandatory. This is the third time, they have dissuaded me from purchasing office supplies and even a printer. Maybe this is why stores are struggling. Poor attitudes and lack of respect for us, the consumers.

I never sign in to write reviews unless I am blown away by customer service, or blown away by lack of customer service. The manager was completely rude in helping resolve my issue. He passed off the issue to an inept cashier who was as unhelpful and rude. When I asked about a price discrepancy in the advertising, the cashier just shrugged and said it was a different SKU, as if I am supposed to know what that means as a customer. I ultimately walked out, because all employees we’re completely disengage with providing a customer experience or even making a sale. I had walked in fully intending on spending money, but not one person greeted me, showed interest in while I was in the store or helped me find the right product I was looking for. Typical STAPLES. Nothing out of the ordinary. Staff is helpful. Some things were out of stock. Plenty of parking. Safe location.

Girl was AWESOME. Laminated my CPR cards no attitude and she was multi tasking with two more people. Went above and beyond MY EXPECTATIONS.

Great variety of products. Their prices arent the lowest though. Expect long lines during busy hours, because only 1 cashier on duty. Its near a college, so maybe youll get lucky and wait behind a hot college student in tight gym clothes.

If you need office goods, paper, pencils, folders, etc., this is my go-to store, in part because its two minutes from my house. Prices are comparable to any other office supply store, the space is clean, and the staff are helpful. If youre looking for tech, this store, has plenty of it, but just not things you may need. Ive gone looking for a few bits of tech and have never been able to come up with anything that satisfied my needs.

Couldnt find anything on my own but staff were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly.

We purchased here a copy machine, it didnt work properly so had to return it.

This place has everything you need for school and work. Its bigger than most staples stores and the customer service has always been great.

This by far one of the best experience Ive ever had while visit a location to upgrade or get a new cellphone or smartphones. Reps are very knowledgeable in three major cariers AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Come on in and experience the patience and info you get from their wireless sales reps I received. They even switch all your contacts from your old phone to your new, set up your email and social networks on your new smartphone awesome!!!!

Old printers take like 30 minutes to print 30 pages. So slow to download data.
