Every time I’ve had to replace a windshield I don’t use anyone but Safelite. Always can rely on them when needed. Usually taken care of within a day or week depending on what model of car you have.

Gary came to replace my windshield and did an amazing job! I had no plans of sitting outside and talking with him the entire time, but that was one of the best 2 hour conversations Ive ever had. I was very impressed with the work he performed on my car. I highly recommend Safelite. Consider yourself blessed if your tech is Gary!

You can only contact via the web, you can only schedule via the web. If you call the local number you get a voice direction to use the web. Oh and in my case the web price quote was $639.99 for a windshield I was able to get from a local shop for $219 with same day installation. I will most likely never contact Safelite again

Arrived on time to have my windshield replaced. Was later told they did not have the trim for the windshield and it could not be done that day. They had already started working on the car and cracked the windshield all the way through making the car unsafe to drive. Would of been no big deal however the manager lied about it and said it had already been there. Would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, this place is full of liars and unprofessional personal.

Driving back from Florida to Indiana and got a rock chip on I-65. Made an appointment online and was in and out in less than 30 mins. Staff was courteous and had a some water and soda drinks in the lobby as well as a t.v with direct t.v.

They do a great job taking care of my broken windshield needs. Had a glass for my 2006 KW and had it installed in two days.

Ive used Safelite in the past so I turned to them again. I utilized the website to take care of everything and found it to be super easy. I received reminders about the appointment and was notified who the technician would be. The windshield was replaced in its entirety and, thus far, two weeks later, there have been no leaks or issues and it has rained a good bit. Hoping not to need them again but will return to Safelite should the need arise.

A rock hit the windshield of my brand new vehicle a little before 8 am. I got a 9:30 appointment, but they took my car early. I was out of there by 9:35 and wouldnt have been able to tell there was a chip if I didnt already know. It almost looks new! We literally went online and requested a quote on Sunday and we had an appointment on Tuesday morning. Fast and easy. I got there a little early (25 minutes or so) and my appointment was at 9:30. They had my car back in the shop around 9:20. I was walking out of the office at 10:20. Fast and easy. Will definitely use them again.

They don’t stand behind their work and do not fulfill their promises of their work. Over the phone they assured the company I work for that there would not be any issues reattaching an in-vehicle camera back to the new windshield. Less than 24 hours later the camera fell off of the new windshield at which time I realized they used little more than cheap double sided tape to attach the camera to the windshield.Their response? They said too bad, it’s not our fault the camera fell. The only reason my company described to use them is because we were promised that there would be no issues reattaching our cameras to the glass. Their price is nearly double what everyone else nearby is and the work they do is terrible. I will do everything in my power to make sure that everyone I know never makes the mistake we did in using this company.

Safelite AutoGlass is difficult to do business with simply because it is impossible to call and talk to someone about your situation. That is important to me to be able to talk to a human.

I wanna start by saying that I scheduled my appointment online to have my windshield replaced yesterday and scheduled my appointment for between 8am-12pm, yesterday on the 12th. No one ever showed. Yes I had tried calling 3-4 times with the same automated message that no one could take my call at the time. I did get a phone call back at 4:45pm (they close at 5:00pm). The lady I spoke with was very nice and polite. She apologized to me that no one made it out there. And explained that she was surprised that it allowed me to schedule for the same day as they can not do same day replacements but can for repairs. She also explained that their system was acting up for some reason and it had notified them just 2 hrs before she called. She asked if she could reschedule my appointment for today, the 13th, between 8am-12pm. I agreed with that being i had already paid for my order. The technician got here at 10:00am and was done and out of here by 10:30am. He did a wonderful job and I couldnt be happier knowing that I now have beautiful crack free windshield.

Gary was awesome and knowledgeable. He let me know from the start that I was in good hands and that he would take care of my baby (my car). He explained himself well and he did the job quickly and efficiently. He really helped to make the experience great. I would recommend this company because of him and because the service is convenient, quick, and inexpensive compared to other companies. My local glass company wouldve charged my double what I paid, and I would have had to go to find time to go to them, which is hard because of work. Safelight came to me and got the job done. We were told they would come to our home on Monday. They called Monday morning to say the windshield they were sent was damaged, so it would be Tuesday instead. I stayed home all day Tuesday just to get a call about 5pm saying he would be late because he was still in the next town. He called back at 7pm saying he couldnt come, but that it would be Wednesday. Didnt hear from him Wednesday and had to call the office just to be told he would give me a call when he was on the way. Stayed home all day AGAIN. Finally called the Safelite headquarters and was told they couldnt help because each office handles their own installations. Sorry Ok, call the Montgomery office AGAIN and am told it will be another week! Asked if I could just bring my vehicle to them. That they could do. Keep 8n mind, the office is a county away and they certainly dont discount for you going to them. Even when you got the run around all week.

I had something hit my windshield as I was traveling south on I65 between Birmingham and Montgomery, leaving a small star shaped crack. I didnt want it to run so 9 called my insurance company immediately. They redirected me to Safelite. Within 5 min I had an appointment at this location (which was right on my way). Crack fixed in a few minutes and I was on my way. The young lady working the front desk was super nice!

Had a very pleasant experience getting my windshield replaced. Friendly, straightforward service. Would recommend to friends and family. The guy working with me brought to the back into the shop to explain something to me that he didnt have to, and even took knocked the price down a good bit for a small defect on the replacement windshield before installing. Be sure to check for discount codes online.

I have used Safelite exclusively for my windshield repairs on all of my cars and have never had a problem or complaint. They are easily to deal with, flexible if we need to reschedule, show up on time and do great work. The staff are always friendly and professional.What more can I say!

We never actually used these guys, their prices were insane. They did give us a quick and easy quote which was great. However, for a Honda Odyssey windshield, they quoted us almost $700! We were planning to pay cash so yeah that wasnt going to happen! Went down the road about a mile and got it replaced for $275. I would never go here based on their quote. Always price stuff out!

I had a tree limb fall through my back window on a rainy day. I called safelite for the repair. Not only for the first appointment did it take 5 days. They messed up which window I needed so they to reschedule my Wednesday appointment for the following Monday. The window then did not get shipped in time so they had to reschedule me another time. I finally got a new window three weeks almost after my incident. They also tried to charge me extra because they messed up an order and made me wait. We finally agreed on a price that was 4 dollars more than the original. Overall would not recommend safelite and will never use them again.

Sold me a windshield with obvious scratch in driving view. When removing old windshield piecesv of glass fell into ac vents witch came flying out when ac was cut on. Dash was banged up and plastic trim was installed back incorrectly. Odd how they ask you to pay before seeing the work that was done. Totally scammed. Cant think of any other way of looking at it.

I believe Chuck did the repair. I was overly impressed by the service set up by USAA. The tech called first as requested and showed up on time. Completed the repair and said it might not work due to the crack, but keep an eye on it so if it spreads, he would be back out. I am confident that they will stand behind their word. Will only use this company in the future.

We have had all of our windshields repaired here. They work with your insurance to replace, but if you only need a chip fixed its free. Normally we leave the car for a few hours and its done. I believe you can even have them come to you, but we havent used that service. The work is good and efficient.

Daniel was very punctual, courteous, professional, & demonstrated a very thorough & efficient installation! As a retired shop teacher, I recognized that Daniel’s methodology was the type which should be passed on to other future technicians. He should be made a trainer!!

Have used this location to replace my wifes last three windshields. No More! All three times we have had issues. The first two times we showed up for an appointment and they had ordered the wrong windshield. Today on a different car they confirmed our appointment via email and we showed up and the windshield has not even been shipped to the location yet. An easy call or text could of prevented us from making an unnecessary trip this morning at 730. I suggest using another company.

I highly recommend this location. I can not thank Taylor and Shayla enough. A rock chipped my windshield in a rental car. Taylor and Shayla went outside, looked over my windshield and advised me on how to proceed. Shayla even called her friend who works for the rental car company to see what I should do. We all decided to get the chip fixed. It took Taylor about ten minutes to do the repair and it looks perfect. You cant even see the damage! Their professionalism and friendliness was amazing. Seriously the best service I have received in a long time. Thank you two!

Had my car windshield fixed today and it was probably the easiest repair job Ive ever had . Scheduling over the phone was easy. Insurance paid for it and it only took about 30 min to fix . Well see how it holds up but it was a pretty nice chip and now its barely even noticeable.

I had set up my appointment prior to visiting the brick and mortar store. My service agent grrated me at my assigned appointment time. I was informed of how much time would be involved and my car was ready as stated. The service agent carried a portable wireless device which allowed us to view a copy of all services performed, warranty information, etc. I signed the touch screen a printed copy was provided and I was on my way. Great experience.

Not a single complaint. Very professional staff and what I consider fair pricing. If I ever get another chip in my windshield I will go back to this location. I had several chips in my windshield (4), and they were completely finished in under 2 hours.

I got a crack in the window of my car. It was on the original windshield, which survived about 100k miles without cracking. I used Safelite because my insurance company recommended them. The time of the repair wasnt as convenient as I would have hoped. The repair was done very professionally. Im actually giving an extra star because all the people at Safelite Ive dealt with have been courteous and professional.The reason for the poor review, is the new windshield installed by safelite developed a crack after less than three months and less than 5k miles. I called for warranty service. A technician was sent who claimed the windshield had been hit by a rock, and the warranty service was refused.I feel the quality of the new windshield they installed was very poor. I would suggest looking elsewhere for any auto glass work you might need.

Used to use these guys. They put a new windshield in my truck a few years back. Last weekend my rear view mirror fell off. They must have used really cheap glass because it pulled a chunk of glass about the size of my thumb off with it. Called them about a new windshield, they wouldnt work with my insurance company. Went to Jerrys Auto Glass instead. They did, and did a great, fast job. They will be my go to from now on. You should use them too...

They fix windshields though they seem to often leave them in a state where they will crack more fully when the weather changes. I had a chip repaired that spread and required replacement and Ive spoken to several others that have had the same issue occur. They do come out to your home if you dont need anything major to be repaired though.
