I did not go in there but it is located in a nice shopping center in a nicer area of Montgomery. My husband went in there to use the e gift cards I earned online to buy a few things. He said the gift cards did not scan but Target was good to honor them. Thank you Target!

It is so easy to shop online and then do curbside pick-up. I LOVE IT and hope that this is a service that is around to stay!

The poor condition of the mens restrooms brings this Target down a few notches. Ive been to the restrooms twice and each time all the stalls have lacked toilet paper, there was no soap, and the door on one of the stalls wont even latch.These are very easy items to rectify and the fact that in the space of two weeks the restroom remained in the same condition means that the staff doesnt care all that much about providing a clean, usable restroom. While it may seem a small matter, I worry about what other shortcuts or poor processes exist in this store. If they ignore such obvious, and fixable, flaws in the mens room, what else are they ignoring?

This location is always out of stock for the basic items. They need to place someone else in charge of inventory. It doesnt matter what I order, what department the item comes from something is always out of stock but the Prattville location always has it, so I end up ordering from Prattville

Good selection of items for most of a familys needs. From kids clothes and toys to makeup, bubble bath and more. Vitamins to Protein powder, chips, dips and frozen foods. You can furnish an apartment (or a dorm room) without leaving the store. Order online for that special something you couldnt find in and have it sent to the store for you to pick it up there.

Target in Eastchase is always stocked and very clean. They have a great selection of baby products to beauty products.

Items were ready and didnt have to wait long

I used Target Drive Up and received five star service. The associate exited the store as soon as I clicked I had arrived on my phone app. We were on our way to a school event that was 60 miles away. Also, I ordered at midnight and my order was ready before the store opened. An 8:00 a.m. pick-up was possible.

March 22, 2020Coronavirus has changed the way & places we can shop. I appreciate Target not only remaining open but having later hours open than all other similar stores such as Walmart where their floor managers are rude & talk about their customers as they stand right by the check out lanes.PROS: Target offers just about everything one would need especially everyday necessities. Their employees are helpful & appreciative of their customers shopping with them. Store is always neat, clean & organized.CONS: Their prices are a bit higher than other store & food selection doesnt have the variety like other either.

I dont have any complaints about this Target. We have shopped here several times and they have a good selection of fairly good quality items. I mostly just visit the greeting cards and gifts, but when my daughter was younger we found a lot of cute clothes. The toy department has a pretty good selection as well and the prices are good. The place feels clean and updated, and checkout was pretty swift. The staff seems pretty helpful as well.

The absolute worst place to shop in Montgomery. The management should be ashamed of their hiring skills and their management skill. The shelves are never organized and straight, prices are either wrong or on the incorrect merchandise and there is NEVER anyone willing to assist you.

I received a email about all frozen toys being 20% off and I went to the Target app and found all the toys that I wanted to get my daughter and placed my order for pick I arrived later that day and all of my stuff was ready to was super easy and no wait time.

I was being followed around the store by a guy with security on the back of his shirt. I dont think he knew that I saw him but I kept seeing him. I was not doing anything out of the ordinary. To top it off when I went to check out he stood right behind me with his arms folded like I was doing something wrong. I know I am not paranoid because when I drove off I rode by the door and saw other customers at the check out and he was not there. Why me!

All employees were extremely friendly and made conversation at checkout. The store was clean and well stocked. This Target even had a produce section, and more food than most Targets Ive been too (Its not a Super Target).

I had a wonderful experience at Target last weekend thanks to an employee, Latonya Barnes, at the Montgomery AL location. I had bad customer service in the Starbucks line and ended up not getting a coffee. I met Latonya at customer service and she listened to my complaint, apologized, and made my day so much better! I continued my shopping experience with no worries! 😃 Positive attitude, considerate and very helpful. She deserves a raise, Management! 👍🏼

I went into Target on this good Christmas Eve in search of this Lego set my son really wanted. Before going to the store I scanned it in on the Target app to see if the store in Montgomery had it in stock before driving there. To much surprise they did. In the store Im searching and asking associates to help me locate the item because its not on the shelf. Everyone kept saying its not here, sorry. So, I decide to move all the boxes that were about the same size as the item I was looking for, and boom there it is hidden. So, I scan it to see the price which comes up $55.98!!! Im so excited. I get to the register... The young man scans the item and it comes up $79.99.... shocked was my face! I show him the price on the app. He attempts to override it but needs a manager. So, a department lead comes over and tells me that she doesnt know where that price came from but when they can it on their device it comes up $63.99 (which isnt $79.99- so your computer is still wrong). She tells me they cannot give me the adjustment for what their app says, and has a terrible attitude about it, like it was her money that she would be losing out on. Annoyed with the situation I say thats fine and take the item for $63.99. I felt like she didnt try nor care. But all in all I took it to another Target that was much friendlier and got my correct price adjustment. I truly didnt appreciate the lack of effort from the employees on the floor when attempting to find the item; nor did I appreciate the lack of compassion and professionaism of the “managers/leads”.

Best experience ever! Toleesha at the customer service desk was wonderful. Truly her calling. She solved an impossible problem and never lost sight of meeting the customers needs. Much appreciated. Ill be back!!

Always friendly staff and always tempting sales, but I try to steer straight for clearance but that little fun knock-knack area at the right of the entrance catches me every time & magically makes me spend money on things I neither need or want but somehow - theyre priced so good I cant turn away or pass without stopping.

I feel like Target is becoming very hostile towards people who use coupons even if its one. Every time I go into a target someone assumes that Im using a coupon for an incorrect item and I am appropriately using it. Then afterwards, I get no apologized and they continue to limit my coupons. I was told I could only use 1 coupon for a transaction and that is ABSURD because I have never in my life heard that before.

I actually did a drive-up order through the app to avoid dealing with guest services altogether because they are always so unfriendly. I had to wait outside for nearly 15 minutes to get my items. I was given the bag, and then I realized that I hadnt received the entire order. I and my husband called several times, and they wouldnt answer. Eventually I went inside to let them know, and I was basically accused, by the very employee who left the item inside, of trying to steal it ... A $3 Elf cosmetics eye pallet that I bought for six year olds dance performance. I was very offended by this. To take the cake I was then told by her that I could just walk and get the item if I knew where it was. I immediately let her know that I shouldnt even have to be inside, I did a drive up order for a reason. I was not walking to get anything. Eventually the manager came over and took care of everything. They found the item that she lost in the back and gave me a gift certificate. If I use it, itll only be online. This experience really ended it for me for this location. Its a shame that Walmarts pick-up/drive-up service is better than Targets. The managers are always very helpful and very friendly, but the staff here ruins the entire shopping experience. I wont be returning.

I am in town for the night and stopped by to pick up a few things. The store itself is amazing! Its large and well stocked. But the staff is miserable. The woman who checked me out had a very bad attitude. She was incredibly rude to the woman in front of me who was trying to buy a shirt that was marked on sale but wouldnt ring up with the clearance price. She very unhappily told her that it wasnt on sale and she was wrong. That woman left and unfortunately it was my turn.The cashier was under aged and was upset that I was buying alcohol. She wanted me to go to another line because she would have to wait for a manager. The one other line open had 10 people in it so I politely said no thank you, Ill wait. She huffed and flicked her light and said it would have been so much easier if I picked another line. She wasnt wrong, her manager took her sweet time. When she finally decided to meander over she said oh youre lights on, whats the problem now?I have never had such an unpleasant experience at Target in my life. Im so very glad its not my local Target. This store does not live up to the Target standards of customer care.

Looks like Target was recently updated. They have a lot nicer displays and everything is always so neat and clean.

I am handicapped and needed an electric chair when an employee came to me with a nice chair. They helped me find items I needed. A very nice shopping experience.

The last 4 experiences at this location were horrible and honestly shopping at Walmart is better. I was ashamed to bring an out-of-town guest there. All 3 times I used the ladies room it was filthy. There was toilet paper all over the floor, no soap or hand towels, which suggests to me that food service employees are not washing their hands. There has not been any cart wipes available 4 times, long lines with only 4-5 registers open on a Saturday mid-day, and last Saturday there were no carts. I simply will not shop at this location anymore.

Target has always been better than Walmart when it comes to a good shopping experience. This location is no exception. I can find what I need and get out pretty quick.

When I picked up the coffee machine from target store, the box was damaged and could see inside(I wish I attached the picture) so I told to the customer service member but he was upset because he didn’t break it but I complained him. He said it was the problem of target online. He was rude and not trained. It seems like two companies as Target store and Target online are doing business seperate. I called the service manager and tried to replace it but the store didn’t have the same product and I used the target giftcard so it was really hard to replace it. I spent 1HOUR and finally I gave up then back to home. I kept the coffee machine that box was damaged. The machine worked okay but I would not buy any electric products or appliances from target company. Even I ordered products from Walmart they never sent the damaged products. This time I ordered from Target because I received the gift card from my cousin and I needed to used it. Anymore Target order in my life.
