This was a nice JOANN store. Almost every aisle is organized and in its proper place. It is decently stocked for all the little things that you need. The floor are clean except that we saw a dead cockroach. The bathrooms are clean and open. Most of their stores have closed the bathrooms because of COVID.

Everyone went out if their way to help me! ESPECIALLY the lady that cut my cloth! BRAVO! She even called her husband her was an engineer to help us decide how many yards of cloth I needed for window treatments. Above and beyond! Also the sweet girl at checkout that helped me out! I have always found Joann a great other place for supplies in crafts and arts. They have a great selection for all interests and are not so big as to overwhelm a shopper with so many places to look. I have found that they keep up with the holidays and seasonal events, and that makes them another place to check.

They cashier was off her rocker. Did not want to see military ID. Said it was federal afence to say I was military when I wasnt. I would be eating unsweetened chocolate the rest of my life. I told her my husband spent 22 yrs. In military, & 25 flying helicopters after that. I have her cash, she kept my change . I have her NO reason to dislike me. What so ever.

They have a good variety of merchandise, they are helpful, and knowledgeable about all things fabric.

Found the perfect applique for a wedding veil. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I ended up getting 50% off coupon. Total cost for a normal $900 veil...$100. Thanks Joann fabrics.

Let me start by saying, Im a long time fan of Joanns. They normally have everything I need and it saves me from having to craft store hop around town. Plus theres always coupons on the app.With that said, when you get ribbon, elastic, cord, etc cut watch to make sure they dont short you. This has happened to me twice now, but its the first time at this store. I didnt notice it till now when I went cut the elastic. I measured it myself to make sure because it looked shorter than my other ribbon I bought. I asked for 2 yd and its 6 inches too short! I realize now she overstretched it and I sincerely hope it was accidental. Also, with a store full of employees why is there always 1 poor soul at the cutting counter trying to keep up with a line 5-10 people deep? I wish the cutting counter had 2 people at all times. Especially with people snapping up fabric for holiday projects.

The guy manager as well as a male cashier has been giving me grief and attitude about trying to exchange a product the manager tried to trick me into paying $25 to exchange the product. He say that its a $25 fee between the store and the customer the cashier stated to me that shes never even heard of that and neither have I. I would not recommend this store to anyone and do advise them to be careful of how they spend their money because the guy manager try to scam me out of $25. No stars would be posted if I could.

This place is obviously not doing well. The overhead lights are largely burnt out or flickering. Michaels is right next door, and doesnt seem so sketchy.

Not at bad store.The customer service at the fabrics counter could be improved upon as they seem to disgruntled. One of the individuals cutting our fabric didnt say one word to us. Otherwise the cashiers, and other employees seem to be very nice and helpful when needed. We are repeat customers.

Great craft store, decent yarn selection (though doesn’t have higher end yarns). They also have jewelry making supplies including some nice pendants. Coupons usually available on their website.

Even though they are out of fabric, still one of my favorite places to visit and shop.

JoAnn Fabrics is my favorite store for everything craft related. The best place to stock up on yarn if you crochet and knit. The sales are great and the coupons are awesome. I love shopping here, also the employees are helpful and friendly.

Come here for the fabrics, and only when Im desperate. The customer service here stinks. I understand that times are tough, but they are tough for everyone.

Prices are a little steep, but they have such excellent sales that it makes up for it. I ususally go on sale days and shop. There is a very wide range of fabrics to choose from. I also shop the jewelry findings aisle and bead section, also another great spot for sales.

Nine customers on line. ONE register open. Its afternoon the day before Xmas Eve. What an obvious lack of disrespect this store s management has for its patrons, many of whom use walkers, canes, etc. The phones are ringing non-stop too. No call for help at the registers and I wrote, videotaped and posted this review as I waited.

I can always find what I need (and dont need but can find a use for) at Joann Fabrics and Crafts and this outing was no different.

I love this store. Always something wonderful in store for your every crafting needs.

The staff was nice once they started helping me, but I stood for a while at the fabric counter waiting for the employees to stop their chatter. I think they expected me to interrupt them when I was ready, but Im not rude. Also, the employee confirmed the marked price on the fabric was accurate but I found out it was actually on sale so my 50% off coupon would not work.

Joanns has been my favorite crafts and fabrics store for years now. Best prices, even better with app coupons for up to 60% off and weekly sales. When daughter and/or I want art and craft supplies this is first stop.

They have a good selection at this location. Pricing here is great. Employees here are very friendly as well.

Better catch a sale because the prices are a bit expensive. Also look very carefully at the sale prices. They advertise big savings, but it is only on a few items. I shop mostly in the fabrics & you have to look for the colored tags carefully.

The store is good kinda pricey but good options. Everytime I go to this location the attitudes of the employees is horrible Id rather go to HOBBY LOBBY even if the selection is smaller. I would give 5 stars but the staff really suck EVERYTIME I GO.

Staff are very friendly and are the best part of this store. Everything else is nice but severely over priced since it is meant for hobbyist. If youre really thinking of starting up in clothing or decoration this may not be worth it. One example is I saw a large Mason jar for 40 dollars which Id never buy, I found a set for 20. Polyfill here is so expensive that it just doesnt make sense to choose this over planning ahead and ordering from Amazon.

Great selection of fabrics.... a bit higher price than other local shops, but its often well worth the price. Quality is everything on works of art. My peeve though... and I look for this every where I go, is for some one to simply offer to help me. May I help you find something? goes a veeeerrrry long way!!!I spent over an hour in this store, and NO ONE even spoke after being greeted coming through the door.

My whole family had such a great time here. We love going every year when they get their Halloween stuff in, and wed go more often if we lived closer.

Not good. The cashier did something wrong trying to figure out how to take 20% off my total order and made it more than the original price, then when she fixed it she still didnt use my coupon and then she didnt print out a receipt. The manager printed out a gift receipt with no prices on it then the cashier forgot to give me my cloth. I had to go back and ask her for it.

ONE power shopping cart! Not much better than Michaels two doors away, Michaels has an employee push you around! Hows that for loss of dignity! Jo-Annes has one power shopping cart, which was in use. Now that Hancock is out of business and Hobby Lobby leaving this area, I hope shopping on eBay is better!
