This is great store. The staff is super helpful and friendly. There is a great selection and a relaxing atmosphere for reading and browsing. Of course there is coffee and a coffeehouse feel to the place. They have great sales and are very helpful in finding books needed for school.

Need to change their name to Books-A-Thousand. The Christian Fiction section gets smaller and smaller each time I go in. Tired of not being able to find the authors that I read!

The selection of books starts with beginners and continue. I was pleasantly surprised to see the different selecton of anima books they carry. The childrens area has a table and chairs.Theres a cafe and an outside setting area. The customer service was excellent. Overall it is friendly environment.

This was first time ever being inside of a BAM. It was nice, but not as spacious as a Barnes and Nobles. Their bargain section was a nice size. I only purchased one book today, but Ill definitely be back for future purchases.

So many books! I enjoy walking around real books, because I sometimes find a new favorite that I never would have considered buying online. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, always helpful. The store remodel is awesome! I just have to learn my way around again. Gives me a chance to find even more new books, ha ha.

Love the new remodel and the atmosphere is nice because you can hear all the employees as they speak to each other and guests. They always speak kindly and let some their quirky, nerdy sides show. The kiosk was brilliant, whoever thought of it. And I love the charging/study stations!!!

Great Books and Coffee.

I went in, went straight to what I wanted. I didnt need any help from anyone. When I got ready to check out the cashier was great, very personable. I do love the remodel of the place.

The layout has totally changed, the Bible section is way smaller, and the staff wasnt knowledgeable.

Never have the book I am looking for. Online inventory is off. Always call and make an associate go and ensure it is there before you go. Fine place to go if you just want to browse.

A couple of months ago my sister and I went to this store to buy a book. At the checkout, the employee was extremely pushy. She asked so many questions before we could even buy the book. At first she asked about donating to some organization. When we declined, she then asks if we want to be put on some “list” to donate at a later time. We declined again. Then she asks us to pick some magazines for “free.” We decline this as well. We don’t even read magazines and we didn’t need any surprise charges. She pushes again. We decline again. She would not take no for an answer. We begin to get annoyed, but really needed to leave in a hurry so we just pick whatever cooking magazines. We are then FINALLY able to buy the book and we leave thinking that employee was being ridiculously pushy. Well a couple of months later, low and behold, a charge for a magazine subscription. They got the debit card information from the purchase of the book that day. We disputed with our bank. I do not appreciate someone pushing us to do something even after we say no REPEATEDLY. Do these employees get commission for this magazine scam? It’s like she was holding the book hostage unless we say yes. And then she failed to mention we would be charged for the magazines through the debit card we were going to use. A customer shouldn’t have to go through an obstacle course to make a purchase, and then get scammed a couple of months later. Unbelievable.

I was looking for a Spanish book but the clerk was working the front area. He took me halfway and directed me the rest of the way. He explained he couldnt go to far from the front area but was still able to assist me. He was very very nice and he smiled. Appreciate the smile and kindness. A smile goes a long way...

I went in there and no one said hello how are you doing but a lady of a different race walked in and they said hello to her. I also was obviously unprofessionally profiled. A worker came where I was at and slightly followed me but never asked if I needed help. I then went to check out, and the cashier was talking to her coworker who was off the clock, and took about 10 seconds to decide if she wanted to keep talking or check me out. Another employee actually tried to help me when I was ready to checkout but it was sadly too late. Thankfully the manager has handled it. The manager got in contact with.

They have updated the store and made it more presentable and brought the design up to date. Its well organized and plenty of soace to maneuver.

The store has been reorganized, and it looks great now. Easy to find what youre looking for, or just casually browse

Its a cookie cutter book store, but I enjoy it. I love bringing my kids by to see what books they may like, I enjoy looking through vinyl records, I love perusing the board games.. Its just fun.

In a time of virtual everything, there is nothing more satisfying than a book in hand. Love this store. Selection is awesome and prices are right.

Perfect place to chat with friends, read or work solo, or browse. The employees dont bother you too much if youre busy, but when you need help theyre easy to find and happy to help. Love it.

I love shopping got books but they are way to expensive..I found books at full price at BAM that Ollies has for 2 & 3.99..for instance the book Bought On Monday and Stephen Kings sleeping beauty..online is much less expensive as well. I am an avid reader so I go through lots of books. Guess Im old school and dont like electronic readers

Its booked a million itvwas awesome. The only reason I am giving the four stars is because I couldnt find the book I wanted and you know sometimes you just dont want to wait for it to be ordered. But other than it was great prices were great. Got books for my daughter nephew and brother.

Store is well organized and its a nice quiet yet busy place to visit. I went looking for a certain book which they were out of stock however they ordered it for me and it came in 3 business days how awesome !!!

They have great summer sales. Its quiet and easy to study there and its clean. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable, friendly.

Bookstores are becoming extinct! You guys are the last holdout! Keep it going! Excellent staff you have as well.

Gift section is large and organized at the front of the store. Some sections of books towards the back of the store seemed sparce and unorganized, particularly the hobbies section. There arent many seating options in the cafe. The staff was welcoming and greeted me as I entered the store.

Supposedly I won a classroom make over. Books a Million wont give me the books for my room. Dont do any of their contests, they dont fulfill their commitments.

Decent book selection as well as genre specific action figures, t-shirts etc. The thing I liked the most was that the staff wasnt pestering you like at barns and noble. However after looking for one booking forever I finally had to go to the register for assistance. I apparently left out an h in the spelling and she couldnt find it. My husband went up to a different associate with the information on his phone and miraculously she found it.

I thought a few years ago that bookstores would be obsolete courtesy of Amazon. I am so glad they are not. This BAM is like most others with a wide assortment of books with some games and Legos scattered throughout. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I thoroughly enjoy visiting this store and perusing the vast array of books

Love buying gifts here. Quiet even when busy. Good place to study/WiFi, Joe Muggs, okay restrooms but no changing stand. Staff isnt the best but they wont bother you. Do NOT say okay to the not even close to free magazine offer!

Ask if you would like free magazines at check out but do not tell you it is a free trial and they sold your credit card information to the magazines so they will charge you for the subscriptions unless you take your own time to call and cancel. Nice enough place but shady business transactions and false advertising by management

As a librarian, Im frequently disappointed by the YA selection in book stores. I am happy to say this one was pretty impressive. Well done.
